I can't recommend any shop more than PSMT. The team installed ECS Diff-bushings along with the turner diff-plate. If you have read on forums or even experienced some cars that have had these installed wrong will tend to have a grinding or even really loud clunking noise. None of that with them! The car drives so much better and has a very very subtle noise when engaging D, N,R and no weird grinding or suspicious sounds at all. I am more than happy with everything and know the work was done perfectly. I've had a tough time finding a place I trust with my MK7 VW GTI. I know quite a bit about cars but am new to working on them so there are certain things I leave to the professionals. I recently bought a front brake kit, slotted rotors, and a coilover set and took it to a shop that shall remain nameless that was recommended by a friend and supposed to be some big fancy german aftermarket mod shop. Long story short they left air in my brake lines and shoddily installed my suspension was loose. Two places I went to refused to even inspect the suspension because "they didn't install it" Enter Herbert, Sam and Pit Stop Motor Tuning. I called up the shop and first spoke to Sam. He listen to my concerns and from the get go was happy to at least inspect, see if it's an easy fix, or worst case scenario reinstall the whole set. He quickly realized I knew what I was talking about with cars and spoke on my level and not down to me as most places do. My confidence in this shop increased even more when I dropped my GTI off and met Herbert. He knows his stuff in a big way, and has VW love which I respect :D. I knew my car was in good hands. They have an OCD eye for perfection and inspire tons of confidence. Got my oil changed here today and these guys were so sweet! They had some of the most competitive prices around Burbank. They took time to do an inspection, topped off the fluids, checked my tires (because my light was on) and let me know one of my filters needed replacing. After being surprised I needed a new filter (because my dealership "replaced" them recently) - the gentleman took the time to show me the filters and which one needed replacing. One of them (the filter the dealership "changed" when I mentioned my air-conditioning smelled rather musty) looked like it had NEVER been changed. Uuugghhh *Shakes fists at the heavens*. It's only my first time here but they seem so honest and willing to teach-- to show you what's going on. Furthermore, they let you decide what you want to do without pressuring you.
