Salmon flavor

This is a cute little stand outside the convention center. They don't have the same selection as they do at the one at Pike's Place, but there were sweet and savory options every time I went there. There was almost always a line when I walked by. It's very convenient if you are attending a convention. Everything was fresh - I think having so much business helps that. They were always pulling something new out of the oven. Also it's right next to Monorail so you can grab a coffee with it.

Grab and go! Yummy piroshkys, lots of different types and flavors there's something for everyone and anyone. Not much seating inside but there's outdoor seating. I found service to be lacking when I was there but you don't go there for the service, you go there for the food. I loved the breakfast one and would get more!

Absolutely loved the beef and onion one. Also tried the apricot one, but the savory ones were way better and more filling.

This location is incredibly convenient on the outside of the convention center. There is a small seating area just outside the counter room. I had the potato and cheese pastry and the chocolate cream hazelnut roll. Having just come off a plane, these pastries really hit the spot: dense and flavorful. Plus, they were ready immediately. The seating area was nice, too, essentially a covered patio that allowed some nice people watching along the street.

Located in downtown and close to our hotel (Paramount). Seemed to have less baked goods compared to the location at Pikes Market, but still enough good choices and conveniently closer. Looks to be a new store so clean and good looking store. Server was friendly. Baked good were fresh, warm, and tasty. We had the Baked Salmon Pate, Bacon Hash brown, & Cheese, and the Curry Chicken & Rice. All were very good.

No line! If you don't have to get a specific Piroshky, then come to this small location on then side of the beautiful convention center. Limited items but you'll probably find something you'll like. Nice cashier and slower paced. They also have happy hour M-Th where you'll get $2 off from 1-3pm! Even more reason to come here.

Went a little "off strip" and stumbled upon a line free Piroshky Piroshky!!! Lucky us! We stopped in and were immediately greeted and given some time to take a look at the offerings. We decided on the best seller salmon pate as a light snack before our dinner. It was perfect!! So well balanced and fun to eat! We're sad we didn't stop by earlier during our trip! We will definitely be back here again if we're in town!

**Piroshky Piroshky, Pike Place Market**…read more We stopped in around 11am on a Saturday before our Starbucks reservation, and I was surprised to walk right up with no line. My two girlfriends and I split the hash brown, bacon, egg and cheese piroshky, which was the right call. It's hearty enough that a third each was a solid snack to get something in our stomachs before a morning of caffeine. It's exactly as advertised and delicious. The pastry is soft and the filling is generous, with plenty of bacon and hash browns in every bite. It ran a little salty for my taste, but I'd chalk that up to how much bacon they pack in rather than a flaw in the recipe. The best endorsement I can give is that we went back again the next morning.

It looked a bit long, but once you got in line, it actually moved fairly quickly! I got to the front in about 15 minutes, and there were about 15 people ahead of me. I got a few items on the list: their classic beef and cheese, chicken curry and rice Piroshky, and their bacon egg and cheese Piroshky. The food came out literally within a minute as they were coming out quickly, the ambiance was fast pace, take your order move to the next person, get your food and pay! I thought the bacon egg and cheese one was okay, the chicken curry and rice was pretty darn good, but the classic beef and cheese, mmmmmm you just can't say no. Next time i'll be ordering a bunch more, because 12 was not enough!

They have so many yummy options, but I settled on a mushroom and Gruyère pastry and an earl grey blueberry cruffin. The mushroom and Gruyère pastry was SO good!!! Buttery flaky layers of dough with a strong earthy mushroom flavor and savory cheese - an absolute umami bomb. We ate it the day after and threw it in the air fryer for a couple of minutes, and it was so delicious. The cruffin was huge! Topped with a delicious light Earl grey cream that wasn't too sweet. It was filled with a blueberry cream and was definitely very filling. There's a lot of sugar coating it, as is standard with cruffins, but it's a nice sweet treat. Definitely coming back for the mushroom and Gruyère pastry and to try their other delicious flavors. Their supreme croissant flavor switches often and we can't wait to try the next one! One of the best bakeries I've been to in Seattle so far.

The roll structure made the croissant layers less prominent (a minus) but the chili and corn makes the overall pastry enjoyable. Don't park at the adjacent bank parking lot, even when they're closed, as when I went on Sunday they had someone ticketing everyone who parked and walked away. I got a small baguette and a cinnamon roll. The baguette has a lovely, toothsome crust, yielding to a diaphanous soft inner portion that tastes almost savory. It's good enough to eat by itself, or makes a wonderful base for sandwiches. This is definitely a bread to savor. The cinnamon roll has almost caramelized raisins inside, very unique. The cinnamon is balanced with the brown sugar so it's perfectly sweet. As for the dough, it's laminated so it's almost croissant-like and yet chewy and crisp at the same time. Delicious!

If you can find parking in the Cap Hill area I would definitely consider this as an option for a sweet treat. I think the prices are really reasonable considering some of the other options. Staff: 5/5 (nice) Sanitation: 5/5 (clean) Soft serve w/syrups (5/5) I've had most of the syrups that they offer with their vanilla soft serve. The soft serve itself is a really creamy and rich vanilla milk flavor. I would say it's closer to that Asian milk flavor if you know what I mean. I think the hojicha syrup is my favorite out of all the ones I've tried so far. It has a really nice roasty flavor and not something you can find at most other places. The matcha I would say is my second favorite. The flavor of the matcha syrup is definitely lighter compared to the hojicha but still is a nice compliment to the soft serve. The black sesame would be the lowest on my list out of the, all since I felt like the flavor was too nutty like it was a blend of sesame and potentially a nut. Overall I would definitely go back for the hojicha but if you're not into that there's definitely solid options for other flavors.

My partner and I were enticed in on a whim after paddle boarding in Lake Union and it did not disappoint. The smell of the smoker outside hit us as soon as we parked and from then we decided we couldn't leave without trying a little something. We ended up getting the miso caramel pork belly from the Hinoki food truck with a side of rice. The pork belly was really well flavored, smoky, sweet, and salty. I'm only taking half a star off for the rice which really wasn't great as it was mushy and overcooked. I would probably opt for the fries next time instead, though this might be a heavier combination. The service was good, and everyone we interacted with was perfectly nice and helpful. The plan is to definitely come back again and try more of what they have on their menu like the smoked half chicken, and even some drinks and things from the bakery.
