We are trying to find a pizza my son thinks is more than just "meh". Teenagers, am I right? We recently went to a Mountain Ridge game and they were serving Jet's slices but they ran out before we could get some, so we trekked down from Anthem this weekend. I picked a location to dine in, most of theirs are just take out. "Dine in" just meant there was a table or two you could sit at and eat, so don't think that necessarily means it's good for a group or like a restaurant experience. Also, no bathroom for public use. Surprisingly, they still let us order from the lunch special menu even though it was Sunday. We did the 2 slices and a soda for $7.99. The slices are thick and hefty! It's Detroit/ style pizza, so it's square shaped. The underside of the crust is crispy and buttery but the inside is soft and fluffy. Really good! Nice amount of cheese and toppings too. The slices come in their own little to go boxes so it's a good road snack also, travels well. Soda came in bottle and they had the Vanilla Coke which is just a chefs kiss to a nice garlicky, cheesy slice of pizza. They also have gluten free and vegan options. We'll definitely be back. Next time, I have my eye on the wings and the deep dish bread. read more

Hello, My experience I had today at the Jet's Pizza location in Glendale, Arizona, located in the Safeway shopping center. I ordered a large pizza with double pepperoni and single jalapeño, an order I have placed consistently at this location for two years without issue. Upon picking up my pizza today, it was immediately apparent that the pizza did not contain a double portion of pepperoni. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, David, who stated that he personally made the pizza and insisted that the correct amount of pepperoni was applied. During the conversation, he gave inconsistent explanations regarding the number of pepperoni pieces used per pizza, first stating that a standard pizza contains 20 pieces then he said 25/26. He asked me to count the pepperoni myself, which totaled roughly 40 pieces--( He immediately said that correct) that amount does not reasonably align with a "double" portion on eight slices.. That would mean a regular portion of pepperoni on a large would only get 2.10 pieces on each slice which makes no sense. More concerning than the topping discrepancy was the manager's response to the situation. When I expressed confusion and disappointment, he asked me what I wanted him to do about it, rather than offering a solution on his own he wanted for me to come up with a solution. When I stated that I may consider ordering from another Jet's Pizza location in the future, he responded with that's unfortunate and hung up on me. As a loyal customer for the past two years, this experience was disappointing. This situation was never about the cost of extra pepperoni--it was about customer service and doing what is right. A simple offer to remake the pizza or come up with resolution being that he's the GM would have resolved the matter entirely. Instead, the interaction left me feeling undervalued and dismissed. I'm not sure if this is a corporate or a franchise restaurant, but David apparently thinks you guys make enough money to lose a two-year customer because he cannot offer a resolution. I know I'm just one person, but you lose enough customers because a manager cannot come with the solution. I'm sure you won't be in business very long. read more

Solid pizza! Tastes the same every time. We always go with Detroit style and the toppings very. Friendly workers for a fast food style place. Pretty quick with the service from order to pick up. Inside is clean but they do not have tables for dining in. Plenty of room in the waiting area for pizza pick up and they have a TV for entertainment. Cinnamon sticks are worth the try! read more

1. Your Pizza Bot ordering system didn't work. Had to call in again and speak with a real person to get order placed. 2. Place order and was told it would be 1 hour. Little lengthy but we get it, probably understaffed and busy. However, after 1:15 mins still no pizza. Place a 3rd call to get status. Put on hold for 10 more minutes. Finally someone picks up and states they were sorry but their driver is MIA and will call door dash to pick up and deliver. Order cancelled! Disappointing as I try hard to support the Jets brand. But this being our third time with issues at this location, it will be our last. I don't typically write reviews, but feel the proprietor should be aware. I went here for the first time while my family was shopping because I was bored. I was greeted with a smile by Iris, the cashier who took my order. I was immediately impressed and I asked her if I could get a singular slice, and she said while they usually only offer cheese or pepperoni she'd be more than willing to do a custom order. Being an avid Hawaiian enjoyer, I asked if they could do Hawaiian and she gladly replied "sure!" It did take a bit because there wasn't much people working (manager better be paying them good), but when it came out and I took the first bite I knew this was going to be my spot. A Jet's Pizza closer to my house? Yes, yes sir! Thankfully! I'm a huge fan of Jet's. Never heard of them or had them before living here in AZ, but hot damn, it was love at first bite. I saw that they opened this one in Glendale, which is way closer to my house in Surprise compared to the one down on Tatum (I would/will still drive to that one from Surprise though...that's how much I like their pizza). I placed my order online for a Super Special (well done, with Turbo Crust) and Triple Cheese Turbo Stix ($20.99 deal online). Drove down and picked it up. How was it? BOMB! Jet's is always so delicious! The bottom of the pizza is nice and brown, a bit oily/buttery, but so damn tasty. The crunch can't be beat! Their sauce is so flavorful, their toppings well placed, and the turbo crust edges just add to the deliciousness. This was my first time trying their "bread" and the Triple Cheese Turbo Stix were bomb, too! Cheesy, crispy, crunchy breadsticks which came with a cup of their delicious sauce. Winner, winner, pizza and breadstick dinner! Jet's is by far the best Detroit Style you can get in AZ. It may cost a bit more than other "chain" pizzerias, but its totally worth it. I crave this pizza all the time, and now that its closer to me, I will be back often. read more

I've had Detroit "style" pizza a couple times up in Oregon this past summer at a food truck . Being down here in the valley there are so many choices of pizza . ( NY, Chicago , Pizza Bianco, etc.). I was in the mood for Detroit today and now I could make a comparison between Jet's Pizza and pizza from Oregon. My brother and I split the 8 corner pizza . We added red onion to half of the order. The pizza was pretty good. I thought I could use more sauce. The only down point to the pizza was the cost . The 8 slice pizza cost over $25 plus a tip for over $30. A little steep for 1/2 a pizza pie. I'm on the fence about coming back to Jet's. read more

My husband disagreed....He thought the lettuces just old and soggy and just didn't taste right. ANYWAY it was soggy lettuce that didn't taste edible. We both had trouble eating the pizzas. My pizza did have hard crunchy edges as promised but it didn't taste good. I tried the garlic butter dip and then I almost got sick. My whole stomach turned. It didn't taste like butter. It tasted more like melted margarine. I thought my pizza seemed raw under the cheese (see photo). My husband has a stronger stomach than me and managed to eat two pieces. He said that the sausage was tasteless. He didn't like the pizza but he didn't know why. Jet's Pizza has over 400 locations in America so some people must love it. I tried Jets today for the first time today and it didn't disappoint. The Detroit style slice of pizza was thick with a nice crispy outer edge from the pan. The marinara had a good flavor as well as the pepperoni. I also got an order of the hot wings. They were a nice size and the buffalo sauce was good and really spicy. The total for 2 lives of pepperoni and an order of wings was $15. Not terrible but wish they had a deal for a slice and 5 wings. Also they have no seating inside so I was left standing for 10 minutes waiting on my order. read more

The cauliflower pizza was just ok, no real complaints about it maybe just needed more seasoning as the flavor wasn't memorable. It was nice and crispy though. The cheese pizza was good, nice and crispy with a tasty dough and sauce. I wish it had the stringy, pizza cheese that you get when using a whole-milk mozzarella compared to low-moisture/part-skim but overall it was good.
