Pinkberry is one of the very first frozen yogurt companies that opened in LA area back in 2005. Ever since we have been a fan. This location is very close to our house so we come here a lot. The store is always clean and well stocked. Now it's self serve so that makes it more fun to chose flavors and toppings on our own. My son loves filling up his cup by himself and loves to chose from many of the toppings. The only problem at this location I would say is the staff. They seem very unhappy, I think it comes from management/ owners. They are not getting the right training. They should create a happy place for customers, welcome us with a smile and try to be helpful instead of just standing there. Today's visit was by far the worst. The girl was so unhappy that my son asked why she is so sad. She didn't greet us or say a word while we were paying for our yogurt. No thank you, no smile, no have a nice evening. Nothing. And with toppings, your best bet is to tell them exactly how many spoons/pieces you want because they'll just keep adding it on for you. Don't be shocked at how much you're paying for your froyo. I don't agree with how Pinkberry is still charging by the ounce when you can't make it yourself (and understandably with Covid) so it should be charged by the cup size or something. read more

I go to this Pinkberry location very often as I do work around here and each time I've left extremely disappointed. The cleanliness of the store was appalling--the floors were sticky, the tables were dirty, and trash bins were overflowing. The signs on the walls looked old and neglected, they have been there for months without any updates. To top it off, they only accept card payments. This Pinkberry location has been mentioning that their ice cream machines have been under maintenance for about a year now leaving 3-4 flavors each time. Pinkberry? More like Stankberry. I visited Pinkberry earlier this week to take advantage of my free birthday coupon. I was told I couldn't get a free serving, but I would get a credit toward my purchase, because they sold it by weight. I paid the difference and ate the yogurt. I returned tonight to use a 50% off coupon. I was told that this location wouldn't honor that coupon. Both of these coupons were on the Pinkberry app. This felt like a bait and switch. The yogurt is not cheap. I can go to the supermarket and get 2 pints for the price of serving of Pinkberry. I will not be returning to this location because of these experiences, and also because of the rude girl behind the counter. Also, we sat at one of the tables outside, and they were dirty. It was an all-around negative experience. Somehow the yogurt doesn't taste as good as it used to.. I've written to corporate because they advertised the coupons via the app, and their franchisee does not honor them. read more

Most times I come to the AMC 16 theater, I have a habit of coming to Pinkberry's if I have some time to spare. The pomegranate frozen yogurt is my favorite. I usually get the dark chocolate crisps, mochi, strawberry, and pineapple. I don't really have a lot of high expectations for a place like this, so I don't really have any complaints. It's very straight forward... get a cup, pick your yogurt, ask for toppings, pay, and enjoy! My only observation that I noticed this location does differently compared to other FroYo places, is that the worker behind the counter is the only person who is allowed to give/add toppings. There is a plastic film that covers the toppings bar. I can definitely see why they may have done this. This isn't necessarily an inconvenience, but it's definitely unique. read more

If this is your local store, I highly suggest you order via Postmates or Uber Eats, as you get four toppings for free and the froyo is charged based on the size of the cup ... This especially goes out to those who like to purchase the takeout containers for home. Really is upsetting they charged per ounce for the take-home when every other location only charges $14. Not only did I walkout spending close to $30, they didn't fill it to the top. Take-home portion is supposed to be equivalent to two large cups, toppings are never included. Went there with my 4kids, and bought yogurt for all 6 of us, left a good tip, yet the lady was rood enough to literally throw the cups towards us after weighing. Worst service ever!! I was just in Pinkberry and walked out after craving it for two days. I remember the days of the Pinkberry line that went out the building. Today, there was only 3 other people in there. The rude lady running the register REFUSED to give us more than one sample cup at a time - for 3 people!! She was also very rude to the other party there. After sampling one flavor, I asked my husband to try to get more sample cups for the 3 of us and SHE ONLY GAVE US ONE!! You've got to be kidding me! We came to Pinkberry after the movies as a late snack in place of dinner. All the ingredients were available and all the add ons were full and complete. Bathroom was clean and tidy (I like that you need a key so not everyone can go use it). Everything was in order and clean so you feel good eating here. Only setback was that since it's a self serve set up you question how clean the handles are with everyone touching all the utensils and soft serve knobs. Each time I come to a self-serve Pinkberry I feel like it's a step below other Pinkberry in terms of quality and taste. The few times I've been to this location the soft-serve have always been...watery and not really the consistency of what soft-serve or frozen yogurt should be. The flavors here are often, bland, overly sweet or sour. This isn't to knock that there are a few times I've came and it's alright, nothing spectacular just average. The machines aren't always the cleanest either. This is probably attributed to being self-serve and being understaffed to constantly keep the place tidy. The most upsetting part is the service I received on my recent visit. This truly dropped this place from a 3 star to a solid 1 star. I dealt with an employee Desiree. I handed her a Pinkberry gift card and had her apply it to my total. She said she did and I handed her my card and charged it. Turns out she never charged the gift card and only my card. WOW! I didn't know I liked frozen yogurt this much. My family and I came in here last night after craving ice cream but the ice cream shop we went to was super packed. I got the pecan pie and strawberry flavors and they were really good. I was surprised how good they were. Place was clean. Employee was not very helpful but was not rude either... he just stood there, then charged us when we were ready. Plenty of parking available in parking structure. I don't know if it's free as we came walking. Close to freeway and other restaurants and shops. I know I will come again, especially that it's healthier than ice cream. read more
