I was a customer since 2022 and their service started out well, but has been degrading over the past year. Attached are pictures 3 hours after they "cleaned" my pool. Additionally, they blame the size of my sand filter as being too small for the size of my pool. They were the ones who recommended and installed the filter! I'll let the text messages show their level of service. Normally, I don't make posts or reviews. However, their response to my cancelling service is not professional nor warranted.

I called several companies to no avail. Finally, I got ahold of Javier about 5 pm and he was kind enough to stop by and fix the heater. He saved the day for grandpa. Jason let me know they are very busy it being the middle of the season (understand completely) but he would get someone out by Friday. To my surprise the technician showed up Tuesday. Savion came and installed the new motor and wouldn't leave until it was right even with all the problems my older pool system presents. Love this company, the prices are very reasonable and the technicians very knowledgeable and pleasant. This is my second time using this service for large pool repairs. Jason the owner hires really great dependable guys as I have never been disappointed. Thank you again Jason and Savion for being my heros.

We started our service with Phoenix Pool Pro in March. Things didn't start out on a good foot…read morebecause the tech didn't show up on the day they were scheduled but we wrote this off as bad luck since they told us an emergency popped up and they sent someone out the next day. Our pool was blue but needed to be vacuumed and prepared for swimming after the winter. The technician told us we needed to buy a robotic vacuum and said the owner would let us know what model we should purchase. We never heard about the vacuum again. I showed the technician where our pole vacuum was along with the hose but they never vacuumed the pool despite there being significant detritus at the bottom of the pool from the winter. Over the period of the next few months the pool gradually got more cloudy and eventually turned pea green. We asked if there was anything we needed to be doing between services other than emptying the skimmer baskets and never got any response. We have a smart pool timer and we were never asked how many hours the pool pump was running for (12 hours) nor were we ever told what it should be set to. The owner told us we needed an algae treatment and said they would call the following Monday to discuss options. We never got a call about the algae treatment and the technician never came back. I called and left a voicemail asking what the status of our account was and for an explanation for the technician not showing up. The owner immediately sent a text message to my wife saying we probably needed to drain our pool. He told us he would get back to us soon but never called or texted again. The owner is no longer returning our calls or text messages. We are now looking for another company and our pool is disgusting.

Honestly do not do business with them. I wish I'd read these reviews, but they are 100 percent…read morecorrect. Not only do they break equipment and intentionally create issues so they can "fix it" they completely take advantage of their customers. Additionally, I've had 0 - I mean 0 consistency on the individual who would clean my pool. It's extremely uncomfortable to see a new person outside my door (entering my gate unannounced) every single time they come out. Additionally, service days were NEVER consistent. RE: Cost. I agreed to pay more because I thought they were a premium service. What a joke - my pool never had so many issues. They overcharge for the market and the value is definitely out of scope. They upcharge every single chemical by nearly criminal amounts (and again it's a MYSTERY what you're being charged). They have 0 communication with their customers and apparently have expectations they don't communicate. It's apparent they're running a scam and really... truly... don't care about what happens to your pool - because they'll CHARGE you to fix it. I promise you, this company is a complete scam that hides behind a wall with 0 etiquette or customer service - completely rude and aggressive in their approach which is unreal coming from a business. As a professional myself who deals with customers, I could never (ever) imagine taking they approach they take when presented with issues or concerns. I agree with Buster... RUN... don't walk. ** Please DO read the other comments about "billing" - they charge $40 on an unclear turnaround expectation with NO INVOICES or NO NOTIFICATION on charges. You're BLINDLY charged - truly! And if you're NOT allowing automatic payments so they can rip you off with 0 documentation they will assess unreal fees that they NEVER explain or document. It's a complete nightmare.**
