It was at the tail end of winter, with cold nights and wet days. Rooms have gas fireplaces, with outdoor seating and porches for warmer weather. Checkin was great in the main lodge. They had many friendly employees. There's a bar and restaurant here that I didn't have time to visit! The grounds have paved trails all over, with quick walks or bike rides to restaurants, bars, and outdoor activities. They have a free shuttle that can get you around to places quicker too! My room was gorgeous, with high ceilings, wood, and soft decor. The bathroom was very modern and comfortable. Worth the cost. Another place I really wanted to visit was the indoor heated pool area that looked amazing. Maybe next time! For the event we had catered amazing meals of local produce and meats, so many flavorful items. The event spaces all have a lodge feel to them as well, comfortable. I highly recommend staying here for a few days if you're in the area.

We stayed here one night on our way through town on a 10 day road trip…read more Our room was great! Very nicely kept, updated, and had everything we could have possibly needed. The furniture is very nice, the bed was very comfortable, the electric fire place kept us warm through the night and we loved the rustic feel of the entire place. Even the bathroom is nicely updated and spacious with a great shower. The lodge sits in a nice neighborhood a little off the beaten path. Town is a quick drive away if you need to stock up on anything, find a restaurant, or stores. There is a small fridge available in the rooms. There is a common area with a hot tub and a grill that can be used but we didn't check out that area so I can't give it any rating with my review. The owners of the lodge also have the MotoFantasy business at this location if you'd like to rent a motorcycle to tour around on. We got a chance to look at some of the bikes, and chat with one of the owners, but didn't have time on our trip to rent a bike. Our only complaint was how loud the noise is from others staying in the lodge. It's not that the neighboring people are intentionally being loud. The lodge itself just has a very hollow sound throughout and isn't set up to soften the noise coming from other rooms. We could clearly hear others talking, phones beeping and ringing, TV, doors opening and closing, others showering, toilets flushing and just general walking and moving around. It made for a loud evening & morning. We left pretty early due to this. Overall, we enjoyed our visit to the area. It's a very nice lodge and an awesome place to check out the motorcycles. Just bring some ear plugs for a good nights sleep.

I didn't catch her name but she was very friendly. She asked if we needed anything after doing a quick scan of our room and even went to see if she could find decaf coffee for us. Which speaking of coffee, its a real coffee pot with real coffee! Not just the pods. Some stir sticks would be nice. Our two good sized dogs had plenty of yard to run around (we made sure to clean up after them immediately each time). The room was clean and cute. We did move the furniture around to suite us better. The chair sits in front of the couch due to it being a small room. It still worked perfect for us. We sat on the couch and used the ottoman to play cards and dice while we watched a Halloween movie. The gas fireplace in the corner was a nice touch. It was a super cozy evening! There are two adjoining doors on either side of the room if you had friends or family in other rooms. The refer is a good size for drinks and snacks. The bathroom is big with a big walk in shower. Easily fit 2 of us. It did take me several minutes of messing with all the knobs to figure out the shower. The water pressure was just OK. The temperature knob was very touchy... quickly went from warm to hot. Check in and out was super simple. I sent a text to Gloria and she was quick to respond. I am giving 5 stars, even with the minor issues, because overall it was a great stay and we will be back for sure!

The room had a sink, microwave, and mini fridge. There was also a couch, good quality tv, and a fire place. I liked that I've was available and it was pre-bagged to ensure cleanliness. The bathroom had a his and her sink setup, the shower is separate from the toilet, and the air conditioner was perfect, when needed. My only dislike about the room was the outlet near the bed. There was only one outlet available for a device that was not a phone or laptop. I needed to hook up a medical device and the outlet was too far from the top of the bed. I used the hot tub, sauna, steam room, and trails. At times, the women's locker room was a dirty mess. It would have been nice for someone to stay on top of keeping it clean. During the conference, we were served food, coffee, tea, and drinks. All the staff attending to us were great. Anything we needed, they provided it. I would for sure visit again!

No water, only dangerous energy drinks and a few odds and ends. Why would you not carry water? The 1 bedroom suites have a nicely set up kitchen, living room with a fireplace and nice balcony. The bedroom is large, however the lighting is inadequate, only over the night stands. There is very little space between the bed & wall and something clicks all night. The washroom ares is good although could use a bit of a larger counter space and a hook for toiletry bags. The bathroom/ restroom is crowded. There again is very little space between the toilet and door. Kudos, to housekeeping. We also had multiple thefts of house hold furnishings, kids sporting equipment and kitchen items. When questioned Vacasa leaders said not our deal. The house was pet free but guests showed up with pets and left crap in the back yard. Again, not their deal and not follow up with the guests. Then we had a group of witches that rented the house and pissed in various places throughout the house and dripped hot wax during their freaky shit. The area manager called me and was upset and said he'd replace all the bedding and have the house cleaned. Unfortunately I had to pressure wash the compost deck for hours to remove all the wax and get things back to normal. Throughout the two years we used Vacasa as our short term rental management company and it was a constant shit-show. I even had to track the renters and the payment system because I was shorted payments and charged for replacement bedding I didn't need. We provided all towels and bedding but were charged for items that were fraudulently billed. We finally removed Vacasa and cut out the madness and dirt-bag who want to trash our property. Using VRBO, I found two rental properties that I was interested in and both turned out to be managed by Vacation Station. In the first case, all of the information on the VRBO listing said that the rental rate for my dates was $183/night. When I submitted for a quote, it came back quickly at $214/night. Really? I then sent an email asking for an explanation of the difference. 72 hours and waiting.... So, I then decided to ask for a quote on the 2nd property. While waiting, I decided to call Vacation Station on the phone, assuming that might be faster. The woman who answered said that the woman responsible for the Sunriver properties was out of the office, so I asked for a call back and updates on both requests. No call. No email. Fast forward a day and a half, I email in another request for follow-up. The end of that day I receive a stock, system generated email saying the 2nd unit is NOT AVAILABLE! But the calendar on VRBO shows it is available! Then I look more closely, both of these units show that their calendars and details have not been updated since January 19, 2016, over 5 weeks ago! Really? Are you really in the business of renting these properties? With service as poor as that, who knows how bad it would get if I actually rented something through Vacation Station. What a waste of my time. Although I am a semi-frequent visitor to Sunriver, I won't be doing business with Vacation Station, that's for sure. Caveat emptor.

The first time we stayed here, they had a currywurst truck that would come to the LOGE at night and that was lovely.
