Sticky surfaces, leftover scraps, like a toddler's food fight had just wrapped up. Not one staff member in sight handling the mess. We had to clean our own table just to sit down without catching something. I came to eat a sandwich, not play janitor! And just when I thought it couldn't get worse--my brother finds a black hair in his fries.Utterly vile. How does that even happen in a place that's supposed to pride itself on standards?
