I reached out to this company about getting my Audi suspension repaired, and they set an appointment two weeks out. I took off work for the day, and as the 8am start time came, I received a message saying they would be here at 9. minutes before that time, I was told the appointment was canceled because the mechanic called out. Why have me waiting and ready, only to now be ignored via text, and calls/voicemails. I understand things happen, but to be left completely after The fact is unprofessional, and not a good first impression. Got a quote and in less than 24 hrs I had my breaks and rotors replaced. Excellent service, highly recommend these guys.

At first was excited to find someone who could repair my rear brakes for under $500. Booked my appointment for them service at my home, but unfortunately the technician had an emergency and couldn't make it. So they rescheduled me for the following morning and the technician was 20 min late ugh and took about 30min in the truck then tells me they don't have the part to put my car in service mode since I have electronic parking brakes. So caused me yet another inconvenience smh. I'm disappointed with their dependency and wish they would've let me know they don't have the equipment to service my vehicle when getting my quote over the phone. From the beginning speaking with Erik to schedule my brake & rotors service to Anthony servicing my vehicle yesterday was AMAZING. Being a woman and when it comes to vehicle maintenance I always feel like I get taken advantage of being I know little to nothing about it. But Erik & Anthony were so kind, patient and honest. Anthony arrived early to our scheduled appointment which was great, and he finished in about an hour 10 minutes. I scheduled for all 4 brakes & rotors and he told me he would let me know if something did not need to be changed. Once he completed he told me only the back two needed to be changed.
