Despite the fact it was after hours (evening before the party), Rod actually spent 20 minutes with me via FaceTime to diagnose the problem, assist me with repairing a valve and priming a pump. He provided me with specific instructions and he was able to get everything working again all via FaceTime. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me. Other companies said it would be $475 just to come out and take a look. This is the only company I will use for all my future pool service needs. Hard to find people like Rod these days. Thank you!!!

My amazing pool maintenance company-TLC Pool Service and Repair -Deron! Deron is super picky and been in the pool business forever. He only works with Scottsdale Pools-Dustin. My neighbor also referred him and I watched them at work and was so impressed. They designed and built our neighbors beautiful pool and back yard. We already had a pool/spa but it needed resurfaced-going from plaster to pebble tec sheen. We also needed a great deal of tile repair. WOW! Scottsdale Pool exceeded our expectations-which were already set very high! Dustin the owner came out initially to go over every detail. He is outstanding in his field. He is SO knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions. He explained the entire process. He told us what day his crew would be out to demo the pool. They showed up at 7:00am (as soon as HOA allowed). They worked non stop until the pool and spa was completely chipped out. Everything was hauled away that day! Next came his amazing tilers-Dago and Cindy. They did the mortar, set, grout and sealed waterline tile. They also repaired tile and rebuilt the entry way. Lastly was the application of the BEAUTIFUL Pebble Tec Sheen. We actually had Dustin pick out the tile bc he has amazing taste and so much experience. I am so glad we had him choose bc it looks absolutely gorgeous! Dustin was in constant contact throughout the process. I was in awe of the entire process and the work ethic of his crews. I knew I was in good hands bc I watched a HUGE project go in at my neighbors. I certainly was in the best hands and I am forever grateful for this incredible company who stands way above the rest! I highly recommend Boulder Valley Pools!…read more The level of professionalism and thoroughness from Paul was exceptional. I had issues with both my vacuum head and hoses and Paul took a lot of time to explain exactly what was going on with my pool setup. He walked me through how the equipment operates and pointed out warning signs to prevent further issues. Paul genuinely cares about the quality of his work and even followed up shortly after the visit to verify that the system was running smoothly and that I was completely satisfied. 1 Star Extremely…read moredisappointing experience. I contacted this pool company because I needed a basic quote for a crack in my pool. I was told someone would come out to take a look, but no one showed up. I called again and was told they would come out the next day. Again, no one showed up. I then received an apology and was told I was penciled in for Tuesday and that they could probably provide me with a quote if I sent pictures, my address, and my personal information. I did exactly that and provided everything they requested. Still no quote. I eventually called again because I never received the promised email. I was then told that they thought they had already given me the quote. They hadn't. And, once again, no one came out on Tuesday as promised. At this point, it was just excuse after excuse after excuse. I spent my time making calls, sending pictures and information, and trying to accommodate their schedule, only to never receive the basic service I originally requested. I honestly don't understand how this company has so many positive reviews based on my experience. Regardless, I would never use or recommend this company. If getting a simple estimate is this difficult, I certainly wouldn't trust them with an actual pool repair.
