Leslie pools said at their store I'd be able to get help within the week, but when they called it was a 3 week wait. Which was after I waited 2 days to hear about an appointment. Still waiting on specifics...I know pool units are costly, hoping to get a decent price and that the warranty will be solid.

They poorly attempted to fix the issues, then blamed me or the manufacturer (Wellis) instead of taking responsibility. They also lied about submitting a warranty request on my behalf -- when I checked with Wellis directly, they confirmed no request was ever submitted. Now the dealer has stopped responding altogether. Poor service, dishonest practices, and no accountability -- once they make the sale, you're on your own. Look elsewhere.

The motor stopped working in less a week, so I took it back in to the store and was talked to like a child by Paul, because I did the work myself and had questions. Paul specifically was always helpful in the past, but lately however he seems to hate his job and is passive aggressive/rude to customers. Randy is no better as he seems to be running on a short fuse and annoyed by questions we as customers have. Overall this location has changed to the point that as of today this was my last day as a customer. I just asked for a refund and will find another location to find another motor. I think businesses forget customers have other choices and do not have to be treated with disrespect like this.

I called at 4:30 pm local time on Monday and got this recording so I thought maybe it was North Carolina time so I called at 6:00 am MST and got the same recording. We hired Damion, when he was first started off, I like the guy and I believe he knows what he is doing, the sad part however is after he re did our pool and it's beautiful except our lights don't work and Damion just choose to not stand by his work, after we found out what the problem is, he just ignored it. I have a leak and my cool deck is popping up, not His fault but still a problem so now 7 years later my pool looks like crap, and he is to busy.... Totally disappointed in him, and I am forced to find someone new....
