I need my car for work and there was a time it was disabled by a failing alternator. I stressed to Irfan and his team that I needed my car repaired quick. I've got two cars that seem to like this shop every three months or so. My truck (which is a 2004 Avalanche) has well over 200k miles. I use this for my work truck and often need quick fixes. The most recent was an alternator where Irfan saw me coming, ordered the parts within minutes and had me out of there in a couple hours. There's another thing I really like about this shop is irfan is straight up and honest with me. He's seen me enough over the past couple years that he knows everything inside and out about my cars. All the customers seams like regulars. Delivery drivers use the restroom. I have an old car that requires parts that are hard to find sometimes but they come through in a reasonable amount of time. Their work is exceptional and the staff is very friendly. I had my starter replaced at another shop. My car would start 9 times out of 10. Since I had other problems with the repairs at the other shop I had my car towed here. I wasn't sure I even wanted the car, a 2005 Honda Element repaired but was convinced to do it. If I sold it as is I would have gotten about $850 for it. Repaired, with the cost of used cars so high, I could probably get around $10,000 for it. I had the work done. The starter I got at the other place was a cheap Chinese model. Clayton Auto Service replaced it with a starter made in Japan. I will be getting all my auto repairs done here in the future read more

I went to a number of other shops and they were not willing to help me. Since it was another shops work they wouldn't even look at it and repeated, a full head repair, which is very expensive. I met with Irfan, the owner of Clayton Auto Service, and he was the only one receptive to my dilemma and was up for the challenge no other shop in the area would take on. He discussed with me all the different issues we may or may not face and he would work with me at every step. I ended up taking my vehicle to his shop, and he had it fixed the same day (wow). Toyota Sienna Limited with convenience package, Year 2012 with 158,000 miles on Odometer. Mice entered my home's garage and chewed on its plastic gas tank, in addition to causing severe other damages. During inspection, Clayton Auto discovered issues with front suspension. This required replacement of complete gas storage and gas lines, of suspension and control system, and tie rod boot accordions at both wheels. Post repair, the Sienna runs great, feels like fresh off the factory floor. This is a small business. Factory owner Irfan Mahmood directly responded to all our inquiries in a timely manner and provided good insights into the vehicle's condition. Ever since we bought this Sienna, we have been using Toyota dealerships for 100% of our repair and maintenance work. Going forward, I plan to use Clayton Auto Service. read more

5* service but you are paying for it. For major stuff you will not find a place that is more transparent. They give good quality work and recommendations. They do not try and nickel and dime you for unnecessary work, or work you can push off for longer. Or work that might not be worth it to you if your car is in bad condition. Anything major I would go here every single time. For something like an oil change you can probably get better value elsewhere. I wouldn't quite call this a value per say. For minor work you can get it done elsewhere for a better price. Maybe if I did go here for oil changes by car never would have gotten into bad shape. Irfan and his team are professional and A+.
