Windier with friends while visiting Naples was a great experience. Our server was very kind, pleasant and knowledgeable. We went during sizzling week, which is like restaurant week. The food was so good. They're offering us three courses the appetizer I had the dynamite oysters the main I had The branzino. And then there was a yellow cake that was impeccable. They bring out flavored salt for the bread and it was delicious and it was pretty chill and quiet which made for great conversation. At the end of our meal, our server gave us this heaping, beautiful cotton candy cloud that just kind of created nostalgia because we hadn't had it in years. It was a great experience. read more

The service was quick, and everyone was friendly. We got lunch at the bar and took advantage of the deal which was great. We got a burger which came with a glass of wine and then calamari off the bar/happy hour menu and the mint tonic cocktail. I would definitely go back and recommend this to others. Our food also came with a salt flight with Himalayan, pink salt, saffron salt, and some kind of smoked salt. It was fun to try that in the different food we ordered. read more

What a huge disappointment tonight. We lived this restaurant. It was our go to for special occasions: 60th bday party, New years Eve, anniversary's all along with regular dinner with friends. Tonight not so much. Service was awful ( we had early reservations), server had an attitude the whole time. Even the table next to us commented on lack of service. Waters never filled, wine that was to be with dinner served after our entry was done. Never came back to check on us. For us part of dining experience is the service. With so many awesome choices in Naples we'll be shopping for a new restaurant. read more

We love sea salt, it's our favorite when we're in Naples. It's so pretty and special here and the menu is hard to choose. There is indoor and outdoor seating with South American tennis in Buenos Aires on the big screen. I ordered a rare tuna bowl and my husband, the black Angus burger. My salad was exceptional with sun-dried tomatoes, pignoli nuts, red, cabbage, and tons of flavor. read more

Went to dinner for the $49 2 for 1 special.. service was slow and the portions were small. We left hungry and dissatisfied... not again !

How disappointing. Why would you cover a pork chop with barbecue sauce? Service was good. Carpaccio was excellent and the Caesar salad was too.. read more

Food was OK but the service was terrible. The restaurant was basically empty, but we had to ask numerous times for various things and our waiter seemed quite clueless. read more

We stumbled across the ad for this restaurant's "3-Course Chef's Seafood Menu Bogo Thursday." For $38 per person, with a Bogo, this is a pretty good deal, especially in Naples. The menu provided a choice of 3 options each for the First Course (starter), Second Course (main), and Third Course (dessert). Admittedly, the food was good. We each started with the Crispy Shrimp appetizer (two breaded shrimp topped with what I think was iberico ham), followed by the Seafood Ragú Gnocchetti (spicier than I expected, which some diners may find too much), and then had different desserts. The $38 price tag is what attracted us, and what we got for that was definitely worth it. Why, then, only 3 stars? Two main reasons. We each had a cocktail before ordering and I ordered my usual Bombay Sapphire martini, straight up. How much was it? $20!!! Sea Salt is a nice restaurant, but it is not elegant or "fine dining" by any stretch. To pay $20 for a martini is simply ridiculous. The other reason -- and I realize this is becoming common practice, but is still very off-putting -- is the $6 charge for bread. The feeling of being nickel-and-dimed for what used to be included as part of a meal is a practice that pushes me to choose other options when it comes to spending my dining out money. So, if you don't drink cocktails and you're watching your carbs, then the 3-Course Chef's Seafood Menu is definitely worth it -- and even more on the BOGO Thursdays in August. If you want a cocktail and you enjoy bread with your mean, then think twice. https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g34467-d1314785-r1024691811-Sea_Salt-Naples_Florida.html# read more

We had a great anniversary meal here. We ordered the shaved Brussels sprouts salad, the chicken, and the three course meal. Everything was great, as was our server. They also gave us a nice dessert for our anniversary. Even though it was hot out, it was rainy and nice enough to sit on the patio. I really enjoyed our meal and would definately go back! read more

They have a fantastic lunch special at the bar. Their dinners are very good as well.

Went for the BOGO Early Dining Special last night. Was surprised at how empty it was, but it could be that the season is winding down. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious, but could have been about 20% larger. The service was uneven at best, not sure why. Our waiter seemed competent, but the food runners and perhaps kitchen, less so. We last ate there three seasons ago and the total experience was outstanding. Last night was pretty good, but not outstanding. But with the BOGO and Early Dining deal, a great value for Naples 3rd Street dining. read more

country club food and bad atmosphere for the cost. Needs a lot of work. Would not go back.

Let me start by saying it was our first time in. Nice looking place, seating available inside or out. We chose inside. 3 couples all decided on the Thursday summer special menu. Nice 3 course choices and everyone enjoyed the food. But.... The service was awful. Was offered water fairly soon after we were seated. It was 20 minutes before our waitress returned and asked if we would like drinks. I should add restaurant wasn't half full. 10 more minutes for the drinks to be delivered. One guest ordered a martini with olives. No olives in the glass so he politely reminded her. She apologized and left. 10 more minutes and we flag her down and again reminded her of the missing olives. I could go on but for time sake believe me it didn't get any better. Totally not attentive. So, if you happen to get a waiter or waitress that cares about giving you good service, you'll enjoy. If you get our waitress, be warned! read more

Had dinner here tonight with my gf. I ordered the Boneless Wagyu Short Ribs and my gf had the Pan Roasted Black Grouper. Food was excellent and beautifully plated. After dinner, we went to the bar and had another drink. Luke, the bartender, was great. Really enjoyed chatting with him. The only reason I did not give the restaurant 5 stars is the noise. It was very loud! read more

Took 45 minutes to get drinks ordered, then another 15 before they arrived. my friend had to ask 2 more times for the olives he originally asked for. I had to ask server twice for more water, then finally gave up. it was an hour & a half after we sat down before food arrived. Food was good, service abysmal. I'm not going back. read more

6:30 reservation it's 7?! Menu was ok no sea bass! Martini's were ok...too long...very crowded!

I bought a WAGYU burger for takeout on the Bar Lunch special. It cost 19.99 and included a glass of wine. When I asked for Mineral water instead, I was told I'd have to pay an extra $7. If a tourist doesn't have a car, then the bar menu is OK. However, they might prefer other restaurants in the neighborhood. The bar is nothing special. Joanna, the bartender, was very nice. read more

Top notch food and service, we were impressed. We visited for lunch and sat outside on their nice patio on a beautiful day. We had a great waiter who provided excellent and friendly service. The complementary bread service with a variety of flavored salts is a real plus. Cocktails were perfect, and our lunch entrees were beautifully presented, plated and more importantly delicious. I can't think of a single thing that I could critique. The grilled Mahi sandwich was perfection, served with crispy fries that clearly were made to order. We also tried the tempura shrimp, wow! Huge, crispy with a delightful sauce. Seriously excellent food here. This is a very popular place, and with good reason. Make a reservation. Parking on street is difficult, but they offer complimentary valet parking in the rear parking lot. Do try when in Naples. Highly recommended read more

The food was good. The hostess was a bitch. The waiter was mediocre. They think they're pretty great. They have a ways to go.

I can't say enough about how great the food was at Sea Salt. For starters the salt that comes with your bread is a great introduction to the restaurant. The seafood platter of crab, oysters and shrimp is great way to start for a big group. For dinner, I had the roast beef tenderloin and it was amazing, cooked to perfection (medium rare). For dessert, the white truffle and vanilla bean gelato was a fantastic way to end the evening. As a bonus, the check comes with cotton candy. read more

We had the Thursday filet and lobster tail special. The petit filet was good but the "lobster tail" was the size of a small shrimp. Four green beans and a dollop of whipped potatoes. Hugh disappointment. Spoke to the manager. "Well, it is the special" was part of her response. Atmosphere and service were otherwise good. read more

Dinner at Sea Salt for the first time and were underwhelmed to say the least. We had the $50 BOGO special which sounds like a great deal and would be if the service and food measured up. We waited more than 30 minutes for our appetizers to arrive. The drinks were terribly expensive...$19 for small shot of Grey Goose on the rocks...really! When our food arrived it looked nice but was far too salty. The red prawns (got 3 in the orecchiette) were more like popcorn shrimp as they were tiny. Our waitress was inattentive and never offered to fill our water glasses even though we were there for more than 2 hours because it took forever to get our apps, entrees and dessert. Honestly don't understand the hype. Regular prices are high and there are much better places in Naples to have a fine dining experience with great food, service, drinks and ambiance. OK but in no hurry to go back even for the BOGO. read more

I'm giving two stars (vs one) on the assumption that our bad experience was partially due to timing (Sunday 2:30-3:30p). Lunch was ending (I think, we never got a lunch menu) and it was mid happy hour, before dinner menu had started. There were only two meal choices so we ordered the pork kimchi on ciabatta (which was very good) and a few happy hour starters. The sandwich came before the starters. The server/bartender was stretched too thin. After the food was dropped off we never heard from anyone until we begged for a check so we could leave. Was never offered water to accompany cocktail. Burrata needed salt and bread (or something... no flavor and meh) but there wasn't a chance to ask for it. Shrimp cocktail was warm and falling apart without tails on and served w aioli not cocktail sauce (it's 98 degrees so was looking forward to a cold and horseradish-y shrimp cocktail). Never cleared from in front of the bar area where we were sitting were used condiments from the last guest. I'm bummed because I've been looking forward to coming here. The prices are Naples normal but not worth it in this case. The full lunch and dinner menu look great, but I won't be back. read more

I am astonished at the fact Sea Salt only averages 3.5 stars on Yelp! Because this was a phenomenal restaurant. A memorable food experience that will keep me coming back to Naples time and time again. Service was excellent from the time we walked in. Accommodating and kind. Appetizers: Shrimp Cocktail and bread basket. Shrimp was massive and super fresh. The bread basket and truffle honey butter came warm and we left nothing behind Entrees: Grilled King salmon, Crispy Brussels, Boneless Short Rib, sautéed spinach. WOW! We went to Sea Salt for Easter lunch and it was fabulous! The wait staff were very nice/ attentive, and the ambiance outside was great. I would describe the place as upscale, but casual. I was worried it would be too stuffy feeling, but I found it nice and relaxing. The food was also delicious. We started lunch with some complimentary bread and holy moly.. don't skip the bread! It was so good, especially when dipped into the three types of salt.. yum! Then moving onto the actual meals, those were great as well! We had the tuna sandwich, mahi mahi sandwich, a burger and the salmon poke. Everything was awesome, however, I wish the waitress would have warned me that the salmon was more of an appetizer portion than a lunch portion. Luckily, I had some friends to share with. Final thought - if you go here, I would recommend taking a visit to the bathroom. There was a giant swordfish on ice, on display right outside the bathroom, and it was quite the view. The bathroom also had some salt exfoliant for your hands and my hands were so soft after! I would definitely come back here again! read more

Portions were extremely small and not great. Literally like 3 bites with each course of the happy hour special

First time on 3rd. Pretty cool street with nice looking places to eat. We came to sea salt ready for their 4 course meal with wine for two. First thought was that they probably should have given you a choice of at least two items per course. The menu had very rich items which I like. My wife likes things a little lighter. The blue crab soup was good but seemed to be missing the crab. It had the flavor but I didn't taste any meat. The next pasta dish was in a truffle sauce. This was great for dipping your bread. The fish was bronzino and was very nice. Light crisp skin and mild fish. The polenta it was on was probably the best thing in the meal. It was really rich with a funky cheese. The deconstructed cheesecake was a nice final course. The patio outside is nice but we did start to get hot near the end of the meal. Try to get under a fan of you are heading outside. read more
