These guys are awesome. Very friendly and polite. I struggled to find a place that does lamp and brake inspections for dmv especially with the new licensing starting in September. I called Monday and was able to get an appointment on Wednesday. I was in and out very quickly. I even accidentally dropped my phone while paying not realizing I dropped it. I got home when I realized it was missing. Called my phone and they answered it, letting me know I left at their place. They were awesome. There's 3 different women that are working in there and they are THE RUDEST people I've ever met in my life. FULL-SERVICE SHOULD BE STANDARD I went to college in Connecticut and was shocked that so many gas stations there were full-service. I have a feeling that this is more common in places where it snows. Partly to keep the customer warm and happy, but also due to slip and fall liabilities. Either way, I loved it. So if it weren't $0.30 more per gallon for full-service here, I'd be on the other half of the station. ($3.63 for self serve, $3.93 for full). But it is nice that they have that option. I can guarantee that they'd have an awful time trying to get my locking gas cap on and off. It takes a special touch. Perhaps I'll let them try next time it's a cold, rainy day fill-up. I've only been here for gas - Mostly Mustangs in Oakland handles all repairs on my classic. But it's nice to see so many great reviews about the shop here. Laveres VW recommended the mechanics here for the brake and lamp inspection on my '66 VW Bug and now I know why! I spoke with half a dozen of the guys in the morning while I was dropping the bug off and each one of them was helpful with the drop off process. No wonder people were lining up with their vehicles to get work done here - the service is top notch and the mechanics are knowledgable. When I arrived to pick up the bug I was informed that it wouldn't pass due to the license plate light not functioning properly and if I couldn't get it to work I'd have to come back on Monday, two days later, to get it reinspected once I fixed it. While trying to figure out what was wrong one of the employees, Justin, kneeled down with me and the bug and figured it must be a bad ground. After removing a couple screws and using a test light we cleaned up a good ground and voila, the bug passed its brake and lamp inspection all thanks to Justin! Without his intervention I wouldn't have passed. Thank you Justin and everyone here. I'll finally, after a year of working on the bug, be able to register with the DMV on Monday! read more

Just wanted to say that I am a car lady I k ow a lot about cars. Took a picture of my car before I took it in. I just needed the coolant flush. I was willing to pay the price. No problem. My reservoir was brown when I took it in below full. Unfortunately the guy told me to bring it in at 8 AM. So yes I did. Knowing that they're busy. I am a very patient lady. Unfortunately when your woman people seem to think you're stupid. I'll start it off good. It's so hard to trust anybody. Got my car home after eight hours nearly. Only say it was only going to be two hours. Now just to mention this was only a fluid change. For the cooler. Nothing major. I called around 12 PM guy telling me that it would take a special coolant for my car. Not to mention it's a 2016 Kia 2.4 L. Me knowing and being a car person myself. Is the average antifreeze coolant. 2498 a gallon. 50-50. Giving the benefit of the doubt they were busy understanding guy tells me. That they had to order a special coolant. Me again being the woman that I am being trustworthy. Saying it's OK. Get a call around 230 come pick your car up. No problem brought it home let it cool. Never was it ever replace. Still below the four-lane and brown fleetly brown in the reservoir just as it was when I took it in. If you don't fucking have time to work on it then let me know I'll take it to another shop. Same on you I am a retail worker I hardly make any money and you just stole $130 from me. I was willing to pay even more if the job was done right. That's not the point. Shame on you read more

My dad just came from this 76 station and had such a good experience he is asking me to write this review. He took my car in, without an appointment, to get a smog check done and the guys were apparently super helpful and got it done on the spot and within the hour. His quote "the fastest smog check I've gotten in over 20 years." Don helped him out. Thank you Don. On three different occasions, my mother, boyfriend and I have brought in our vehicles with flat tires over the years and they have been super efficient as well. Jose has helped us out each time. Thank you Jose. On another occasion I was told at a firestone store that I needed a new tire because the hole on the tire was too close to the edge. However, I did not have funds at the time to get a $200 tire and decided to take it to this 76 station. One of the guys was able to fix my tire and I was good to go. Overall these guys are great and helpful, they take the time to explain what the problem is, and this review was long overdue since so many in my family have gone here and have had great service. read more

I work for a local dealership here in the Concord area and we refer FOUR CORNERS UNION 76 station to a majority of our clients and employee's, and I must say they are beyond accommodating and professional. The service is quick and reliable. If you wait they can usually finish a smog and send receipt to DMV within an hour, now that's "SERVICE". I don't gas up here, but I had to as I needed to fill up my almost empty tank from my commute and running around errands. I like many branded gas as they have additives. The only thing that I didn't like about this station is that I had to punch the pump selector for it to understand which octane I wanted. The price is fairly comparable to other stations in the area. My 3rd time here for yet another Brake & Light Inspection. The team that this location has in their Service Department is BAD ASS. They are honest and communicate very well. They can provide different types of people skills and know how to interact. Mike said that they might not be able to get my brothers car in today. However after negotiations, my brothers car was just finished with the inspection. Time sensitivity was not a factor or has it ever been because I can trust them and would highly recommend for others out there to receive services here also. Thanks again Guys! P.S.
