    SIGNATURE KEY LIME PIE

Did you know there are more than one pinchers? Yeah, me either went to pinchers had a good time. Had really exceptional passionfruit Mojitos great service. I love how friendly they are if you are, however looking for something more upscale, this is not it. This is not upscale however the portions were large drinks were strong, great energy Cute little view of the water again. It was cold when I went so the little plastic things were down, but I went solo had a blast. There's no rush to leave and they actually had one of the best keyline pies that I've ever had in my entire life because I don't like key lime pie. I loved the peel shrimp did not enjoy the cob salad. It was not curated. It was just everything thrown together. Didn't like it wouldn't recommend.

My friend and I came here for dinner because I really wanted to go somewhere that had conch fritters. You can dress casual or up, pretty casual. We didn't have reservations which was fine because they were pretty slow. We sat outside since there was a good breeze. They have a buy 1 get 1 drink free deal with certain drinks so we did that. I did the white sangria and my friend did the house margarita. They were good. We got the conch fritters as an appetizer but they were okay. Not much flavor. I did the Maryland crab cakes with rice and fries. They give you a toooon of fries. The crab cakes were decent. My friend did the coconut shrimp with fries and garlic mashed potatoes. He said those were okay. Overall, would say food feels overpriced for the quality.

Short stop here in Tin City on my visit to Naples. Never been to this one but it was on the river with happy hour prices on drinks. Liked all the humor signs on the walls. Saw the bartender making a Bloody Mary and it looked pretty so got one and my hubby had a boring beer. My drink was an average B- but the water views were an A+.

They get worse as time goes on!!! I had a drs appointment nearby so I stopped in with my hubby. We fell in love with the hot crab & cheese dip 3 years ago. Each time we come the amount of crab in the dip is less and less but the price doesn't change. The bartenders lack enthusiasm, they eat at the side of the bar yet (act extremely busy) and avoid eye contact so you don't ask them for anything else. THIS IS OUR LAST TIME HERE ALTHOUGH WE ARE LOCALS!!! I'd rather spend my money at a chain restaurant or elsewhere!

Love coming here for one specific thing the blue crag prawns We also had the crabcake and the grouper sandwich both phenomenal. Service is always good simple to the point this time around the server was kind enough to modify the strawberry basil. Margarita for me. She was very pleasant and professional. Ambience is always nice. It's the version of Flanigan's but with seafood.

This place is on point! GREAT food, service, atmosphere and even live music!!! Perfect place to have a great family vacation meal. Highly recommended

We stopped in for a quick dinner and were quickly seated. You can call ahead 30 min to get on their list as they can get busy. The food was good quality but a little on the spendy side. The inside is decorative and matches the theme of the restaurant. Clean restrooms inside. Plenty of parking out front.

Don't be looking at me if you were looking for fine dining; this is not that... this is your typical touristy bar with a great view, a good vibe and mediocre food. None of which I meant to insinuate it's a bad place, because it isn't. As a matter of fact, we come here each time we arrive in Naples because it has a great view and a good vibe and we just wanted a quick bite (not looking for anything special). They have tables spread out in the open dining areas but we prefer the long, center bar with seating on both side (one side facing the water and the other side faces into the restaurant; I like both). The menu is large and plenty of options and not limited to seafood but it is what they do. We tend to share various appetizers and oysters. They have a happy hour but it wasn't that special and it was kind of confusing (or maybe it was that we really didn't save much money anyways)... bottom line, we just stuck with the items we wanted and skipped the happy hour offerings. And being located in Tin City, the location is great because beyond hanging by the water and watching the boats come and go, we end up walking around the Marketplace after we finish our lunch.

We often eat at this Pinchers with family and friends following a Pure Florida boat tour. The reason is that it is conveniently located right on the marina, you are always seated and served fairly quickly by friendly staff and the food is consistently good. Plus, you can eat outside under umbrellas, outside totally covered overhead with open windows or inside where it is nice and chilled. Either way, give it a try. We usually get their shrimp and/or blackened grouper. The salads are pretty good, as well.

There was a wait, but not a long one so we walked around some of the shops outside of the restaurant. Our server was great! She made sure we were well taken care of and she was knowledgeable of the menu. We were seated right by the window where you can look out and see the water, what a view! Our food was great, it was hot and it arrived in a timely fashion.

Really wanted some fried seafood before heading home from vacation. Table for 2 at 5pm on a Monday while it was busy we got seated inside immediately with a pretty view of Naples Bay. Our waitress Masha was very friendly and got our drink order in right away. Pina colada was pretty but lacked a lot of flavor/sweetness - not worth $14. High 5 IPA was good and a 2 for 1 deal. Fried scallops were delicious. The grilled chicken sandwich was a good option for someone who doesn't enjoy seafood. Garlic mashed potatoes were very flavorful and applesauce was good too! Bar and kitchen were backed up so food service was a little slow but that's expected during a dinner rush.

We've been here almost too many times to count! The two-for-one margaritas are hard to turn down, and now they've expanded the offering to sangria and other drinks as well. The service is good here, and the food is hit or miss. The oysters can sometimes be good, and sometimes be bad - we've had to return them before. In general, I really just stick to drinks here. The atmosphere is fun, being on the water and watching boats go by.

After my experience on Thursday, February 12th, that's over. At 6:05 PM, I placed a small online order (mozzarella sticks, a calzone, and a sandwich) through their website, as I always do. Estimated pickup: 29 to 34 minutes. I arrived at 6:41 with my wife and kids in the car. Food wasn't ready, but "five more minutes." Fine. Five turned into twenty. Twenty turned into forty. During that time, I watched the staff take phone orders and quote every customer "20 to 25 minutes," no matter the order size. When I asked what the holdup was, the staff, who were genuinely doing their best, explained that new kitchen staff were struggling. My son was starving, so I left to grab him food elsewhere and came back about 30 minutes later, confident my order would be waiting. It wasn't. At 7:35 PM, ninety minutes after placing a three-item order, nothing was ready. I asked the staff why they were still quoting 20-minute turnarounds when the reality was 90+ minutes. I suggested they pause online ordering to let the kitchen recover. They told me the owner, Jared Grifoni, has instructed them to keep online orders on and to continue telling customers 20 minutes, despite knowing the kitchen is nowhere close to meeting that timeline. That's not a bad night. That's a policy decision to mislead customers for the sake of revenue. I requested a refund. As it was being processed, two of my three items finally came out. When the staff asked the kitchen about the last item, the answer was: "I have no idea when we'll get to that." I left at 7:46 PM, one hour and forty-one minutes after ordering. To be clear: the staff on the floor that night are not to blame. They were put in a no-win situation and handled it as well as anyone could. The issue is ownership making a conscious choice to overload the kitchen, deceive customers about wait times, and let the staff absorb the fallout. When I arrived, the restaurant was nearly full. When I left, it was almost empty. I won't be adding myself to either count again.

Marketing and Vibes The pink theme is amazing and makes the place feel fun and super Instagram-worthy. Temperature and AC Situation It gets very hot inside. I love the open-air seating concept, but in the summer it's brutal. AC vents don't seem to do much, and there aren't fans running, so brace yourself. Customer Service Not the friendliest vibe when I asked a couple questions. I get it, it's a quick-stop spot, not a fancy restaurant, but a friendly smile never hurts. 5+ Star Review for Mercato Italiano…read more From the moment you walk into Mercato Italiano, you know you have found something special. This is not just a café. It is an experience that brings authentic Italian flavor and warmth right into the heart of Naples. Let me start with the espresso. The flavor was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. You can taste the quality in every sip. It had that true Italian profile, bold but never bitter, and it set the tone for everything that followed. Now the food. I ordered a croissant sandwich, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The croissant itself was fresh out of the oven, light, flaky, and buttery in all the right ways. Inside, I had two sunny-side-up eggs cooked just right, paired with prosciutto, bacon, and ham. The combination of flavors was incredible. Every bite gave you a perfect mix of savory, rich, and slightly salty notes, all brought together by that warm, delicate croissant. What really stood out was the presentation. This was not just a sandwich thrown on a plate. It was carefully arranged on a platter, clean, inviting, and done with pride. You can tell they care about every detail. The atmosphere completes the experience. The energy inside is welcoming, relaxed, and full of character. It feels like a place where people come not just to eat, but to slow down, connect, and enjoy the moment. Whether you are stopping in for a quick espresso or sitting down for a full breakfast, the environment makes you want to stay. The experience was outstanding along with the service that made you feel like Family. If you are anywhere near Naples, this is a must-visit. Mercato Italiano delivers on flavor, presentation, and experience at the highest level. This is easily a 5-plus star spot, and a place I will return to again without hesitation.
