If you have a Tesla beware. The worker Mike is extremely disrespectful, passive aggressive, and angry with his customers. I went in there asking if they did Tesla tire patches and they claim they did... only to find out they raise the car incorrectly which damages a $20,000 battery. After explaining to them that I have the extra part and can give it to them to properly raise it.. He started yelling and saying he won't do it and threw us out of his shop. He always told me to be quiet since this is a "Tesla and not a Ferrari"... I guess some people simply don't care if they destroy others cars and have no form of respect to even have a job there. Robert was upfront, honest and fair in getting me an estimate on pads and shocks for my Honda CR-V. He was able to get in all done within a few hours and although the results are still to be determined - I have not driven on the highway yet to test the shocks - all seems to be fine thus far. These guys suck First the man charges me $200 bucks for a sh*t muffler install then tells me I need to order parts, I order them, bring my car back and he breaks the new part right in front of me and refused to pay to replace it! Gets in my face and tells me to "get the f**k out of here" I've filed a claim against them with the BBB and I will be protesting out front of their shop in an attempt to keep customers away from these thief's! If you want to be ripped off on your car...take it to these jerks! So I go in to check my catalytic converter because the car is sputtering - I wanted to make sure it was not something serious. The guy says no charge to check the converter. Great! He inspects the converter and then calls me to say it is ok but he does not know what is wrong with the car. I say, ok, then do me a favor and change the spark plugs and see if it fixes the problem. He says well it might cost hundreds of dollars to figure out what is wrong. I say, just change the spark plugs first and hopefully that will fix it. No word was mentioned of any diagnostic fee, etc. He was gonna change the spark plugs and see if that fixed the problem. Apparently, the car needed new spark plugs - because when he changed them, it solved my sputtering problem. Very dirty and old plugs. He calls me up and says $220.00 I said what was wrong? Well, it was the spark plugs, and then we replaced 3' of your tail pipe. (I asked for a quote on a muffler, he said the muffler was fine.) I never asked for that to be done. I said I didn't have that much, I had no idea it was going to be so high. He said he can't release the car until I pay for it. Good lord, what could I do? So, $220 (CASH!!! No checks!) for a spark plug and 3' of tail pipe. He charged me $75 diagnostic fee, and $20 rediagnose fee. WTF is this crap? I have no way to dispute this with Consumer Affairs cus it's his word against mine... nothing in writing. But I can tell my fellow YELPERS in Glendale to STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRIMINIAL!!! read more

Pretty great shop, I'm a heavy car fanatic and I do a lot of work on my vehicles. I've gotten full cat-back exhaust work done on my 2015 Infiniti Q60, and also my 2016 Subaru WRX. My q60 sounded amazing! Great exhaust flow with a good deep tone out, improved torque drastically with perfect work. My Subaru WRX peaked 24 PSI rather than the old 22 PSI being a huge difference for just exhaust work without a tune. They take the job seriously and cater to your needs. I thought a 2.5 inch piping would work best for my WRX but the main man fixing up my exhaust recommended 3 inch(No price difference) and quickly told me that I would lose back pressure if I had put 2.5 inch piping, later I did my research on it and what he said was a fact, saving me time, money and a headache. These guys take it serious offering great expertise and service at a good price! Note that they only take cash! Also they do not really have exhaust tips in stock so if you plan on a straight pipe, get your tips and take it with you before so you aren't stuck with straight piping out the back. I took my 04 G coupe to these guys cause my buddy recommended them. I wanted a muffler delete every shop I called said $150 to do the job but I had to take the car the next day, I didn't want to wait so I took it to these guys, he said it will cost $180 cash, I told him I only had my debit card, after all the work was completed and I had to pay he randomly changed the price to $220 because I didn't have cash. He said the pipe was $120 and the y pipe was $40 bs but whatever. I know he ripped me off I didn't care much. The first day the car sounded amazing, after that it sounded like garbage and my mpg was horrible. I took it to another shop and saw that the dumb fuck didn't weld it correctly and it had leaks everywhere. Fuck this place, not only did I get ripped off he did a shitty ass job. Don't ever go here, these fuckers don't deserve your hard earned money and shouldn't be allowed near a automobile. Complete Micky Mouse job is what I got for 220.
