We are very happy with our new hot tub that we purchased from Jeremy and Henry at Southwest Spas…read more They were nice enough to hold on to our tub at their facility until we were able to get HOA approval, 220v electrical hook-up and breaker, and a small travertine patio extension built for the hot tub. When we first came into the store, Henry was so thorough in his explanation of the different features of the spa we were interested in purchasing. The electrician (Nick) and the landscape person who installed our patio extension(Jose) who were recommended to us by Henry and Jeremy were also terrific. Once we had the spa delivered, I had some questions about some of the features of the tub, chemicals, as well as a small issue with one of the diverters that was leaking. I drove over to Southwest Spa to speak to someone in person, and Jeremy was kind enough to take the time to answer my questions, and also instructed me how to fix the diverter leak when I got home, and it worked perfectly after that. Easy-peasy! Having our own spa at our home has been on my husband and my bucket list for YEARS. We are so happy we were finally able to make it happen with the assistance of Southwest Spas!

The motor stopped working in less a week, so I took it back in to the store and was talked to like a child by Paul, because I did the work myself and had questions. Paul specifically was always helpful in the past, but lately however he seems to hate his job and is passive aggressive/rude to customers. Randy is no better as he seems to be running on a short fuse and annoyed by questions we as customers have. Overall this location has changed to the point that as of today this was my last day as a customer. I just asked for a refund and will find another location to find another motor. I think businesses forget customers have other choices and do not have to be treated with disrespect like this.

After the work was done, the price went up by several hundred dollars. We paid it. The new pump failed a few months later. It took them several months to come back out, and when they did, they asked for another payment -- despite having told my father the work was guaranteed. I called management directly, and they finally installed a replacement. That replacement is now leaking badly, and it has been only a couple of months. Three visits, two failed pumps, a price that changed after the fact, and a guarantee that meant nothing. I would not recommend this company, particularly to older customers who may not push back.
