We met Ryan over 5 years ago through the builder who constructed our entire backyard renovation including coordinating and designing our pool, waterfall, jacuzzi, travertine decking, landscaping etc.. The project took several months to complete and it was a huge labor of love. I trusted our builder completely, and it was he who recommended Ryan service our pool. Ryan was there the day our pool started up for the first time, and he took us through all the details of the complex system. Since then Ryan and his team have maintained our pool and jacuzzi impeccably. We depend on them to take care of whatever is needed and they have managed to keep our pool in excellent condition from day 1. I had a slight emergency. It was late Friday afternoon when I sent out a Yelp for help. It was a tall order because the job needed to be done before noon the very next day (Saturday). I immediately received 12 replies from Yelp. They were all very nice but weren't able to help me on such short notice. Ryan was one of those replies. But then Ryan replied one more time and with a referral. And that referral arrived at my place at 7 AM, with a five man crew and knocked it out within an hour, and for the right price. We use Refresh as our pool service and they do a great job. Always timely and have been very efficiently responsive to any questions we have. If they can't be here on the scheduled day, which that is for going to happen on occasion, just the nature of his business, we get a text letting us know. We decided to have our pool equipment replaced and our pool resurfaced. We did get other quotes for comparison and while Ryan's was similar to a couple others we decided to use them because of the good experience we have with pool service. They did a beautiful job on the resurfacing and of course awesome in the pool equipment installation. We are quite happy with them and I will continue to have them as my pool service. read more

We've been using Ryan and Refresh Pools for close to a year now, ever since our first pool company (just moved to Phoenix from LA 16 months ago) disappointed. Our equipment was old--Ryan came and gave a very fair quote for replacing the filter and motor, getting a new cleaner, and providing weekly maintenance. He finished the job early, always texts back or calls if we have questions. I've never once had an issue with service or quick communication. Dannee was super knowledgeable and went the extra mile when installing our new system.
