On top of that, customer service is terrible. The employees are rude, impatient, and act bothered when you ask simple questions like the price of a croissants ; especially since prices are not clearly displayed. Parking is another nightmare. There's no dedicated parking lot, so you have to park on San Fernando, pay for parking, and parking enforcement is constantly circling waiting to ticket people the second your time expires.
