Get the sense that staff genuinely strives to do a good job here. Have had a little confusion over conflicting recommendations but at least everyone makes a strong effort to help. Far better than my experience at Sherwin Williams, and upon reading I discovered Dunn Edward's is specialized for desert climates, which is definitely a plus. Young man who is there virtually every day has been exceptionally good with recommendations and insight. Glad this location is close by. read more

I just went to the store at Dunn Edwards at this location. I made a mistake which was completely my fault and they would not let me leave without correcting it. I was blown away how adamant they were about making me happy and of course, wanting to continue to come back here. read more

I literally hate this store and the employees are completely rude and unhelpful. They gave me the wrong paint (wrong texture) and I have to repaint my whole fence because of it which is costing time and money and they refuse to take responsibility for their mistake. Now it's costing me $600 to have the fence repainted plus the cost of more paint. Every time I've been here nothing but rude workers with bad manners. Their paint is also the stinkiest paint I've ever seen. I painted my office with their basic white flat paint and it smelled awful for 2 months and needed primer and 4 coats because their paint is so bad.... Dealing with the manager now. To be continued.... read more

I have always loved and recommended this paint store. I have upgraded it to 5 Stars because I recently had a problem with some paint I bought from them and the store manager Grant handled my scenario with courtesy and professionalism. He is worth his weight in golf, he is very knowledgeable and accommodating. A true company employee. read more

Before I dip my brush into that bucket, let's look at some reasons why paint can be hazardous to our health and to the environment. We all have walked into a freshly painted room and commented on how we love the new color. At the same time we also have smelled the paint, the solvents that are evaporating off the surfaces. VOC's or volatile organic compounds usually are what we are smelling. Ethylene glycol, "EG". Propylene glycol, "PG" and really there are number of different additives in most latex indoor house paint that do cause harm. The Environmental Protection Agency is working to limit the level of VOC's in paint, because as the paint dries, these compounds are emitted into the air and are believed to be responsible for contributing to ground level smog. Studies also suggest that in the last 5-6 years, chances are that your home was painted with VOC paints and continue to release toxins that could harm your health if you are exposed to them in low levels, over an extended period of time. You can achieve the color combination that you want for your home without any toxic side effects. Painting is a quick and easy way to give your surroundings a makeover. And by doing so, you can give your health a makeover too. read more

Working away on home improvement projects during Covid-19, it was time to face touch up painting the exterior stucco on my house. I ordered paint samples online and quickly received them in the mail. I was able to call the store to order and pay for the paint and then pick it up at their curbside pickup in the back of the building within the hour. WAY less drama then currently at the large box stores. Awesome experience. They also sell paint supplies. Their paint quality is excellent as was their customer service. read more

I did not have the same experience as most of the folks that have reviewed this store diss. I went in yesterday around 4 to get some paint for a master bedroom makeover. The guy behind the counter was not helpful at all, when he asked what sheen I wanted I asked what the options were. He quickly rattled through about 5 of them. I called my son at home and asked if he could check the cans to se me what we had previously used and I was able to get my sheen that way but while we were waiting for paint to mix I notice on a wall they have all the different options of sheen painted on canvas boards so why didn't he point us to those to at least visibly see the difference. He hands me my paint and I had to ask for the paint sticks and opener, he had no intention on giving them to me. Much different experience than I have had at even Home Depot. read more

10 years ago I bought all my paint from them and have just now started touch ups and repainting a bedroom. Best paint out there and the service here is amazing. Happy to help you and thankful for the business, even if you are only buying paint samples. read more

Store hours are until 5:00 Monday - Friday and we arrived at 4:50 pm and the doors were locked. My husband realized after that the sound he heard while we were walking up was the sound of the door locking! Evidently they don't want our business. We went to Sherwin Williams a few buildings down and they helped us. Never again, Dunn Edwards!!! We are DONE with DUNN. read more

Had two pleasant experiences so far at this store so I thought I might as well give them a good review. The first time I came in it was just an overall pleasant experience. It was actually this time that was worth mentioning though. Ordered two 5gallons for a home project but got it wrong because I forgot paint dries and changes color. When I explained this to the man behind the counter he instantly knew what he could do to save my other gallon so that everything didn't go to waste. Thank you Kevin for all the help and answering all my questions! Everything worked out in the end. read more

Had a great experience today at this Dunn Edwards location. We met with Kayla for a free color consultation for our new home, and she was tremendously knowledgeable and helpful. We brought in a carpet sample, told her what we were aiming for, and she produced a beautiful color palette for us and explained the different types of paint and which we should use on which surface. We were also greeted by another employee when we walked in, and she was also exceptionally friendly, offering to make us coffee and asking us about our new home and painting project. We greatly appreciated that our paint-shopping experience was entirely stress-free during what is an otherwise very stressful time of purchasing and updating a new home! Thanks Kayla and the Dunn Edwards staff for your exceptional service today. read more
