Everyone that works here is so friendly. Normally when I go to a mechanic/oil center everyone is so cold or I feel like I'm bothering them. You can tell that there is great top down leadership here because management really knows how to run a cohesive team. Service is fast and efficient and prices are good. Okay ratings went down pretty quick. Originally dropped off car for full check , tune up, 60k mile service including replacement of brakes and all fluids and let them know I was well over due for an oil change. Picked up car had great experience. However, I drove back home and noticed that I still had my old oil change sticker on. I look at the paper work and there's no mention of an oil change performed. I feel weird because oil change seems like it would be one of the first and most basic things to check during a full service (also, there was oil leaking out where my oil filter is when I dropped it off ). To have that oil just wiped away but not changed made me feel like I potentially didn't get the full service I was hoping for. Now I question if some other things were missed in the check. Had I not looked, I could have damaged my car severely since I'm taking it on a cross country road trip. I had to call out from work the next day and drive from SCV to back to Burbank to have them check if they did or did not perform the oil change (time and $$ on a customers end who just spent a lot of money at their location for services). I didn't feel safe driving my car without an oil change right away bc it was overdue and the previously mentioned oil that was leaking from the oil filter. I get there and they check to find it was not performed. The guy working says "we will take care of it for you" ... probably the wrong verbiage to use. Should have been a "I'm sorry. We can change it for you for $X amount". But there was not a conversation about cost prior to completing the service. So when I'm leaving I was left with the whole bill and though I did negotiate it down $10 it just felt like poor business. Not saying the work they do was bad but it's just not the way i felt business should be handled. I would have taken my car to another location for a cheaper oil change had I known. money is tight and i had already budgeted the pervious amount thinking it included all that i brought the car in needing. Lost trust and now lost my recommendation to refer friends here. Still driving the car around just hoping they serviced the car in the way it needed. a weird feeling when you feel like you finally found a good mechanic you can trust and then to experience this. read more

Very friendly and honest with a me. As a woman with a baby I expect a fight but they were very good with me. However I'm really unhappy with how they treated my car. I have a 2017 VW. The oil change interval is 10,000 miles. However, they keep resetting my oil change sensor to 3,000 miles. So the oil light goes on and I go to VW thinking there's a problem and they keep informing me the computer is being reset. So sneaky! Maybe it was an honest mistake but that's a pretty big honest mistake to be happening more than once. I went there upon recommendation from a friend and would highly recommend this place to anyone. They are honest, nice, and fast. But they also do keep a good eye on the car so when I desperately needed a new A/C filter, they caught that. So I yelped oil change and this place came up. They seem to have a lot of good reviews, so I figure: what the heck lets go here. Best decision I've made all day. I've had my oil changed many times and have dealt with all types of people. This is by far the cleanest shop I went to with the most relaxing waiting area. Of course there was almost no waiting done as they finished everything in 15 min. I still had time to actually enjoy a lunch for the next 45 min... They also brought in my air filter and cabin filter to show me. It was in disgustingly bad shape so I told them to change that too. Price was very very fair. Dealer wanted an arm and a leg for those things before when I took it in. Anyways my accord couldn't be happier for the service and neither could I. From my initial walk in and greet and the guy immediately taking my car in to the excellent customer service inside. This is the only place I'm taking my car from now on. I came here because I have been looking for an oil change place near me and this place had great reviews. I came on a Saturday afternoon so there was a wait but they still got me out of there pretty fast. The inside was nice and cool but it was dirty. There was an old, worn, cracked green leather couch and VERY outdated magazines. Cob webs and dirt on the windows and random stuff in a glass case (weird). But they did get my oil changed quickly and they front desk guy was helpful. It was pricey -$38.00. I usually I can get an oil change AND car wash for $35. Bottom line: If you are in a hurry go here. If not, then find a car wash place that can change your oil and you can get a free car wash too. read more

It's so hard to find reliable, honest mechanical service these days. As a woman, it's twice as hard because so many mechanic types take advantage of our femaleness and use big technical words in order to sell us on service we don't even need, or they jack up the price of service figuring we don't know anything about cars. Fortunately, I have my hot, Irish neighbor to consult on mechanical matters. But when he's not around, I have Yelp nation. Due to the across the board stellar reviews for Lube Center, I took my car there this morning. What a stellar bunch of nice guys. I was offered coffee not once, but twice. Coffee isn't the only perk, though. They have a very comfy couch, free Wi-Fi, and a phone booth for free local calls. Their magazine selection ran the gamut from Muscle and Fitness to Cosmo. Unlike my past experiences with places like Jiffy Lube, where they always give me the hard sell and tell me I need this and that done, blah, blah, blah, the Lube Center guys just did the job, plain and simple. When they unclogged my wiper fluid mechanism they discovered a broken plastic part, which they replaced at no charge. They changed the oil, checked all the fluids, and put air in my tires. I asked them to replace my wiper blades, which they didn't have on hand, so they had someone deliver them to the shop within 15 minutes. I loved that the service guy even cleaned my dog nose smudged windows. So nice! As I settled the bill, I was told many times that my business was appreciated. I didn't cringe and have that queasy wave of nausea wash over me as I handed over my debit card, knowing my account would be drained of hard earned cash. Because of their reasonable pricing and their friendly, most excellent service, Lube Center has a client for life. I highly recommend these guys. read more

Can't say enough good things about this place. I always get my oil changed here. A little bit more expensive than some other places, but the window cleaning and vacuuming is above and beyond, and totally worth it in my opinion. Not to mention that they are really quick! I've had some other repairs done here, too, and they were great. Most recently my car was broken into and the battery was stolen, and one of the terminals was messed up in the process. My BS detector is pretty refined now, so usually it "dings" and I just leave the establishment with my money still safely in hand. Not here. These are good, honest people, and I would trust any suggestion they have on my little Catmobile. They truly care about the customer, and will only recommend things if it's needed. Found this place thanks to Jiffy Lube - after sitting in front of their bays for a sea turtle's lifespan waiting for one of their clueless grease-monkeys to acknowledge my existence I decided I'd had enough and headed back to work. Turns out luck was on my side, as I discovered the Lube Center less than a mile away. THE PLUSES: - Friendly, courteous staff. - 10 minutes oil change that actually took 10 minutes. - Free internet (not just WiFi - they have computer stations). - Coffee that doesn't taste like it came straight from the engine block of a Ford F-150. THE MINUSES: - They won't try to up-sell you on a bunch of repairs you don't need, so too bad if you're trying to pad business expenses for your next audit. - The employees are all fluent in English, so it's a poor place to practice your Spanish/Armenian/Russian. - You won't be stuck in an overcrowded lobby for two hours, so it's also not the best locale to solicit Amway or enlistment for your cult. My only other minor gripe would be the TV in the lobby stuck on Fox News. I may be imagining things but Fox News doesn't seem nearly as "fair and balanced" as their slogan would lead one to believe. Still these are just nits for the picking. The Lube Center and staff possess not only COMPETENCE but the ability to actually DELIVER on their promises as advertised -- qualities all too rare these days. Recommended?
