We were disappointed in receiving inedible pizza when we got home. Unfortunately the Manager, Ryan, was off that day. The next day I went in to return the pizza and show him what we were given. He agreed. He said it was his first day off in a long time. Offered new pizza or refund and I took the pizza. Got home and it was just as we remembered it to be, great. I want everyone to understand the pure frustration of ordering from the Jet's Pizza website. It is the year 2022 and if you have a website still using 1990's tech you fundamentally require a brain scan. Papa Johns gets this and that's why they have a billion dollar pizza company. Who ever designed it needs to be making pizzas instead of designing the web experience. Another pet peeve, all coupons for Jets pizza are horse ****. If you want to win in the taste arena you first have to get customers in the door. People like coupons because it gives them a sense of savings and customers that think they are winning stick around forever. That advice is free. Even if you have a coupon that saves a dollar, do it. The entire ordering process took 30 mins and I feel like you expect Uber Eats and Door Dash to do the technological heavy lifting. We placed our order tonight at 7 and here it is 9 pm and we still do t have our dinner called after a hour and a half staff was rude and now its been 2 hours and our family has no dinner. Ordered for delivery which I must say did take awhile to get here, so I will take that into account for the pizza and wings being lukewarm when it arrived. But seriously we live literally 10 minutes straight up the road. Soooo, maybe it wouldn't be piping hot, it still should've been warmer than it was. My son had ordered it once before and was blown away at how hot and delicious it was, maybe just a busier night tonight. Thought we would order again so I could try it. I would have to say that as a person who normally likes a thin and crispy crust, this was a nice change. Not too much sauce and toppings seemed pretty proportional to the pizza however, I would like to try a different pizza on our next order. As for the wings, nothing special, kinda tuff but did have a decent flavor and a good amount of spice. Could've used two ranches instead of only one. Heard about the gluten free pizza from a Facebook group and had to give it a shot! And I am sooo glad I did because, oh how I have missed a thick crust! Although it can be crossed with their flour (celiac people beware), those with a sensitivity can finally enjoy pizza. My husband is also a fan of their pizza above many other pizza places. I placed an online order about two weeks ago and this was my third order from here. Pizza and wings are VERY delicious. About an hour after the scheduled delivery time, the food had still not arrived so I called and spoke to a manager. She was very nice and apologized and explained they lost one of their drivers last minute and offered to comp the meal which she did. Food arrived 10 minutes later and was delicious. Found multiple hairs in pizzas- long women's hair and short red brown beard hair. Literally pulled a long hair out of son's mouth mid bite. Called and the manager said we were 'lying' and that even though they choose not to wear hair nets, it was not possible for hair to get in pizza (no beards and no women working there) and he wouldn't refund our charge, only replace the pizza. Physically went down to the location and talked to the manager Ryan- guy with a big bro beard (CSI crime scene would say it's a match to the short-n-curly on pizza) and there were multiple women working (multiple suspects for long brown hair). Gave him back his pizza and hair. Filed complaint with health board. Maybe Ryan's stress over crappy customer services is making his hair fall out into the pizza. Mistakes happen, but customer service speaks volumes. Ryan said we are now 'blocked' from ordering for calling him out on his unsanitary practices. My family and I have been long time customers of this establishment and up until tonight, I have had little to no problems with them until the owner called me back because he had a terrible day and wanted to take it out on someone. We ordered a pizza on 1/4 with an add on flavor crust that didn't quite make it on the pizza. I called after hours and left a message, forgetting to call back because a tragedy displaced my family. I only remembered approximately 5 days later on 1/9 when we ordered and my autistic son reminded me (he focuses on details). I called tonight inquiring about it, seeing if it was a free item or not and generally to follow up about the message. The store owner Ryan called me back and told me how important his 12 hour days were and how I called "him" and he came back to work to call me back. I began explaining the reason for my call but he refused to allow me to finish a sentence. He interrupted me, talking over me to say, in front of my family, "I'm not gonna lie, you sound really effed (actually said the word though) up right now, you are REALLY slurring your words. Are you retarded?" I kid you not, exact words out of his mouth. I told him how offensive that was, as I'm in recovery and I do not even drink, haven't for about 10 years now. He proceeded to call me a liar and that's when, my kids and husband hearing this entire exchange, told me to hang up the phone. I know my mouth was hanging open in utter shock. As a recovering addict, mother to an autistic child and a daughter to a teacher who dedicated her life to special education, I take GREAT offense to his entire statement and FTR, I wasn't even asking for anything free, only IF it was so that I could pay better attention in the future. Needless to say, we will NEVER step food in that location ever again, despite how good the pizza was, his demeanor and words soured ANY previous experience had and I cannot, in good conscience, support an individual who would say something as unprofessional and out of line to a customer when I was not unkind, in ANY way, particularly to provoke such an unhinged response. I work in the hospitality industry currently and will definitely not hesitate to share my story. read more
