If I can't say something positive I feel like I shouldn't say anything at all. But.... how will you anyone know if someone does not speak up? So, here is how my experience could be better and I'll go back and patronize that location again. This is the second time and I won't mention any names because that not cool. Do not snatch payment out of the customers hand. It's not necessary and sets a tone for the experience. It's okay to tell dirty/oily hands mechanic guy to keep his extremely dirty had behind the barrier, that's why I didn't get humus. Keep portions consistent. I payed for a pita, not a taquito. Pay attention to the customer you are helping and not your coworkers conversation with two young girls he is trying to impress. I'm not sure how it works back there but It looked like a very poorly choreographed swing dance and nobody knew they were part of it. I shouldn't have to ask for more ingredients added to my pita because the people in front of me had great looking full pitas. I believe I should be asked if I want my falafels smashed, cut in half or left whole. My pita, my choice, yes? Most of my falafel didn't make it into the pita, it was fodder for the grill top trench. I was there today between 1:35 and 2:00 pm. I will not got back to this store for a good long while. Midtown off 36 and Tikahtnu are excellent and I always tip regardless of the service. Going to rethink that for sure. Pita Pit you are a great choice... there are other great choices too... bounce back, you can do it! read more
