This is a very casual fast food style restaurant. Usually, I'm not a fan of ordering at a counter and then waiting for the food kind of a place.... however, the lobster roll here was very good and plentiful. I mean, this sandwich had lots of lobster meat, and it wasn't drenched in butter. The lobster bisque was also good... creamy but not excessively, so I guess you can say that it was not light but not heavy either. It is an okay place just to come get your lobster fix. read more

Another hidden gem from Naples that was AMAZING. Lobster Rolls are a favorite dish of mine, and I knew I had to find some on my Naples visit. I saw this place being recommended to me, and we decided to drop by. Service was super quick and the first bite was everything I dreamed of. The lobster was juicy and chilled, and fit perfectly against the warm buttered rolls. There is plentiful lobster meat within the rolls and every bite was delicious. The service was quick and friendly. We brought our own adult beverages from Publix next door. The lobster rolls are really good (both Maine and Connecticut) and loaded with lobster meat. There's a crockpot of butter on the counter that's used to warm the lobster for the Connecticut roll - I think this added a lot more flavor vs the cold Maine lobster roll. The salad is okay as there's very little greens but plenty of lobster on top. The fries and tater tots were a bit soggy since the oil it was fried it probably wasn't hot enough - will probably order this extra crispy next time, or mention we don't mind the wait for the oil to heat up. Lobster bisque was wonderful and topped with plenty of lobster meat. Will probably return for just a Connecticut lobster roll and the bisque next time. read more

Best lobster roll I've had outside of New England, and I've had a lot of lobster rolls! The bun was light and made specifically for lobster rolls (not a hotdog bun). The lobster was plentiful and tasted so fresh, like it had just been caught. I asked for "not too much butter" and it was the perfect amount. The price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity. We also ordered French fries which didn't come out until after we had finished our rolls. They were undercooked so they made a new batch which were also undercooked. They said they were having a problem with their air fryer. I was impressed that they used an air fryer rather than a regular fryer and am assuming this is a temporary blip. There is some indoor seating on picnic benches and backless wooden stools. There are also tables outside. Overall it's a super casual vibe. We will definitely be back even thought it's quite a drive. We used to go to Doug's Seafood for lobster rolls but these are superior in terms of both quality and price. read more

The connecticut lobster roll was recommended to me by a retail salesperson in Tin city. I mist say it was delicious and I think it had to do with the breading. The lobster tasted good, but the "roll" was different than most places. The clam chowder was decent too (not the best, but a pretty good fix). I made a visit while I was in town with my wife, as I've been hearing about the popularity of this restaurant. This location looks to still be changing over from a former business as there was no sign on the building, but there was on the door to locate the business. We ordered the Connecticut lobster roll, classic lobster roll, lobster grilled cheese, and lobster Mac and cheese. Both rolls were delicious in their own way! My wife preferred the classic as she prefers her rolls with chilled. We both enjoyed the Mac and cheese, as it was very cheesy and had some salt and pepper added to it. The grilled cheese was ok, I hoped the cheese on the sandwich would be melted more. On this day, the store was short staffed, so we waited a very long time for our food, it came out similarly to Waffle House, as we got each order as it was ready. Not knocking the lone individual that was working as she did her best to serve another table of 6 then us. But I hope more peo6are hired to help the food come out faster. read more

We went for the first time yesterday. From the rave reviews posted by fellow New Englanders I was expecting something as good as Kennebunkport or any place in Maine. While the classic lobster rolls we had were good, they were not the best we've had in Naples. The rolls were a tad undersized and my wife's roll had an excess of claw cartilage. They were also not as flavorful as we had expected. We found the lobster rolls served at Hogfish Harry's to be better, tastier and bigger. The $21.00 classic roll here came with no sides. The $2.00 sides we had of potato salad and cole slaw were good, but small servings. The $22.00 roll at Hogfish Harry's came with a side of one's choice. The organic sodas from Maine available here are delicious, especially the Blueberry soda. The interior of the restaurant is small, seating maybe 25 patrons at best. There is outdoor seating and plenty of parking. The restaurant seemed understaffed, a common issue here in Naples. Most of the available seats had trays of dirty plates, etc. as some discourteous people did not bus their own tables as expected. The staff of 2 there yesterday were too busy handling the food prep. so we bussed other peoples' mess so we could eat in the a/c interior. For a $60.00 tab plus tip for two, customers should not be expected to do this. For us, it would not be worth it to make a return trip anytime soon. read more

This is The Connecticut Lobster Roll, it's amazing! I loved the lemon to go with it. The chips were munchies to eat on while going back home. I also enjoyed the Lobster Bisque to go with it. It was definitely creamy and the lobster roll was such a good hit to dip it into. The total was 34.13 with tax. I would definitely go again. It is a little pricey but if you were to take yourself on a nice day, I would suggest coming here! Yahve served me, he was very nice and polite. You could tell he made it with love! Pretty standard for a lobster roll nothing special, recently they changed the prices which reflect 4-5 star restaurants. when this placed first opened a few not too long ago, its been months i believe the prices were reasonable $16.99 a roll $5 for a cup of soup. We were in Naples this week and I had been researching Naples' best lobstah rolls. We tried Maine Shack at Celebration Park in early spring. They were quite tasty, yet a bit pricey at $29. Meanwhile, on a Naples FB group, this place was touted over and over. Four of us stopped by today for lunch. Three of us ordered the Connecticut roll and one ordered the Lobster sliders. Wow! Our CT roll was huge, a big, buttery, hot toasted brioche roll filled generously with warm buttery meat and a wedge of lemon for seasoning. We were in heaven. Our Lobster slider person enjoyed three mini rolls generously filled with CT, classic and lobster salad style meats. She commented that she probably had more meat than we did for a very affordable $15.95 price while ours were still reasonably priced at $21.95. Each came with a bag of Cape Cod chips. We were planning a visit to Ft Lauderdale to see friends also from New England and I decided to bring lobster rolls from Lobster Rolls #1. I picked up unconstructed lobster rolls the night before as we need to leave before they opened at 11. I bought 5 Lobster rolls for the 4 of us as I figured I would need to add extra lobster to each roll when I prepared them. The rolls were very fresh and the lobster very plentiful. We actually had the left over lobster the next day. Just the right amount of mayo. The woman that took my order was extremely friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to go back for more. This place started out being very fair with the amount of lobster but that changed. I went today after not going for a few months. It all depends upon who prepares your lobster roll and it is not consistent. The guy who did it today just did not fill it as they have in the past. Gave this place a try for take out. WOW ! Lobster rolls were fantastic, looked like a whole lobster worth of meat on each roll. The bisque is amazing and has some serious chunks ( not just bits ) of lobster. We were really happy with our meal and will definitely be back. They do need a bigger sign though !
