I'm a Dad with multiple kid drivers. started taking vehicles here a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the service and work. David and America provide great customer service, and the mechanics do quality work. They also deliver on-time when they commit to when the job will be done, which is important to busy families like mine. read more

Came in on a Sunday with a slow leaking front tire. They were busy but they managed to help me within 2 hours. The front desk clerk was awesome and helped patch the tire and I was on my way. I'll be back for new tires and other car repair needs in the future! Easy to find, friendly service, knowledgeable staff, and I love supporting a local business. read more

There's a reason they don't even have 3 stars. I thought this was a good reputable place by their customer service when I bought all 4 new tires, however, when it came to quality of the tires they sell, they won't stand on loyalty of the customer. I bought all 4 new tires in April 2025, I left and the tire valve caps were off on all 4 tires so clearly not paying attention to detail after installation. I was 9 months pregnant at the time so having to come back to get the valve caps was an unnecessary errand. But I let it slide. Today, I clipped a curb at about 10mph on a city street and the side wall of the tire was cut. So I went to the place closest to me which was Firestone. I explained the situation and they advised me this shouldn't have happened on 1. New tires that I've barely driven on since I WFH and 2. Clipping a curb, especially at a low speed. So I call Tire choice and this lady, who claims to be a manager, has a know-it-all attitude from the get go. States she personally sees this happen to tires "ALL THE TIME!" No customer service priority. Apparently road hazard wasn't included, when she looked up my account, in the price of tires like most places automatically do. Again, when I purchased them I was 9 months pregnant so perhaps I didn't pay attention or something, but nonetheless, this is NOT normal for new tires or any low wear tires to completely be cut from bumping a curb. (See photo) So because they don't care about keeping customers or their reputation by offering some sort of credit for selling faulty tires/accountability for an uncommon situation occurring with practically brand new tires (or so they said), I am taking my valuable time to write this review so this doesn't happen to someone else. As a company that seems more family owned, they should really consider the value of their customers, especially when they take forever to put on 4 tires only for the valve caps to be left off. Yes, I'll be petty and be bothered by that now. Thanks to Firestone in Antioch, I was taken care of and they were the ones who advised that this shouldn't be happening with any tires on an AWD SUV let alone a brand new set. Yes, it was more pricey there but they stand on their customer service and brand new tires from here won't have this occur. read more

Came in after the gym for an oil change. Dave was super helpful and got me squared away. Although they were short staffed, they let me know right away and went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. I will definitely be back. read more

Came in today for a new tire appointment, apparently they were swamped due to heavy load. America was so nice to help talking to the techs and get my tires replaced in a reasonable time frame. Really appreciate her and the team to make this a smooth experience :) read more

Pretty good place. We got our tires done here and I do love the oil + tire rotation for half the price I would get anywhere else. You just got to put up with some oddities like the guy doing meetings on loud speaker in the main lobby where customers are waiting, LOL, but still well worth the price. They also repaired a tire for me in a jiff the other week with little notice, which the price for that was also very reasonable. read more

I stopped by Tire Choice for what I thought would be a simple tire issue and honestly the whole experience was smoother than expected. The staff was straightforward and did not try to push anything I did not need, which is something I always pay attention to at places like this. They checked my car pretty quickly, explained the issue in a way that actually made sense, and gave me a couple options instead of just pushing the most expensive one. I appreciated that. Pricing felt fair for the work and the turnaround time was solid. The waiting area was decent too. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable enough if you are there for a bit. Overall it was just a solid experience. I would definitely come back if I need tires or basic service again. read more

I just had another great experience at Tire Choice. I took my truck in to get brakes and an oil change. I have been taking my cars here for years with always getting good service. On this visit I noticed how clean and updated the place is. I also had a chance to talk with the technicians that worked on my truck. They gave me great feedback and advice. The new manager and his team were all stars. read more

The staff is always friendly and so helpful and accommodating. They are kind and have really been great to work with. Their prices are competitive. I highly recommend them! read more

I got a nail in my tire and brought it to Tire Choice, I received help from David DeVanery, I explained my trouble with the tire and its passed problems. He was nice enough patiently listen, and explained what he could do for me. In the end thought much testing and a full check up I bought a new tire, and he even tastefully asked if i was eligible for a senior discount. read more

I ordered the tire from Tire Rack; it's perfect, but not after an appointment with Tire Choice Auto Center in Clayton. When I arrived, I found that the time and date of my scheduled appointment were completely different from what I had expected. They were unable to guarantee the timing of my appointment. This is not the first time it has occurred. read more

This is going to be long so here is a summary if you don't want to read all of it: This shop quoted me over $1000 of repairs my car did not need. So my Honda Accord vibrates at high speeds. This is a symptom of a balancing issue with the wheels. The logical thing would to get this checked out before checking/replacing more expensive components. I took my car to this tire shop to get them balanced. $40 for all 4; thought this was a good price which is why I came here. Dropped off the car then later got a call that my car needs $2500 worth of work. The first thing I thought to myself was what the f**k!!! I went in for wheel balancing only and got quoted for tons of work. They told me I need new front brakes and rotors, 2 new tires, an alignment, 2 new cv axles and other smaller crap. I have the quote attached below. I got quoted for all this when all I came in for was to get my wheels balanced. In all fairness to them, my car does need new brakes and tires but the cv axles came as a shocker to me. On the attached quote it states "Front CV axle are blown out" and the employee told me "both CV axle boots are torn and leaking oil". I attached photos of what my cv axles look like. You be the judge if they're torn and leaking oil. On the attached quote it also states that I need an alignment. I had already gotten an alignment done late last year (5,000 miles ago) and my car drives perfectly since then. Any honest shop would be able to put the car on an aligner (machine used to align wheels) and see that the car is aligned to spec and an alignment is not needed. To add insult to injury, they rotated my tires without prior notification. My tires did not need to be rotated. This car is front engine front wheel drive meaning the front tires wear quicker than the rear. I had the tires with more tread up front and my old (in need of replacement) tires in the rear. They moved the worn tires to the front and the newer good condition tires to the rear. Not only was this unnecessary, now I have worn tires up front meaning my traction while accelerating, braking, and turning will be severely compromised. So in conclusion I took my car back and did not even get the tires balanced. I refuse to leave my car with a bunch of thieves. Do NOT bring your car here they will scam you!! read more

I made an appointment for an oil change and they said the oil change was going to take 45mins to an 1hour. I WAS THERE FOR 2.5 HOURS for a simple oil change!! NOTHING ELSE!! I waited in the cold sitting area. No TV or coffee or nothing!! The WORST PLACE IN CONCORD to get your oil changed!! And on top of everything they tried to sell me a $400 battery and was told other things were in need of serious service on my car!!! People who don't know any better would have been duped into paying over $1500 for an oil change and to get all the things fixed at this shop!! I went to another shop and got it done for 40% off of this shop's quotes!!! They're literally trying to scare you into getting these repairs to take money from you!! What a scam!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THE WORST SHOP IN CONCORD!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! read more

I marked my tires before going in for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake check. The tires were never rotated, the brakes still squeak, and the skid plate wasn't reattached properly so it was scraping the road. I took it in the next day and all they did was zip tie the plate back on and it still is scraping something. read more

I had great service from Lore and Leo. I required a new tire after having a flat that couldn't be repaired. They were detailed in explaining why. I also had a 2nd tire i thought had a nail in it but they brought the extracted nail to show it was very short and no puncture, but did bubble tests to make sure. I appreciated their honesty and service throughout. read more

DO NOT GET ALIGNMENTS HERE Came in for an alignment, payed. I never received an alignment. They had tweaked the machine for the print outs to show a "significant" change. I took the car to the Toyota dealership after driving and feeling no change in the steering. Toyota fixed the issue and I felt a noticeable difference from their alignment. For the value portion of this review, I would say for temporarily stealing my car and permanently stealing my money, makes this a wonderful ripoff. I lived next to this shop for a long time, and worked across the street from it, and constantly heard about how bad management was, how some people working there sell you snake oil with pride. I am thoroughly disappointed in this businesses lack of respect for their customers, employees, and services. read more

Anyone know whats going on with TIRE CHOICE on Clayton Rd Concord? Got 4 tires 300 miles ago & I've been back 4 times bc 1 losing air. Have an appointment this morning as it might be the valve, seal, or rim. But they're closed. Called the 1-800-# and was disconnected after waiting on hold ×20 minutes. Called back and never got through. Now what?? read more

we were gifted a Groupon for an oil change tire /rotation. We dropped off the car around 1115 and I was told that I would get periodic updates throughout the day. They called wants to say that an extra charge was going to be added for extra oil and that the car would be going on the lift soon for the rotation. This was early in the afternoon and we were told that it was getting worked on . Finally at five , I called to see what the timeframe would be because I knew that they closed soon and they said to just come down. When we got there at almost 6:00, the car was up on the lift. When we got into the car, we noticed that the technicians had gotten oil all over my daughter's new steering wheel cover. I'm only giving one star for the girl at the front desk because she was very kind and helpful but that's about it. Would never use this service in the future. They need to have more transparency with their customers and not continue to book customers when they have ones still waiting from the day prior. read more

Very good service. I recommend. Nice staff and nice air conditioned lobby. Good convenient location and hours.

This place has gone downhill since MIKE left. I called and made an appt for an oil change. Spoke with Cassandra. She said to come in at noon. When I called at 11:15 to check to see if noon was still a good time to get in and out, she said she was now too busy and perhaps try back tomorrow. What is the point of making an appt? I told her I had an appt. She quoted me 2 hours for an oil change and apparently took many walk in customers so they were pushing me off. I've spent quite a bit on new tires and oil changes but they lost a good customer. Cassandra has poor communication skills and two hours is too long for a simple task. read more

Late review but about a month ago i took my car in for back tires, dude up front was chill for a bit but talked my ear off and over talked with my little sister that i had with me in a weird way. Even asked her if she can come the next day and help clean the shop for some extra cash like tf... anyways i dropped off my car after already being told to come back in 20 mins cuz the guys wasn't there that could help me, after they took my car they said it would be about an hour, i had to call like 3 times in the span of 4 hours to ask when my car would be done after he said he would call me with updates and never did. after i came to pick up the car and it was clear i wasn't happy i barely got any apology and continued to ramble about other things wasting my time and had the audacity to ask why i looked so tired... maybe cuz i was waiting for yalls slow poke. don't come here they over charge and not the best workers. Leo was so helpful in getting me the perfect new tires for my car. He made the process seamless and easy. Thanks Leo!

On 9/19/2024 I brought my car to these guys for a wheel alignment. They didn't do it, charged me $129.00 and said that I also needed another $1200.00 in work on the vehicle. They told me that I needed new shocks and struts. This was a lie! Because I had that done the year before. I took the car to a trusted mechanic and his words were there is nothing wrong with this car, it just needed a wheel alignment. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS TO THESE GUYS! TOTALLY DISHONEST! read more

Cassandra is amazing! Tech guys John and Ben are very helpful too. Highly recommended

They have done a great job in installing new tires. When I requested a redo for the installation and the wheel balancing (as I felt some vibration around 70 mph), they kindly tried their best to resolve the issue. After the 2nd balancing, now no vibration at all. I appreciate your help, Leo. Please forward my thank you to other mechanics too. read more

I've been coming to this shop for a for oil change/tire rotations for years. Even got a brake job here. I made an 0800 appointment and was told it would take about an hour. The person at the desk went out to check my mileage and tires. He said he cannot rotate my tires because the front tires were too worn. Then I got a quote for a new set of tires. I told him I would have to shop around and would proceed with the oil change. I WAITED OVER 2 hours for the oil change when I was quoted 1 hour for both the oil change and tire rotation. I've been driving for 40+ years and get my oil changes/tire rotations religiously! This is the first time I've ever been told that my front tires were "too worn" to be rotated. Isn't that the purpose of a tire rotation, to wear tires evenly? I will NEVER return to this shop!!! Ntm $109 oil change that should have included a complimentary tire rotation. read more

Well I should have read the reviews before taking my car here. I was given a quote of $348.36 out the door for a new tire including the alignment. I thought it was a fair price because I've been quoted $200-$250 for a new tire somewhere else but this place was closer and I was told it also included the alignment. I even asked again to confirm the amount and the total. I was then told to take my car at any time, no need to make an appointment. My car is currently two hours away from me so my dad offered to take my car which is currently driving with a spare tire and he gets told that the total is now $490. So I talk to the person helping my dad and he tells me the alignment is $150 and the tire $340. I asked to talk with the same person who gave me the quote. At the end, they told me they never gave me that number. And then they said "sorry if you got confused." What a waste of our time. read more

Wouldn't recommend this place even if i was paid to. i went in for a tire repair, paid $40 and the quality of the work and time spent was not worth it. picture below is two days later when i had to go somewhere else and they handed me this screw and said that this was inside my tire. called tire choice and they said id have to pay again to get it fixed. what a joke. read more

Awesome place to take your vehicle for tire and automotive needs! They treat you right and the new manager show they care!

I brought my truck to this tire shop for an oil change and tire rotation, but honestly, the tire rotation was the whole reason I went--I can change the oil myself and even rotate the tires, I just didn't want to bother. I'd had doubts from a previous visit with another vehicle where I suspected they skipped the rotation, so this time I marked the front left and right tires to be sure. After the service, those tires hadn't moved at all--they just wiped them down to fake it. It's really unfortunate because this is the closest shop in our area, and I was hoping for honest work. After this, I won't be going back. read more

If I could give a zero I would. This place is almost 30 minutes from me. I came on Tuesday with an appointment I had made under the appointments. You can choose whether you're leaving the car or you're staying with the car. I have to stay with my car I figured for an oil change. It wouldn't take that long. He tells me it is going to be in until mid afternoon. It is 9 o'clock in the morning when I made the appointment. I don't understand why they gave me an appointment if they can't honor that time so he says come Friday morning 8 AM and we'll be able to do it. I just got here and he says you're able to leave the car with me for the day? I'm like no we had this conversation on Tuesday. That's why I made this appointment at this time because I can't leave my car. I don't have anybody to pick me up and he's like oh I'm really sorry I have eight or 10 cars ahead of you. He couldn't have called me yesterday or this morning? I would never ever come back here and I would highly recommend that you don't come here either. read more

I called him and told him I was able to make an appointment online. He told me online service doesn't work. I came home and told my wife to try to make an appointment for her car.
