I love this place. The best part to this oil change is that I don't even have to get out of my car for service. As soon as I pulled up to their garage this afternoon a whole team of people came to work on my vehicle. I was the only client there this morning. You could hear the technician calling out "right tire good" while someone else was checking my lights. It's such a breeze to get through here and the cost is affordable, For an oil change on standard Toyota Corolla was about $108. They also reset my dash to make sure my maintenance light was off. I took my 2020 Subaru here for oil change. It turns out they don't offer any other oil brand besides Kendall. I complained that I don't want Kendall in my engine. I used to have an option to choose Mobile 1 out of bottles. I was told that's not available anymore. My oil was drained while I was having this discussion with them, so I had to use Kendall. My engine started being loud the next few days. Dealership recommended better oil to use. So I went to buy better oil to use on my car. Turns out they over torqued the drain bolt. So now I have Kendall in my car, and over torqued drain plug. Don't take your car to idiots for oil change, they obviously don't care about you or your car. I hope you read this before getting work done here! 11/29/25 update: paid $32 for a bolt extraction socket (measured 95 ft-lb torqued by oil changers), $19 for a new oil pan drain bolt and washer, $50 for mobile 1 full synthetic oil, $10 for STP oil filter, and an hour of work to do it right myself. My car sounds smooth again. No issues what so ever. Thanks again oil changers! read more

I brought my 2004 G35 Coupe 6MT (89k miles) here Monday afternoon 10/20/2025 for an oil change, with my own oil filter and 5 quarts of 5W30 full synthetic (from Costco). I got a $7 discount for bringing my own oil and filter, no qualms there, as we're still in the range of what the labor would cost anywhere else. As far as I can tell, they're not using a vacuum to get the oil out, which is preferred. The guy who handled my transaction, told me that my clutch fluid was low, below the low line. He told me they don't do that service, but I thanked him for letting me know it was too low (I had just done this on my other car and had a fresh bottle of DOT3 clutch fluid). Window washer fluid: topped off. Tire pressures checked/inflated. Excellent. read more

Great experience here! I decided to come here since it's near my house and I only had a short amount of time. Miguel & the other employee working were both honest, kind, & efficient. You get to stay in your car and start to finish I was out of there in about 15 minutes (I luckily was the only one there though, on a weekday morning). I previously went to big o tires for them to add coolant in my car and they were going to charge me for a coolant diagnostic $200!! (Which I did not need, my check engine light and maintenance light was not on) Came to oil changers since this is where I get my oil changed and they were able to help me quick!! Joe was great, spoke with him on the phone and I was able to swing by and he helped me within 10 minutes. No diagnostic needed, just needed to get topped off with some coolant! I pulled in without appointment. I had to ask them about oil change pricing because I couldn't find it online. I ended up paying a little less than 55 dollars for an oil change with a 10 dollar coupon. The service was fast. It probably took about 15 minutes. It's different from other oil change places because you don't get out of your car during the service. They cleaned my windshield, put air in my tires, topped off my washer fluid, and checked some other things. The workers were professional. read more

I guess the silver lining to this review is that I want to thank Oil (over)Chargers for the inspiration to change my own oil from now on. The first time I came here it was good enough to return for a second visit. They charge me $100+ for an oil change and fluids, but I found out on this second visit, it's just to CHECK the fluids, even if you don't need any new fluids! Just to glance at my fluids! Before the change, one of the guys mushed around my windshield with a Walmart level squeegee like you know when you have to chase the guys away from your car at a stoplight in the city? Couldn't figure out why he was doing that. The oil they put in my car was from an unmarked see through jug. It was like a kids lemonade stand, except for the life blood of your car. But the topper was when they handed me the iPad or whatever it had a damn tip screen that I had to embarrassingly navigate around! At an oil change place?! What a shakedown! That was really the straw that broke the camels back. So thank you, Oil (over)Chargers for the motivation to go back to changing my own oil. I'm the dummy this time, but I'll get over it. Brooklelynn, you have got to be kidding me. After a $106 oil change with oil out of an unmarked jug and no fluids, people are looking for a way to spend MORE money? Came for a simple oil change, got in line, and someone cut me off at the very last second and hopped in the garage. The employees explained to this man that there is a single lane going into the garage, but still serviced his car first? I waited in line for only 20 minutes, but it's extra frustrating that they chose to service this rude man's car before mine??? I think they should have told him to simply wait! I had called like five places when I got off of work. It was about 5pm, every place closed at 6pm, but they said they stopped taking cars around 5pm. Which was poo poo platter for me or anyone else trying to get their oil changed after work. I called oil changers and they were open to 7pm. The wait wasn't too long, I could chill in my car while they did the change. And my tech was sweet as hell. His name is Albert, and he checked everything for me. Taught me about my filters, where they were at. He showed me how dirty my filter was as opposed to a new one. And then there was no pressure to replace them, he just wanted me to know and review, and then he let the choice be mine. Some other places can be pushy, and kind of dicky. Albert also checked my lights. He called out light cues from the back & front of my car as I implemented them. I felt like we were a team for a minute. Talladega Nights, call me fu6king Ricky Bobby! We couldn't figure out my service light, and another tech came over and kindly helped. Didn't get his name, but thank you Sr. I wish they had brewskies on stand by, but the world isn't perfect. I believe they topped off my fluids but I am not sure. I got a filter changed, and the oil changed. It was $139.00 which is the most I have ever paid for an oil change, but I would pay it again to be serviced by these gentlemen. I left feeling like I would miss Albert, I even thought about grabbing a six pack and dropping it back off for these guys. Thanks guys! PS Here's an extra funny: One of the filters was behind the glove compartment. And I had to empty the glove. And then Albert changed the filter and put everything back in. I am obvi a fu6king lady, so there was tampons everywhere. Albert didn't bat an eye. He Kindly put my car manuals, unpaid parking tickets (jk), and mountain variety of tampons back in the glove without hesitation. Thank you for being a secure kind human. read more

---RISK OF DAMAGING YOUR VEHICLE--- I had my oil changed on my 2018 4Runner here on 10/23/24. Later on that afternoon (less than 50 miles) my car started lagging when I hit the gas and didn't make it 100 yards before it wouldn't accelerate at all. This was at 8:30 at night so I planned on calling oil changers in the morning. When my car was loaded onto the tow truck I could clearly see my transmission fluid draining out of my engine. In the morning when I spoke with the manager (who informed me that he personally did the oil change) he said that he didn't touch the transmission and it had nothing to do with what happened. He also mentioned that they made a note of a "minor transmission fluid leak" on my receipt (which was never mentioned to me at the time of the oil change). I talked to Tony Campbell from corporate and he said that they wouldn't have touched anything to do with the transmission, but to take it to the dealership so see what happened. He also said that Oil Changers would send someone out to assess. Turns out my transmission plug was completely removed from the vehicle. The tech at Toyota confirmed that it is impossible for a transmission plug to fall out on its own (obviously). Then the tech informed me that the Oil Changers Representative that came out to assess was the same guy who preformed my oil change! I sent Tony all of my invoices of cost incurred and a detailed timeliness of how everything went down per his request. I also informed him that I just had my 60k inspection and tune up from the dealership 3 months prior and there were no issues reported at that time- and that was the ONLY time my engine had been touched by anyone. Long story long, the claim was denied and they won't be reimbursing me for any of costs incurred. They're sticking with the story that my tranny plug must have been loose and coincidentally "fell out" right after my oil change- same day. My car is back up and running but who knows how much damage was done to the transmission due to this whole ordeal. My attorney in confident that I will be reimbursed for the repairs but I'll have to take them to small claims court to get it.
