We were having a pool party for a granddaughter and the pool heater failed blowing the cover off its hinges. I called my normal pool service man and he could not help with a heater. I called several companies to no avail. Finally, I got ahold of Javier about 5 pm and he was kind enough to stop by and fix the heater. He saved the day for grandpa. Recently, the pool valves were not working properly and draining the spa instead of heating it. He came and fixed that situation and programmed my automation. The service was just horrible they said they swept and cleaned the bottom of the pool and stairs. the pool sweeper hadn't worked for a month, think they would let me know. After getting frustrated I went out and cleaned and fixed sweeper the pictures are what my pool looked like after the service man left and I fixed it the dark spots are dirt and you could see how much was on the bottom. I did make sure I paid them even though not much was done ( they did keep chemicals good ) I don't post Negative reviews often but I felt obligated to give you my thoughts on them. We highly recommend Complete Pool Care for weekly service and repairs. We have a new home with a new pool and Sundance spa. Complete Pool care services our pools once a week, keeping everything running and clean. They installed a pool heater this winter and set up everything to run on an app, so we can manage it from any where. After a year and a half, we had issues with our pool equipment. We called the pool company who installed the pool and they were unable to fix the issue. Gary with Complete Pool Care came out and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and completes the work correctly the first time. Great service! read more

Larry has been doing my weekly service for most of that time, and every now and then I get visits from Gary for any needed repairs, both of them are extremely personable. I also appreciate that their scheduling is consistent, so I know when to lock the dogs inside. Congratulations to a booming business Javier! I'm assuming you probably don't need anymore Customers since you literally charge twice the amount that any other pool company charges. Had a few companies come out to give me a quote and I literally got a $90, and two $100/month quotes this company wanted to charge me $200!! For the exact same type of service! When I wanted to negotiate (gave them the chance after I let them know about the other quotes) they wouldn't even do that. What in the world?! Their excuse was that they do great work. Well with double the price I hope they use toothbrushes to scrub the pool. Which they do not. And having used them in the past I can tell you they are NOT worth double. They have officially lost our business with The Complete pool side AND their other half of the Business "Complete Pest" (which I'm now wondering if we were paying twice the price with them too!). When others either no called/no showed or haphazardly worked on what needed to be done, Complete Pool Care was there for us and really helped us out. Their communication, specifically Mary in the office, was absolutely on point! That seems very rare nowadays. When problems arose, more than a few times they were on in the very next day, surprising us when they had told us it would be a few days. They NEVER overpromised and underdelivered. The techs are extremely knowledgeable. The cleaners are very courteous and thorough. Complete Pool Care really put us at ease knowing our pool would be cared for and treated well. Some pools are simple to care for while others can be complicated. Due to not being able to care for my pool on my own, I am glad that Complete Pool Care provides superb pool service to keep our pool well maintained. I don't have to worry about having my pool serviced on a regular basis because our pool guy shows up the same day each week. And if something occurs that he will not be able to make it out on our scheduled day, we receive an email notifiying us in advance. He is there the following day too. This company, unlike others I've used in the past, communicates well with what the status of my pool is at each visit and informs me of anything needing to be addressed.  They are not the cheapest company out there, but I wasn't looking for cheap. This company started out as a great company when Javier ran the show. Over a year they service had gone down tremendously. We have been double charged, charged without being asked, both the pool gate and yard gate left open (we have a 2 yr old and 2 dogs). The pool guy changed every week and on the report they left every week said they cleaned the pool for 20-30 mins and every week I timed it and they were in and out within 7 mins. We are very disappointed with Complete Pool care and have elected to cancel the service. We gave them so many chances and they did nothing to want to keep our business. read more

This is absolutely the BEST pool company in Phoenix. Hands down. They are honest, which we all know is a huge plus, they do exceptional work, and they are genuinely just a great group of people. They fixed our swamp of a pool, I kid you not. It looked like something on T.V. The pool motor was only working at partial capacity, and we tried to keep it going , but needed help. When I started looking I thought it would be easy, but a lot of places just offered cleaning services. I then saw Complete Pool Care online, and they had good reviews, had been in business since the 80's, and that says a lot right there. They were the first company and only company I ended up calling. They aren't like used car salesmen, and they didn't push. They educated us thru the entire process, and went out of their way if question or worries came up. I will ALWAYS use them and have recommended them to others is someone asks. I feel bad for people if they choose the wrong company, because of the prices, or the headaches that come with the problems. I know there are some quality pool places in Phoenix. But I seriously doubt that they are as good as and could no way be better than Complete Pool Care. Please take my word on this. I am just lke all of you reading, Looking.
