These were my trees the day they were planted.

Matt Wendt, my salesman at Moon Valley has decades of experience. This is proven by the 4 flourishing trees planted a year ago! My magnolia tree blossomed incredibly large healthy flowers! Matt helped me select trees with varying color to complement each other. Each tree was planted with thoughtful design which included the seasons and location in the yard to complement and frame my house. Thank you, Matt!

This was the area outside our gym.

A huge thank you to Sophia and her team at Moon Valley Nursery! Royal Palm Middle School was hosting an event for our districts superintendent search so we wanted our school to look extra special. The area in front of our gym really needed help. I shared our story and when I told her we had no money she graciously offered to loaned us some plants. Sophia had me come down and choose a few items. We were able to spruce up a few areas and everything looked great for our event. We received many compliments! Thank you so much for coming to our rescue and also for being a wonderful community partner. We sure appreciated you and your entire team! You made a difference to us. Thank you so much!

We lost a very mature mesquite tree in a storm and needed the right replacement for our front yard. After checking out a few options, we decided to visit the original Moon Valley Nursery on 7th Street. It wasn't the closest location for us, but it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. There was zero sales pressure, and we were fortunate to meet Jeffrey Peters. He gave us a thorough education on the trees we were considering and helped us understand what would work best in our yard. The tree we loved was a little outside our budget, but Jeffrey worked with us and negotiated a price that made us very happy. The delivery and installation team from the 7th Street location were equally impressive. Eric and his crew were prompt, courteous, professional, and efficient. They walked us through everything--from placement to the watering and care schedule--making sure we were completely comfortable before they left. We were so pleased with the entire experience that we ended up purchasing even more! Thank you, Moon Valley Nursery on 7th Street, for an excellent all‑around experience--from sales to delivery to installation.

Scott and his team did an amazing job! Delivery and install was flawless. Scott was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through everything. I'm so proud of how my new Ficus looks in my yard. Is Moon Valley a little more than their competition?...maybe a little. Is it worth it?....absolutely yes! I was also very impressed with the sales team. True professionals across the board. I highly recommend Moon Valley.

Hi I want to share what a fabulous experience my husband and I had working with moon valley nurseries every step of the way. So We just moved to Phoenix from the Midwest and are enamored by the landscape here! We bought our house as we fell in love with views as it faces the mountain preserve. But even though we have the beauty of the desert and mountain outside the fence - inside the fence needed some serious help! It was overgrown with dying cactus, scrub brush, and messy trees. While we love seeing the cactus on the mountain we prefer the relaxing oasis feel of palm trees. (And they don't hurt as much!) We were lucky enough to drive by moon valley nursery and wow we were in Palm tree heaven! Of course only ever seeing Palm trees on vacation we had no idea where to start. And just as the universe guided us to moon valley it also blessed us with meeting Carrie! She greeted us immediately and asked what brought us in. The reality is we were just looking for a pot .. but said how mesmerized we were with all the palm trees! She's like well let take a look! I told her my backyard was filled with a lot of sad looking cactus and i really wanted to make my back yard happy but had no idea where to start! She then offered to come to our house to check it out with a complementary consultation! And sure enough that weekend she showed up and even brought another expert Tyler with her. Both professionals in understanding the best plants to get and design it was a fun collaboration!! But that was just the beginning of the excitement! They came back with a great plan and we worked together to mold it into a transformational solution for the backyard .. within the right budget ... remember, we were only there originally to get a pot!! Since we had to clear out the old to make room for the new, there was a ton of coordination from plant and tree removal to stump removal, utility line marking, planting and crane operating! I've never experienced such efficient project management and communication! The operations team sent email and texts all along the way and the crew called on time every day they were scheduled. I've dealt with a lot of projects and contractors since moving here and this is the only experience where they came through on all their promises... with no delays.. every time!! Speaking of the crews - they were all the best. From the crew leader always doing an intro and calling us by our names, to asking before using our electoral and water to complete site cleanup every time. They are top notch! Planting day finally arrived and sure enough Carrie was there bright and early with the crew to watch our design come to life! Once again, all the moving pieces came together like clock work ... first the crew came to dig the big holes, just in time for the crane to arrive and expertly lift the palm trees OVER the house! This was a show in itself and all we could say was wowwww as the big palm fit perfectly in the hole like a glove!!! The crew lead Javi was amazing and did such a good job explaining to us how to care for our palms. He went above and beyond making this a great experience and I could tell he was well respected by his crew And when everyone left after cleaning up the worksite... what exudes is happiness!!! We love our backyard oasis now complete with a better view of the mountain with a strategically designed landscape! I would recommend moon valley nurseries to anyone looking to transform their yard .. or even get a few plants or even just a pot! They have quality products but more importantly quality people! Thank you moon valley!!! I'm definitely drinking the moon juice!!

I spent $1500 for a boxed Ficus tree that they planted at my house in North Phoenix. The tree looked like it leaned to the right a bit immediately after they got planted it. I called Moon Valley and was assured the tree would straighten up in a couple months with the sun. The tree never straightened and after about 9 months Moon Valley agreed to came back out and straighten and re staked the tree. Six months later and after only a 1/2" of rain their stakes and support wires gave way and the tree toppled 35 degrees to the side. I called moon valley and got three weeks of lies and broken promises as I was passed off between 3 different employees and a manager. I heard, "I'll call you back by the end of day to schedule" "we will get you taken care of" over and over yet in a three week time period not one moon valley rep follows up with a phone call.

Loving my calamondin tree. It arrived with so many fruits and blossoms.

I told myself I wasn't going to get anything unless something truly called out to me... and, well, it happened. A Nanouk caught my eye (and heart), and now it's settling in at home with me. Their outdoor plant selection is broad and vibrant, though I'm not the best at keeping outdoor plants happy, so I admired from afar. Inside, the houseplant section had a good mix of some plants you see often, but also a few rare and interesting ones I don't usually come across, including some unique philodendrons and a couple pothos. The indoor area is on the smaller side, so when it gets a little crowded, it can feel a bit tight... that's probably my only minor critique. That said, the overall vibe was welcoming. I appreciated being greeted when I came in and then left alone to browse when I mentioned I didn't need help. That balance matters. The prices were fair as far as my knowledge in cruising through plant aisles and sections. Nothing unreasonable from my perspective. I'm glad I stopped in, and I'd definitely come back once I and my new Nanouk get to know each other a bit more. All in all, a peaceful and worthwhile plant stop.

We literally lived across the street from their nursery and when they moved to their current spot on Southern we followed!
