They told me it would be a 3 day process and why it took 3 days but I had to wait for a month for an appointment, they were that busy. To me, that was a good sign actually! Tory, Adam & Bob did the work and they did an amazing job. They were professional, meticulous and the repair went beautifully. They even hosed down my entire patio when they were done and put everything back in it's place! Who does that? We cannot recommend this company enough, we are so pleased with all the work done and our fountain is now a joy rather than a headache!

The company had recently cleaned my fountain, and shortly afterward one of the light fixtures, which was still working, came loose and popped out. My only request was to have the light secured back into place. After their visit, I came home to find the light fixture had been completely removed. I was told the repair was more extensive than originally expected and that I would receive an estimate for the additional work. When the estimate arrived, I had only one question regarding the cost of the replacement light fixture. My builder, who originally installed the fountain, believed the quoted price for the fixture was significantly higher than expected, so I simply asked for clarification on that one item. I emailed my question but never received a response. The company later stated they had replied to my email; however, I never received that response. Because I had not received a reply, I assumed the work was still scheduled and that my question could be discussed when they arrived. Given our positive working relationship in the past, I also believed we could simply discuss the question at the job site. When no one showed up, I contacted the owner to ask what time they would be arriving. I was then told they were no longer coming because they were waiting for clarification regarding the estimate. I explained that I had never received their email. Rather than acknowledging that there may have been an email communication issue, the conversation quickly became confrontational. When I again asked about the cost of the light fixture, the owner told me I didn't know what I was talking about. He also dismissed my builder's opinion, stating that because my builder "doesn't do this for a living," he didn't know what he was talking about either. The owner then spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and hung up on me twice while I was trying to have a civil conversation. At no point was I rude or argumentative--I was simply asking for clarification about one item on the estimate. This review is not about the repair itself. It is about customer service, communication, and professionalism. Customers should be able to ask reasonable questions about an estimate without being treated with hostility or disrespect. A simple conversation could have resolved the entire situation. I had been a customer before and never experienced anything like this, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, because of the way I was treated, they have lost my business. More than anything, I believe I deserved a sincere apology from the owner for the way I was treated. Instead, my reasonable question was met with confrontation and disrespect. I hope sharing my experience helps other potential customers understand the importance of clear communication, professionalism, and respectful customer service when choosing a company.

No warning just that they're using too much. My pop ups where not even working and I paid over & $300 for three they told me where bad when they didn't work!! The worse part is they cleaned my tile above the waterline and acid washed the pool @ $2,000. Then they had to clean the pop up screen filter and said there was too many pebbles plugging this little filter that my pebble tech was deterring. They could have told me this prior to refilling my pool which they had me drain @ $400 later for the water bill. I have talked to numerous people about their pool tech and they all couldn't believe they just out right said you supply your own chlorine. After back & forth text I ask him I understand the hot weather and the effects it has on the pool. I then asked him if I by a bucket of chlorine to help the cost how many tablets would you put in under normal pool conditions which I pay him a monthly fee. He would not answer that ? I asked him the same ? Three times and wouldn't answer. Finally he texted me and said take care of your own pool! The service guys were good but watch out for Alex he's out for anything he can charge you for. He said he would charge me $199 a bucket and That's all he can do.I contacted three other pool services that said of course we supply the chlorine as much is needed no additional charge for the same price as I was paying Alex. He figured out the issue with my POOL! I recently had it remodeled. And Garcia Pools (owner Yoshi) crappy customer SERVICE for an owner of a pool service and at this point dishonest - never replaced my caps in my pool!! By keeping my caps, it guaranteed my pool would not work. Well, come to find out those caps hold pressure in the pool so it works properly. They wanted to charge an additional $600 to fix air leaks in my pool, but in reality, if they had just returned my end caps... The pressure in my pool would have held. David assessed each of my pop-ups. Three needed to be replaced. He was a trouble shooter. So if you have had long time issues with your pool, and specifically if you have a self cleaning pool that you are having a hard time troubleshooting I highly recommend David to come out and look at it. He's a smart guy and honest. He did the hard work to figure out my mystery. I had one pop up that wasn't working at all and so no water flow was going through it. And that's when he realized that I was missing all of my end caps on my pool which regulates my pressure. The same end caps.... YOSHI removed but never replaced. Thanks David. You did an great job.
