I found this location online & they had the best price on the parts I needed. So I called to see if they had the parts in that I needed & luckily they had everything in stock :) When I got to the store I was impressed by the cleanliness, organization of the store, their stock of pool equipment & maintenance products was spectacular.I'll definitely purchase my pool needs from ePoolSupply in the future.GREAT store!

He seems inexperienced or at least oblivious to any understanding of a professional interaction between a vendor and a customer. A $300 pool part (a 6 port Paramount water valve) ordered online was shipped to me, after wet-testing by this vendor, with a part detached which de-stabilized the part during shipping. As a result, one of the white spherical bearings, which are critical to the parts functioning, dislodged from its housing, causing the part to fail after installation. After a very frustrating analysis of the problem, I was able to re-seat the bearing myself and re-install it. Incautious on the part of the vendor, frustrating for me, but not earth-shaking. The serious problem arose when I telephoned the vendor to caution them about their carelessness. The service tech, Keith, with whom I had the very unpleasant bad luck to connect, was arrogant, argumentative, and agitated, not helpful at all, even though I was patient, calm, and absolutely non-confrontational. Unless he receives some much- needed training in acceptable professional vendor-customer dynamics, I doubt that he will last long in his current position. Until then I would not recommend this business.

After doing some research and visiting several stores, we ended the day at Sunset spas. We met with Mitch and immediately felt at ease and not pressured to take advantage of their Black Friday sales. I've tried to work this out with Sunset Spa, but they have decided to ignore all my emails and calls, including Dave Rempfer the owner of Sunset Spa. NOTE: The ROC of Arizona has no licensed on file for Sunset Spa to perform work on Spa's. This is what the ROC of AZ told me, so now I am having that investigated by the ROC. Before they work on your spa ask for their license number. Also, get it in writing from them that they will provide you service, if you need it after your warranty runs out. Do not take their word for it (see attached email where they advised not servicing out of warranty spas). The company was okay until they damaged my spa after doing a repair on it and refuse to correct it. They want me to clean up the damage or pay them to do the work. I tried to work this out with Matt from the Goodyear Store who referred me to Sunset Spa's Customer Service Team, who refused to take ownership of what they did to my spa, instead they state its Water Chemistry that caused the issue. I've been using the same water for 5 years. The issue is they came out and did a repair that I brought to their attention 2 years ago when I was under warranty. They kept giving me chemicals and telling me to try this, than finally they took ownership of the issue and sent a tech to fix it. This tech used a Blue Glue Adhesive in the repair process, which was huge because after 2 years the problem kept getting worse. After the repair was done the spa had several leaks, which I took video of but cannot attach here. They sent the tech back out, she repaired the leak with a Blue substance. A couple days later my spa has blue particles all over the place that are coming out from the jets and then I felt the inside of the spa and 100% of the spa include inside and outside of all the jets with something that feels like a low grade sandpaper, however per another company I was told its the adhesive they used and that she filled it immediately after repairing it. Since no one would respond I then went into the store in Goodyear and Asked Matt if I could speak to Dave the owner. Matt refused to give me any contact for Dave and said he would have Dave call me. I forwarded all my correspondence on this matter to Matt's email address and told Matt Please have him call me asap. No contact from Dave, so I reported them to the BBB at https://www.bbb.org/us/az Finally Dave Calls me, but its not to fix what they did, I don't even think Dave truly realizes that this is a real problem from the repair. All Dave would say to me over and over again "You reported me to the BBB. . OMG" over and over. When I realize his call was not to help me but to beat me up, I said "Yes Dave. What did you expect me to do? No one would return my call or emails. My spa has damage from the repair you all did". However, all Dave could say was, "I'm going to sue you in Small Claims Court". I then told Dave, "you cannot sue the truth. I have proof". Dave than said "I don't care I'm responding to this BBB notice and writing it off as a loss". I am just shocked at how closed off he was to "we have an issue here". Their OWN Customer Service team (see email screenshot) told me to use Not 1 but 2 FULL BOTTLES of PH DOWN and to wait 2 days before draining it, cleaning it and refilling it. They state in their email to expect Blue Flaking. If you look up what PH DOWN is used for, PH DOWN is used to remove Glue Adhesive and if you look up what color the adhesive is that Spa Companies use, It's BLUE. So, Sunset Spa is 100% telling me how to remove the glue that was used in the repair process, BUT than telling me the Water that I've been using in this SPA for 5 years with NEVER having an issue with is the problem. I am shocked at how closed minded Dave is on this issue. This is the Truth. My problem with me doing the work and not them is that PH DOWN Removes Glue, so if they used the wrong stuff to put all the plumbing/piping back together on my spa than what happens if I do the work and it leaks because PH DOWN soaked for 2 days dissolving it. Just beware. If Dave wants to rethink this and have a civil conversation as opposed to yelling at me for reporting to the BBB and threaten to sue me over the truth, than I'm open to it, but if he can't see the problem and own it, well we will not get anywhere. Very sad it came to this. Just know if you have an issue and if the company will not work with you, you can report to the BBB at: https://www.bbb.org/us/az Also the Attorney Generals Office at: https://www.azag.gov/ to file a consumer complaint. I am shocked that Dave decided to bully and threaten me with Small Claims Court, but you can't sue the Truth. The truth is on my side and my spa in its current condition is the proof.

Despite the fact it was after hours (evening before the party), Rod actually spent 20 minutes with me via FaceTime to diagnose the problem, assist me with repairing a valve and priming a pump. He provided me with specific instructions and he was able to get everything working again all via FaceTime. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me. Other companies said it would be $475 just to come out and take a look. This is the only company I will use for all my future pool service needs. Hard to find people like Rod these days. You listened very closely to what features we wanted and you incorporated those ideas into a masterpiece we now proudly call our backyard. Throughout the project, your team was very responsive to any concerns or questions we had. As our daily point of contact, Mike was wonderful to work with. To say that you and your staff went beyond our wildest dreams in the quality of work and customer service would be an understatement. Our backyard project also included a spa built and installed by your company, Spas by Design. The quality of your spa is untouchable. Also, I can't say enough about Bob Campo, your sales manager. During the initial months, their service was outstanding. At their recommendation we had them replace multiple components to our system. Their initial performance resulted in me writing a five star review on Yelp. In the past year, their service for us had deteriorated significantly. I contacted management multiple times regarding various issues. I complained when they replaced a very competent service technician with an individual who was marginal at best. After several months, he was replaced by another individual who was only minimally better. During the early months of our contract, Fowler's agreed to clean our water feature filter two times per month at no charge. Recently we noticed a reduction in the flow from the waterfall for our water feature and asked the technician to clean the filter. He replied "I'll do it next week". Several days later the water flow stopped altogether. This resulted in another call to management who subsequently informed me that the two times per month cleaning of the filter had not been done for the past five months. He then told me that they were no longer honoring their previous commitment and would only clean the filter every four months with a cost to us of more than $200. If additional cleanings were needed, we would be charged an additional fee. At that point, I decided to look for other vendors. The two that I interviewed both said that the water feature was full of algae. This was without any prompting by us. I contracted with a new vendor who cleaned the water feature filter and removed the algae. The time to clean the filter was seven minutes. To jeprodize a very lucrative contract for a seven minute task makes me question Fowler's business expertise. In retrospect, after spending over $13,000 with Fowler's in less than two years, I realize that they were not the company for us. I gave them more chances than most and they failed to perform to my expectations. I now know why they have recently received poor Yelp ratings from other individuals. On their website, they failed to include Yelp ratings. I wonder why!!! Richard J.

What's most upsetting is they don't take responsibility - they blame everything except themselves and their product/install.
