I was outside of the 3 year warranty that they offered by about 6 months, but had no problem paying for the work. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant each time I called, but it took several attempts over several weeks to get a call back from someone who could assist. Each time she said she'd pass my info on and I'd hear back when they (I believe the owner, but I can't say for sure) returned. I finally got ahold of someone and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and repair the tiles. I changed my work schedule around to accommodate their appointment window and they never showed. I called towards the end of the window and then again afterwards. I left voicemails each time to try to find out if they were still coming. Nobody answered and I never received a call back. I strongly suggest giving your money to a business that wants and appreciates it.

We had Cory come out to our house to replace a pool light which had been previously installed incorrectly and filled with water, replace plumbing at the pump, and clean our DE filter. Cory showed up 15 minutes early, working with our schedule to complete the work on a Saturday. He was polite and willing to answer my pool questions that I have been putting off for years. Very pleasant experience and plan to use him for future projects and monthly cleaning. His price was also much less then competitor offers.

I kept them on and I'm not sorry. I did a little pricing and they were the most reasonable. So, as far as cost goes, they were reasonable, last time I checked. Getting repair work done has been pretty reasonable and timely. I don't know if I overpaid for repairs and extra maintenance, but the pricing was reasonable - especially when convenience and timeliness are factored in. From time to time I have challenged the work done or service provided. I typically receive a phone call within 24 hours and we come to an amicable solution to the problem. They have never tried to talk their way out of responsibility and are always willing to work with me. Sometimes, I'm in the wrong because of a misunderstanding of the services agreed to. Even then, they've given me some sort of consideration for the inconvenience. Other times when I've asked about an equipment change they have looked and told me that it was unnecessary to make a change . . . saves me $$. Given the use of he pool (like non-existent) I sometime question the practicality of having a pool. But, it's there and it's a nice visual feature and Aqua Shine keeps it looking good.

Several years ago, I thought I had a pool leak, and hired a leak detective to come out. He didn't detect a leak, but he gave me great advice on the need to change the position of my hose line to reach more of the pool, and recommended one of the Elliotts. I originally hired them to come and repipe the pool and change the line- they did such a fantastic job, I hired for my regular service which was a different son. That son closed up shop over a year ago, and his dad, Marty, who taught he and his brother everything they knew, took over my account. Marty is wonderful. He or a member of his team service my pool every week.
