We couldn't be happier with Refresh Pools AZ! After moving into our new home, our pool was in rough shape and desperately needed some expert attention. Dannee completely transformed it. Refresh Pools AZ is a wonderful husband and wife team, and it really shows in the level of care and pride they put into their work. From the very beginning, Dannee was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. She took the time to explain what needed to be done, communicated clearly throughout the process, and went above and beyond to revive our pool. The difference is remarkable. It went from looking neglected to crystal clear. What impressed us most was the pride Dannee takes in her work. She didn't just do the minimum. She genuinely cared about restoring our pool the right way and making sure everything was perfect. It's rare to find someone who combines expertise, reliability, and exceptional customer service the way she does. If you're looking for a pool company you can truly trust, I highly recommend Refresh Pools AZ. Supporting a local family owned business that delivers this level of quality makes the experience even better. Dannee and her husband exceeded every expectation, and we're so grateful to have found them. We look forward to working with them for years to come. Five stars without hesitation! read more

My pools service was bought by another company (CF) and within a few months I came home from a vacation to a green pool. I called them out and gave them about 7 days of back and forth to fix it. They had multiple attempts all failures. At that point I gave up and using reviews called Refresh Pools for a second opinion. The owner came out. He knew exactly what was needed, from immediate fix to the things that were needed for longer term success. I hired them and the photos show the results. They were quick, they knew exactly what they were doing and the pools is now sparkling. Refresh Pools is now taking care of the pool every week. I would so highly recommend Refresh Pools. I forgot that I already reviewed them here so same story but it was so important that I got a good review up for them I just did a new one just in case. read more

My family decided to invest in a pool heater to extend our swimming season. Doing our due diligence, we requested quotes from multiple businesses. While Refresh pools was the same as another company, it was Ryan who made us want to work with him. Since this was a family decision, there was some back and forth on what we wanted to do and Ryan respectfully adjusted as we asked and then even returned to our original quote in the end. The job was completed quickly and it looks great. We are planning to do additional updates to our pool and we will absolutely be utilizing Refresh. I cannot thank Ryan and team for their clear and direct communication, honest answers & information and just being awesome. read more

WOW! We just had Refresh Pools resurface our plaster with their signature pebble tech and we are floored! They replaced our tile with a beautiful aqua blue that I can get lost in. From start to finish, the Refresh team was on point: excellent communication, real attention to detail, and craftsmanship that shows. We've worked with a few pool companies around North Phoenix/Scottsdale, but none come close to the level of care and professionalism these guys bring to the table. They even installed a pool leveler, which has been a total game changer, no more babysitting the water line. Just one more reason I'm beyond proud to say, we have a Refresh Pool. Thanks for getting us summer ready, Refresh Pools Az you've earned a customer for life! read more

Refresh Pools transformed our backyard from nothing but dirt and some concrete to an oasis. Ryan and his partner are honest and trustworthy. Their work is high quality and they pay attention to every detail big and small. read more

Ryan from Refresh Pools was easy to work with and my biggest praise is that he was accessible via phone, text or email any day of the week. He always made himself available to answer my questions or concerns I had and walked me through the positives and negatives of all the options I was considering. He was honest about upgrades that he considered would be worth it or not worth it, and there never felt to be any "up-selling" or pressuring to add to the pool. Ryan truly worked to make it the pool and backyard I wanted based off of my lifestyle. During this COVID-19 quarantine the tropical escape he helped create in backyard is the only thing keeping me sane! If anyone has any questions about the entire process or want to see more pictures please reach out and I'd be happy to give my honest opinion. read more

We have been through several pool companies and can say Refresh Pools is hands down the best - our pool has never looked better and they take such great care of their customers. We are also due for some equipment updates and plan on doing a full remodel within the year and are thrilled that they handle every aspect of the remodel because we know it will be done right. If you're looking for a remodel, pool service or repair these are the right people! read more

I reached out to Ryan with Refresh Pools for a quote to replace my main filtration pump, replace my pool heater, as well as completely redo the plumbing / valves for the entire system. I was very happy with the initial quote and got the work done immediately. Not only was the price right but I was also impressed with the work. The attention to detail was impressive. They took the time to essentially re engineer my system relocating the heater, and pumps to make better use of the space. Once again very impressed, will use again, and would recommend. read more

My husband and I contacted Ryan from Refresh Pools for an estimate to design our backyard with a cocktail pool. He was one of three companies we contacted. Ryan gave us an extremely fair estimate which never increased through the entire process. He partners with vendors that he has been in business with for many years because he trusts them to do high quality work. His landscapers and welders are artist. The attention to detail is amazing. I highly recommend Ryan from Refresh Pools. He and his partner are 100% trustworthy and do beautiful work. You won't regret doing business with them. read more

I'm so pleased that I found this company, it's just too bad I didn't find them sooner as it would've been less stress for me. These guys are quick to respond, professional, polite and have answered any and all of my questions when I have them. They've shown up as expected and my pool has never looked better! I would definitely recommend them. read more

Eric and Cameron did an amazing job and we are so pleased. They drained, acid-washed, and cleaned our pool tiles. They were very professional and explained the scope of the work in detail. From start to finish, everything was completed with care. Our pool tile was in terrible condition and somewhat embarrassing. Now our pool looks amazing. We highly recommend this company. read more

Ryan gave us a very fair estimate to have our pool acid washed. It's a pebble tec that was in really "rough" shape- completely covered in calcifications. He did a fantastic job and the pool is sparkling again!! We were so impressed, we hired him to do our weekly maintenance as well. read more

Ryan and David of Refresh Pools are the very best! My regular pool cleaning service phoned and advised the pool lines needed to be blown out and they did not have the necessary equipment. I have never experienced this problem and asked for guidance. They sent me to companies that had No idea what I was talking about. Fortunately, I read fantastic reviews online regarding Refresh Pools and was completely satisfied and impressed with the professionalism and extremely excellent service! In the future, I will highly recommend Refresh Pools to everyone!! read more

Our pool was falling apart and we needed someone to come and make it look new. We called Ryan from Refresh Pools to come out and give us a quote. Out of the three companies we had, he was the most communicative, and explained everything in terms we could understand. He made a plan for our pool that rivaled the other two bids, because he came in with what we believed was the best options. Well, we chose right. Ryan was on top of everything during the process including sampling the materials, and scheduling the work in a timely manner. On top of that, he seemed to understand what we were looking for in a total resurface and showed us options that we would have never thought of. We wound up going with one of those options and OMG it is amazing. All the crews were clean and professional, and did top notch work. Our pool looks amazing thanks to Refresh Pools. I can't recommend them enough. read more

We narrowed our search to three pool companies based on Yelp and referrals from friends. All three came to house and gave us quotes. Refresh was the highest bid, but we were convinced Ryan was the right choice. And he was -- without any doubt. We did a complete pool remodel. New water feature, new Baja bench, new tile, new deck, new pebble tech, and so on. All was done on time and looks beautiful. We could not be happier. Don't go with the lowest bid, go with Ryan. read more

I was very tough on Ryan for being a no show. To his credit he called me and explained everything and it turned out to be a mutual mis-communication. So I was out of line by being so critical. I fact he is now scheduled to come by tomorrow and we'll take it from there. read more

Thanks Ryan and his team. They fixed my cleaning system the first time after my old pool company could not diagnose the problem for six months. Great service, Highly professional & friendly staff. Highly recommend. read more

Refresh Pools did a great job of repairing and making our pool look great again. Ryan is very easy to work with and has great ideas. The price for the impossible to beat for the great look, materials and craftsmanship. I highly recommend calling Refresh Pools for all your upgrades and renovation needs. We have lived in our home for 28 years. Over the span of these 28 years, we have had our pool redone 3 times and the time had come to do it again. This time was a little different than before because in addition to needing the pool redone, our kool decking was showing the signs of age and this had to be addressed as well. After being burned in the past, I did my research in trying to find the best company out there who could tackle both-of-these projects and make sure that the job was done right and to my satisfaction---not an easy task. I knew from the moment that I met Ryan Beatty and Paul Tipton from Refresh Pools, that I had hit the jackpot! Building a new pool from start to finish is a piece of cake compared to trying to refurbish and restore an existing pool and the space around it. What Ryan and Paul do is truly a labor of love, because it's like trying to fit a circle into a square. Throughout this whole process, they have been kind and patient and most importantly, they have acted with integrity and treated me the way that they would want to be treated. As far as I'm concerned, you don't need to look any further than Ryan and Paul at Refresh Pools. In the words of Tina Turner, "They're simply the best." read more

Best pool service and repair in the Valley, bar none. Twice Ryan has been able get us out of a bind. He's super knowledgeable and responsive and reasonably priced. Recently, I had an issue with my pool filter so I texted Ryan at 9PM, thinking I would not hear from him till the next day. Low and behold, Ryan responds immediately and tried to help me trouble shoot the problem over the phone to save me the service call. Turned out I had to replace the filter and Ryan, of course, went above and beyond to help me with my filter replacement. Service doesn't get much better than that. Thank you Ryan -- you got a customer for life. read more

I HIGHLY recommend Refresh Pools. From start to finish Ryan was Johnny-on-the-spot. He would answer my calls and texts right away. He kept us abreast on all of the scheduling and answered any questions I had immediately. The people he had working for him (demo, tiling, applying pebble sheen) were all very professional and always cleaned up after themselves. He also recommended new pool equipment to be more energy efficient. Ryan recommended another great company to re-lace our cool deck and new boarder around our pool. Our pool looks brand new and so beautiful. Thank you Ryan for a job well done! read more

We had a tremendous experience with Paul Tipton from Refresh Pools. My mother had a 40 year old pool and wanted to get it updated. Paul came out to explain the process to us, he was very detailed and thorough and when he left we had a good idea of what to expect and made the decision to select Refresh Pools. What happened next was pretty amazing - everything Paul had told us to expect - happened as described! Not only did the pool turn out beautifully but the communication and the work commitments throughout the project were timely and professional and we had a very positive experience throughout the upgrade. As further proof of our satisfaction with working with Paul - over a year later my Mom had a couple of questions and as we had seen from our initial meetings with Paul; his communication was prompt and courteous. It is a pleasure to count on someone that really knows his trade and is committed to providing a great experience for his customers. Highly recommend. read more

We are obtaining quotes from several different Pool Builders in the east valley. We are going to be spending $40K-$45K on a 400 SF surface built in pool. I noticed the 5 star reviews for Refresh Pools. I called them Saturday 7/13/19 at 10:10AM and left a voice mail indicating I would like a quote on a new build pool. No call back, so I called Refresh Pools again on Thursday 7/18/19 at 2:20PM. Ryan answered and I told him I left a message for him last Saturday for a quote on a new build pool. He stated he was in somebody's back yard right now but would call me right back. Still waiting and today is 8/17/19. He must have enough business. ZERO stars! read more

Fast Response from Ryan, wish every company followed his lead. thanks, Ryan!

Refresh has taken amazing care of my clients for years . Their attention to detail and knowledge of the industry put them in a league of their own . I love having a company that does everything from install to repair and service. When it came tome to build my own dream pool the decision was easy ..Refresh! They helped me select every detail and made suggestions when I didn't have a clue. My pool turned out better than I could expect. Matter of fact so nice that I've had several clients want the same design . In a world where customer service can be forgotten it's Refreshing :) knowing I will be treated like their most valuable client every time . read more

Ryan and Sam are fantastic. If you're looking for a dependable and honest company, look no further. When I initially contacted them for an estimate on monthly services, they were out within 24-hours and back with a quote. Other companies took 4-5 days to respond. If we've had issues with our equipment, they let us know right away and will go out of their way to make sure you're happy. Thanks guys for all you do! read more

We moved into our new house late last year. We were so excited to have our own pool, and thought we could do the upkeep ourselves. Our pool always looks and feels fantastic. I highly recommend Refresh Pools to anyone looking for quality pool service. read more

After a flaky previous pool company just stopped showing up and my pool started to turn for the worse I was referred too Ryan and couldn't have been happier with the service I have received ever since. They are reliable, professional and very fairly priced, I would highly recommend them! Phoenix, 85032 read more

Our 30 year old pool was re-plastered in 2005, and we felt it needed re-surfacing again in order to ensure it would still look nice when we moved in 5 years. We searched Yelp for pool companies who had the highest ratings from the largest number of customers and chose 4 to get estimates from. It was important to us that the company we went with was registered with the Arizona Board of Contractors as a "Swimming Pool Contractor" and not merely as a company who does "Swimming Pool Service and Repair." Refresh Pools met that criteria. It was also important to us that the company we choose was licensed to use the actual Pebble Tec or Pebble Sheen product, as there are many other "mini pebble" products being used in the Valley. Again, Refresh Pools met this criteria. We worked with Ryan from Refresh Pools, and felt he was very experienced and knowledgable in his recommendations for a re-do that would look beautiful while staying within our budget. The job took just three weeks from start to finish, and Ryan kept us apprised via text message when to expect the next step in the project. He was always very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns I sent him, and stopped by several times over the course of the project to make sure everything met his high standards. Our pool looks beautiful, and we are recommending Refresh Pools to anyone else we know who is facing a pool re-do in the near future. Call Ryan; you won't be sorry. read more

Our pool service guy suddenly didn't show up for 2 weeks then quit. We were referred to Ryan and Refresh pools just this week. He immediately came to a cloudy green pool and within 3 days our pool and filter has been fixed and pool is Crystal clear. He diligently made sure everything was checked and fixed. And even did the same for my parents pool in FH. He's our guy now and our friends and parents and as we await our new vacuum, Sam even offered to come vacuum tomorrow on a Saturday. I'm very impressed right off the start. Thanks Ryan and Sam! read more

We have been with Ryan and Refresh Pools for just over two years since our pool builder matched us with him for start up. Really intended to take care of the pool ourselves but learned to trust Ryan's service. When it was past time to remodel the pool, I cringed at the thought of selecting a pool company that would do a quality, professional job. The general contractor recommended Ryan at Refresh Pools. Ryan showed up right on time and gave many options. He then came up with outstanding proposals including computer generated drawings to show exactly how the finished product would look. I liked Ryan right away and went with a major remodel. It proceeded in an orderly fashion with the most amazing, hard working crew. Ryan doesn't quit until any obstacle is overcome. The finished product is more than I ever hoped it would be. I would recommend Refresh Pools to anyone looking to remodel and their maintenance service reflects the same quality work ethic. read more

Bad experience from the get go and unfortunately I have no idea if they are good or not. We were very disappointed in lack of organization and rude treatment by owner. He didn't let his tech know about our very first appointment. We waited all day until we called to check to see if he was coming. We were having to put our dogs in and out of their kennel all day long. So excuse me if on the next day when no one shows up all day until 4:30 if I check to see if they are really coming. He also wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise on a phone call and then sends me a very rude text because on the 2nd visit I'm not TRUSTING he will be there. Don't want to put the dogs in their kennel if no one is coming. And then he tears our backwash line and doesn't even let us know. Customer service is non-existent here. I chose them over other companies because of the good reviews and his passion for dogs. Obviously not a good reason and there weren't many reviews. Don't care if I'm advised they work from dawn to dusk, until the trust is built the customer should not be made to feel bad or not feel comfortable if they want to check in to see the status of arrival in the beginning of the working relationship and throughout. read more

Ryan and his guy Chad were absolutely fantastic. I hired them to help me with replacing the sand in my filter, which quickly spiraled into a mess as the parts were shotty and the plumbing needed to be replaced. They were extremely professional, and clearly communicated throughout the course of the 3-day process. They were clear when costs needed to increase due to unforeseen circumstances and got the job done with a smile. I would hire Refresh Pools again any time. read more
