I recently had my vehicle towed to CAS in the middle of the night after an anti-theft device in my steering column faulted and would not allow it to start. Long story short, the repair process was difficult and convoluted due to the shop having to coordinate with a regulatory entity. The car was also dumped directly in front of their front door and could not be moved because the electric parking break couldn't be disengaged until the repair was completed. Not only was Irfan, Vishav, and their team immensely responsive, helpful, and understanding, but they went the extra mile and assisted me in cutting through the red tape of a maintenance warranty I have on my vehicle to save me some money. They DID NOT have to do so, especially considering that it was a massive headache on top of the already difficult repair process. I've got two cars that seem to like this shop every three months or so. My truck (which is a 2004 Avalanche) has well over 200k miles. I use this for my work truck and often need quick fixes. The most recent was an alternator where Irfan saw me coming, ordered the parts within minutes and had me out of there in a couple hours. I had my starter replaced at another shop. My car would start 9 times out of 10. Since I had other problems with the repairs at the other shop I had my car towed here. I wasn't sure I even wanted the car, a 2005 Honda Element repaired but was convinced to do it. If I sold it as is I would have gotten about $850 for it. Repaired, with the cost of used cars so high, I could probably get around $10,000 for it. I had the work done. The starter I got at the other place was a cheap Chinese model. Clayton Auto Service replaced it with a starter made in Japan. I will be getting all my auto repairs done here in the future read more

I met with Irfan, the owner of Clayton Auto Service, and he was the only one receptive to my dilemma and was up for the challenge no other shop in the area would take on. He discussed with me all the different issues we may or may not face and he would work with me at every step. I ended up taking my vehicle to his shop, and he had it fixed the same day (wow).
