The delivery took over an hour and a half. I paid $70 for 2 pizzas and wings. Wings were too soggy to eat. I spoke to Desiree the manager on the phone. Her response "we'll do better next time"... what type of response is that? I overpaid, for terrible service. Had I known, I wouldn't have ordered. I'm from Detroit and love jets pizza. Love love love this Detroit style pizza! The buttery, square crust is OMG and y'all - I'm originally from Chicago. I KNOW PIZZA. Also get a side of their ranch... I have never been a huge pizza fan, but I DO love me some breadsticks. I could live off Jets bread and their homemade ranch! IT IS ADDICTING! They also offer gluten free and cauliflower crusts so I don't feel too guilty eating an entire pizza to myself! My 1st ever review on yelp after using yelp for over 10 years!!! That's how good it is... Detroit style yummy pizza... the boats (calzone) are very big too plus delicious and the Jet's 10 is awesome... amazing breadsticks all 3 styles and the best of the bestest ranch dressing I've ever had!!! We love it so much the first week we ate it 4 times and now it's a must have at least once a week (ok way more than once)!!! EVERYTHING I ordered was over cooked! My wings were charred! My brownie was so over cooked, it was more like a hard cookie. The crust on my pizza was even over cooked. This was my second time trying food from the outlet and my last! Both times I paid for delivery service and tip so it was not cheap. Do better Jet's - customers have a choice!! read more

Pizza is probably the best chain pizza. The ranch dip is pretty amazing. While the wings are good and superior for a chain restaurant they arent complete awesomeness but worth ordering if that makes sense. orders have been timely and perfectly executed. read more

This place is new to my area. I heard some people talking about it so I had to try it. I went to the location on its second day of being open and was greeted by one of the owners. He was a really nice guy and explained they had just opened the day before. The first thing I noticed is how clean it felt inside. I ordered the Best of Jet's large pepperoni and the Jet's buffalo wings. I loved the deep dish, especially the buttery crust with the Parmesan cheese! The wings were hot and tasty. The pizza had lots of flavor! I will be back as this is my new favorite pizza place! The family loved it! We have since had it two more times! 5 stars for taste, service, staff, and cleanliness! read more

Second time ordering delivery to the house. Began eating my second slice and noticed a dark, curly pubic type of beard hair on my slice. Minutes later, I look up at my son and see a hair stemming from his mouth to the slice he was holding, long type/head hair. Two hairs from two different pizzas. I call the manager and he basically tells me that's not possible, calling me a liar. He puts the owner Ryan on and I tell him about the pubic/beard type hair and the long hair. He says it's not possible as nobody has a beard and no women are currently try working and won't give me a refund because it's not store policy. Both manager and owner are very rude on the phone. Owner Ryan actually hangs up on me and says they are blocking my address and phone number from never being able to order from there again (even though at this point I never would anyway) I drive down to give them the hair in a plastic baggy and the unfinished pizza. I ask for Ryan the owner and he has a full reddish/brown beard. I also see multiple women working with long hair. The hair in my pizza matches his beard perfectly and he he informs me they choose to not wear hair nets and they don't have to. The manager was still being rude until the owner told him to go to the back. Ryan seemed like he couldn't work the register so I'll be calling my bank tomorrow to make sure the refund got processed. With so many pizza joints available don't waste your time ordering here. Spent $60 for hair ridden pizza and a headache. Don't order from here. read more
