Today I made my 3rd trip to the Las Colinas Pin Stack. 1. Visited about 3 weeks ago with Grandkids. Funtime for them and I was so excited to have the location so close to my home. They were excited too. They live near the Plano location and love it. The food was amazing. However, very slow in getting out the food. So not a 5 Star Thank you for such a great experience and good food. 2. My husband and I had just flown back into DFW. After my great food experience I suggested we go to Pin Stack for dinner. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food. Our server Kelly was not at all concerned with how long our food was taking. She did not keep us informed on the status with no apology. Needless to say we were very disappointed. 3. Today. I decided to give Pin Stack one last chance. I brought my 2 girlfriends. We had Bethany as our server. She was wonderful. Checked on us several times as 2 of us waited for our friend. She stopped by and provided us with drinks as we waited. As my friend was about 10 minutes late, she asked if we wanted an appetizer. Which we ordered. We got the pretzels. They were amazing. However, our food was taking longer than expected after we ordered. Bethany was consistent in checking in on us and made the whole experience relaxed and fun. Then the manager came by and I shared with him how Bethany saved the day. I explained this was my last test run on the service there. Bethany saved me as a customer. The food is great but I feel they are working hard on training the servers to ensure they understand how important a connection with the customer is part of their service position. I'm still excited about having Pin Stack in our City and want to invite everyone to support them through their growing pains. The investment will pay off for us all. Great food and fun for the whole family. read more

Attended a company team building event on 10/26 and was impressed with the facility's and the friendly and responsive staff. Everyone I encountered seemed genuinely glad to listen to a question and help. I'm sorry I didn't check out the arcade sooner during the event. Bumper cars, a rock wall and ropes course were a surprise that I am definitely looking forward to trying on a future visit. I would definitely recommend this place to friends. read more

Jordan in the bar was incredible!! I would definitely come back just for service from him. Keep up the great work and fantastic service!!

Pinstack restuarant bar is THE spot! We were with a large walk in party, with no reservations and the brothers Charlie and Christopher rocked it with no problems, how a team should work! The Pinstack has all kinds of stuff to keep you busy to, like a two story laser tag arena and a huge variety of pinball machines! Will be coming back to see the brothers in the bar again, what types of new cocktails they have been working on for the recipe book they have been working on, and their extraordinary customer service! Wish I could give more stars, bravo! read more

Donnell Jones was Awesome!! We will come back just because of him!! My family and I had a blast plus the food was great!

Very great and place to have parties and just for hanging out with buddies and playing to your heart's content! The staff is very kind to the customers and the service is amazing. Bowling is really fun especially with all the games. The food is delicious and all the games are very fun and rewarding! They even have other activities such as laser tag and bumper cars. I highly recommend going here and having fun. read more

My wife and I were at Pinstack on Saturday 2/10/2018, let me just say you have a true asset in Suzy. She was friendly, very attentive, and made our time there great! Her personality and ability to connect to her patrons are second to none. Because of her we will definitely be back! read more

Had a great night; Bryan was an amazing manager, continually checked in on our party. Phil made the best lemon drop martini outside of my husband. We had an amazing time on a late Saturday night that we'll be back on a Sunday for brunch! read more

My friends and I went to this place for the first time and it was a blast. I never would have imagined there would be bumper cars or rock climbing at a bowling place! The staff was great especially one employee named Andy who gave us really fun challenges for the rock wall obstacle course! He was a super cool guy and we definitely plan on going back. read more

Fantastic food and service! Erin in the bar took great care of us. Even the managers, Bryan and Brian, also stopped by our table to make sure that we were enjoying everything. We had brisket nachos which were delicious. We will definitely be returning! read more

Went for a evening of bowling and play on Saturday night with my husband and two kids and we had so much fun!! Lots of updated and new games in the arcade and everything looked really clean. And their prize room was awesome! Way bigger and nicer than Main Events. While the kids played me and my husband decided to grab a bite to eat, and the two girls at the front were super sweet and helped us get sat as soon as possible even though the restaurant was almost all the way full because of the cowboys game. And our server was really attentive and took great care of us. (wish I could remember his name!) Only bad thing was that bowling wait time was 3 hours so that was a bummer but it's a busy Saturday night so that's understandable. Overall, a pretty good experience! We'll defiantly be back! read more

Amazing place! We already did 2 youth events. Our Church young people love this place. Staff is incredible, the atmosphere is great and the activities are awesome. Would really recommend for your events. read more

We enjoyed a wonderful experience at Pinstack Las Colinas last night for my daughter's 11th birthday party. Unfortunately, due to the season and timing of our planning, only a few of the many guests invited were able to attend. Those that did were running late, stuck in a traffic jam. The hosts, Mia and Leslie, were incredibly sweet and accommodating. They helped decorate with the supplies we brought, and kept everything in the room in the optimal place for serving and staying organized. The most valuable characteristic they had was their empathy towards my daughter. On a very busy weekend evening in mid-December, with only a quarter of her invited guests able to make the party, they made her feel like the most special person in the building. They asked their manager about giving us a bit more time in the room due to the traffic delays, and the manager Kaitlyn was so gracious to come offer this to us. They all had smiles on their faces and helped us move items to another table in the bowling area later in case more guests arrived later, so they would be able to eat. Even the employees we encountered in the gaming areas were smiling and genuine. You can tell this is a place that values and rewards their employees for great customer service. It was such a pleasure to do business with them and I'm still blown away by their graciousness and spirit of fun. Thank you for making a party that could have been a disaster into a truly special experience! We will definitely return! read more

Great service waitress was friendly as well Darnell and the food was amazing...The bowling was excellent as well as the arcade area. Laser tag was so exciting just wish it was longer read more

Took my family here for the first time last night! Oh my gosh we had a blast! I enjoyed the high ropes course with my 6 year old son. My 5 year old son had so much fun playing in the arcade...and those were some pretty fantastic prizes he earned after redeeming his tickets! Great atmosphere and tons of fun for the whole family! The only reason I'm not giving this a 5-star review is because we spent more money than I planned to in less than 2 hours. But that's our fault for getting a little out of control...too many fun activities to enjoy under one roof! read more

Came here for my husbands birthday and had a great time! The staff took great care of us. Got here on a Friday night at 8 pm and there was no wait for lanes. We had a party of 15 and they very PATIENTLY dealt with us. Thank you Pinstack Las Colinas! read more

Typically fun but this location is all employees talking to employees and busy on their phones. 7 employees standing around watching 1 or 2 employees work while lines are long. Consistent at all activities, restaurant. Re staff positions or cross-train. read more

Bryan has a personality out of the world. Awesome and amazing! Thanks for the laughs.

First visit to Pin Stack after a corporate event and the customer service was exactly what a casual active atmosphere should be! Prompt attention, friendly conversation, and excellent service from the kitchen staff and both the bartender Anthony and the Manager Bryan. Keep up the good work. read more

Overall a terrible experience. Upon arrival, we were told it would be a 30-min wait to eat. When we decided to leave minutes later because our little ones were hungry, they followed us out and told us they could suddenly seat us right away. Then the quality of the food was super disappointing. My kids' chicken tenders ($8) were not only overdone but very obviously burned on the outside, yet they still felt they were appropriate to serve. The Moscow Mules we ordered were totally inconsistent. The first time they arrived in a cocktail glass with mint (odd as that is), but the second one we ordered came in a copper mug. The dishes sat on the table until we specifically requested that at least some of them be cleared so we had space to even sign our bill. Then the family restroom was awful. Super dirty and no soap. Needless to say, we won't ever be back. read more

Nice place for kids and adults. Attended a birthday party there with family. They rented a room for birthday party! Enjoyed it.

We went during happy hour.We ask our waitress which draft beers were for happy hour price. She said all of them.Ok so order a couple of beers. When we asked for our bill.We were charged regular price.I asked about the happy hour price on beers. She said let me ask to my manager. Few long minutes later, she said sorry I made a mistake "Its on me'..(.What that suppose to mean?)She can't do nothing about it and shrug her shoulders.(just like this‍)Well that's the LAST time I go there. So if you ever go on happy hour.Make sure the price is correct. Bcuz it will be " Oh Well Situation " read more

Awesome restaurant, bar and entertainment place. More upscale than other places like Bowlmor or Main Event. Bartenders are attentive and know their stuff. Excellent food and ambiance . Their VIP room is often rented by many of the Dallas sports stars . We went for a company outing and we were pleased with everything and our group had a blast. Thank you PINSTACK staff for a great time. read more

First time coming to Pinstack and I have to say it was a great experience for my family and I. I am looking forward to coming back soon.

Alexis and Cade gave us great customer service on our lane and we had an amazing experience. highly recommend!!!! 10/10 wow

Food service was awful! It took an hour for the waitress to take our order. When we needed her for refills or condiments she was nowhere to be found. Then we tried to get the managers attention for assistance. He looked at us and then deliberately walked away (he was standing 2 feet from our table). The food was nothing special.. I get better service at McDonalds than I did here. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else before you come here. read more

Terrible customer service. The employees seem more interested in socializing than doing their jobs. We have had this issue the past 2 times we have come, a month apart. read more
