The motor stopped working in less a week, so I took it back in to the store and was talked to like a child by Paul, because I did the work myself and had questions. Paul specifically was always helpful in the past, but lately however he seems to hate his job and is passive aggressive/rude to customers. Randy is no better as he seems to be running on a short fuse and annoyed by questions we as customers have. Overall this location has changed to the point that as of today this was my last day as a customer. I just asked for a refund and will find another location to find another motor. I think businesses forget customers have other choices and do not have to be treated with disrespect like this.

They offered to take care of it there and save me another trip charge... but I didn't have the funds at the time. I hoped it'd last thru the season. Well, two weeks later it was unusable. Way too loud to run. With the hot weather coming, still water was gonna turn green quickly. Perry's came back out and took care of it. It's now running like a well-oiled machine, and still leak free.
