We are very happy with our new hot tub that we purchased from Jeremy and Henry at Southwest Spas…read more They were nice enough to hold on to our tub at their facility until we were able to get HOA approval, 220v electrical hook-up and breaker, and a small travertine patio extension built for the hot tub. When we first came into the store, Henry was so thorough in his explanation of the different features of the spa we were interested in purchasing. The electrician (Nick) and the landscape person who installed our patio extension(Jose) who were recommended to us by Henry and Jeremy were also terrific. Once we had the spa delivered, I had some questions about some of the features of the tub, chemicals, as well as a small issue with one of the diverters that was leaking. I drove over to Southwest Spa to speak to someone in person, and Jeremy was kind enough to take the time to answer my questions, and also instructed me how to fix the diverter leak when I got home, and it worked perfectly after that. Easy-peasy! Having our own spa at our home has been on my husband and my bucket list for YEARS. We are so happy we were finally able to make it happen with the assistance of Southwest Spas!

I restore WW II aircraft as a volunteer so I always look to repair instead of replace if possible. I tried Grainger and they referred me to a spa warehouse (Sunset Spas)across the street. the young woman in front was very helpful and supplied me with the union o rings and the flange at the heater but didn't have the volute ring and she referred me to Spaworks. i called them immediately and spoke with a very pleasant employee who told me that they had exactly what I needed. I hustled over there and they had the exact parts I needed. so instead of $250 , it cost $17. KUDOS to both Sunset and Spaworks. Chris Clark

In March of 2024 we bought a used Caldera spa from Desert Hot Tubs in Phoenix. I noticed it had eight speakers in it, and I asked the salesman whose name was Chris, whether the spa had Bluetooth and he assured me that it did. We bought the spa with the understanding it had Bluetooth. He gave me warranty paperwork which indicated the sound system was covered for 6 months as a used spa. When we got the spot installed at our house, we discovered that the Bluetooth did not work and Desert hot tubs sent out a succession of service people who told me I just didn't know how to operate it. (I do know how to operate Bluetooth!) and then explained to me that in a later session that they didn't have the parts to fix it and after waiting for over six months to get someone to come out and fix it, I received a call from Tricia, their service manager, who assured me that they were going to honor their commitment to fix the Bluetooth in the spa that I purchased even though more than six months had expired. She admitted their service department had dropped the ball. One week later I received a call from Tricia telling me that they were not going to honor their promise to fix the spa because the contract said Desert Hot Tubs was not obligated to honor verbal promises...only what is stated in the contract. They said this spa was no longer under warranty and that I had not read the fine print in the contract which said that regardless of the salesman's promises the only thing that really counts is the contract. They also told me the salesman is no longer with them...as if that had some bearing on the situation. I've been in business a very long time and any ethical business that I've worked with always honors the promises the salespeople make, particularly in something this straightforward. They initially acted as if they should be responsible for fixing the Bluetooth and then later decided that they weren't going to fix the Bluetooth. I would strongly recommend not ever buying any equipment from Desert Hot Tubs. I would further recommend not trusting anything that any of their sales people tell you. And finally, I would recommend staying away from a business whose ownership responds to customers in this fashion.

Then I found out to Tribal Waters! After a couple of meetings with their crew in our back yard We came up with a redesign that is Absolutely beautiful & useable! Tribal Waters helped guide me on effortless financing & They also got all the permits needed, so it was stress free! Dion & Jarred worked together well managing each step & I could always count on getting a quick call back from Jarred with an answer to any question I had! They had a lot of patience with all my questions & explained every step to me as the construction & transformation of my new pool took place. Yolanda (whom scheduled each phase) was an angel through all the process! She ALWAYS kept me in the loop via email & if I had a question or concern, she would quickly help contact me with the person that could help if she didn't have the answer herself! Bought an Aspen Spa from these folks. The service issues started when they delivered the spa and…read moreleft without hooking it up. Later, I had an issue with a jet malfunctioning and repeated phone calls and messages were ignored and not returned, I hired someone else to fix the jet. After owning the Spa slightly less than 2 years, one of the "volcano jets" broke apart, and I needed replacement parts and installation. The parts were still under warranty so I tried contacting these folks by phone, email and through their website beginning in November. Once someone actually answered the phone and said service would call me back, which of course never happened. Eventually, I contacted Aspen Spas directly and complained - surprise, the next day Zach from Kokomo called me about my part. Aspen did send the part I needed, but unfortunately they sent it to Kokomo and not to me. A person named Brady called me to let me know the part was in and said he'd drop it off at my house since it was on his way home. That was nice, except Brady was a no-show. When I called and texted Brady's number, I never got any answer and no further response from him or anyone. Over the weekend I went to their shop and spoke to Luke, who found my part and gave it to me. Luke also gave me his card with his cell phone and e-mail, and apologized for the bad service saying to call or e-mail him directly next time. When I tried to install the part myself, I couldn't do it because I lacked the tools I needed to get the jet housing off. I texted, emailed and called Luke to schedule a service call, and no response for more than a week. I reached out directly to their service person (I had gotten his contact info previously from the original delivery of my spa), and he said he hadn't heard anything from Kokomo about me needing service but he asked me for a picture of the part to be installed, which I sent, and he said it looked like the wrong part and my spa might need to be re-plumbed. These people are jokers and while not the absolute worst customer service, it's pretty bad. I suppose they could have lost my part when it got shipped to them rather than to me - thank you for keeping my replacement part and giving it to me. As for the rest, I won't darken your door again and I strongly suggest everyone else avoid this place also.
