I've been coming here for the past 4 oil changes because my original mechanic had moved out of Burbank. Today I decided to make the drive to him to get a thorough tune up prior to my San Diego trip. He pointed out a few things...he showed me the cabin filter that was put in incorrectly. Next, the plastic cover to the cabin filter was not in place "off" until he looked under my seat and found it.. lastly there was 6 PSI too much air in my tires as well. I know it's better to have too much air than not enough air but even still it was inaccurate . I am surprised and dissapointed to hear and see these findings. I'll continue to make the drive to my original mechanic....or next time I'll bring a male with me. read more

The best, honest, nicest, people I have ever met. They really care about their customers and providing quality service: They have coffee and internet for their customers in their waiting area. I originally went to them for an oil change a couple years ago and then back again when I had an engine light issue that no one could figure out, they helped me figure it out without charge. TWICE. Both times were minor issues but it speaks volumes because they could have charged at the very least for their time, but they didn't. I've gone to them for help replacing my battery, brake pads and today I went in for an oil leak and they helped change the gasket and my windshield wipers for very reasonable price. I took my truck in because I had coolant leak. I could see my radiator was leaking and maybe a part I could not see. So I waited whole the guys checked over. I've only been patronizing the shop since early summer and Ron usually helped me, very friendly and funny straight forward. This day I'm not sure who this guy was on my visit order it says Hayden, short guy zero personality. So I hear him on the phone talking about parts. Gets off calls me over says I need numerous parts. Radiator water pump hoses thermostat and neck clamps. Total nearly 4000 dollars. So i tell him water pump can't be bad I just changed it a yr ago he insists it's leaking. Then I knew he was cheating me. I asked can at least the radiator be changed now and other things later. He says no it all has to be done together. that's a lie. I had the radiator changed b4 about 15 yrs ago. I've had the truck since 2004. So I take my truck and leave. I take it to my regular mechanic he looks it over sees it's the radiator fixes and 700 dollars and a month later I have no leak or overheating. I wanted to wait a month b4 I write a review. Very disappointed. Ron I trust but because I this little guy with bad attitude I will not return. Maybe he didn't want me there in the first place. There very well have been other parts needed for this repair but to say a radiator could not be done separately and to try to change a water pump that was still good nonsense. read more

Ron has been in business for over 35 years. Fair, honest and welcoming. You see that as soon as you see the memorabilia in his waiting room. Ron cares about his customers. There are snacks, magazines and a very comfortable sofa with nice and cold Air Conditioning. Internet is available (look at my pictures) and the collection of interesting items in the waiting room will make the time pass by quickly. The Lube Center has been around for a long time. There is a reason for that. Ron is an honest person who happens to be Christian. That means a lot to me and a lot of others. I know that I can trust and be helped with my automotive needs. There are four stalls so there will be less time waiting to get serviced. This is a key to quick moving. Most places have only one or two stalls. If you are waiting for a part then everyone is waiting. NOT at the Lube Center! I highly recommend The Lube Center for any diagnostic and maintenance needs. PS. There are a lot of Motor homes and large vehicles being fixed in the parking lot. Give them a call if you have any large vehicles. The Glendale Jeep dealership wanted $1100 to change my purge solenoid on my 2018 Wrangler. The parts were $100 total. I bought the parts and took them here and they fixed it for $400. This place is clean and comfy without that weird corporate vibe. The space has tons of cool posters, vintage signs, guys working there were cool. I was stressed out about a business issue I was having but it was oddly calming to hang out here. Also I could tell this place is legit by the regulars who came and they way they spoke to the owner. There's lots of cheaper places in Burbank for an oil change ($50 here if you have a small crossover/SUV) but the service is normally great. Oil change, check fluids, vacuum interior, etc. That being said, I was pretty irked to be charged for a $50 oil change to find out their vacuum isn't working until after I got in the car. So maybe don't charge full price if you can't provide the full service? Knocking a star off for the meh attitude they had about it. Looks like I'm vacuuming my own car today. read more

Ron, is awesome. My ABS light came on, I needed brakes really bad, so we got all that done- but the ABS light was still on. Ron and his staff went WAY above the call of duty to fully investigate-- turns out it was the dreaded Rats chewed my wires. They needed to keep it an extra day, but worked overtime to get my Prius back in time for a road trip. They also MANUALLY fixed the chewed wires, at a fraction of the cost that a dealer would have charged. A dealer would have simply replaced the entire wire box, and charged over $3,000. The Customer service is awesome, and these are very clever and caring mechanics. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

I do got a lawsuit but I don't believe in that I believe doing right things PLUS it will cost me lot more money take them to court money I don't have money to do that that why I get rip offf a. lot I dont believe in suing.
