    Plants for daysss
    Leland S.

Were in the area and figured to give this place a shot. Here was our experience. EXPERIENCE: Parking: Inside the nursery, you basically park so you're not in the way of the the entrance/exit. Feels: 15 minutes away from the college town side of Arizona which isn't too bad. It's on a busy street but there's a banner so keep your eyes peeled. The spot itself is huge as there are rows and rows of plants. You can somewhat drive around the place to load up any of the big plants. All out door with some shaded patio. Plants: Plenty of cactus selections and medium-sized succulents. Lot of healthy selections. Not many small plants which I was fine with. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The owner was friendly and professional OVERALL: 4.5 Stars. Awesome! Great selections and at a reasonable price. Keeping it simple, if you're looking for plants, this is your spot. Tips: - They accept card!

I absolutely love this cactus nursery! They have a huge selection of cactus varieties and at the absolute best price. There is no sales pressure and the owner is super knowledgeable about the cactus and care required for them. We were on a road trip so I was only able to purchase a few but they have been thriving ever since. I plan to stop here on our next trip through AZ again to purchase again!

I love their medium cactus options. The $8 ones they're not tiny or small. they're a good size, and price. I came from California and got a few to take back.

Amazing selection of cactus and prices are super reasonable. Came here after checking another nearby nursery in search of Purple Cactus (Opuntia Santa Rita.) Their prices were wayyyy lower and the selection was better too. They accept credit cards which is also a huge plus. Left happy with 5 varities of cactus to take back to California.

The BEST SELECTION!!! And best prices!!!!! The owner is so friendly and helpful. If you go to any nursery in / around the phoenix area, this is the spot!!!! Thank you Phoenix Desert Nursery!!!!!!

    Goin home with me!

The staff immediately greets you with a warm welcome, and the entrance is so beautiful. Fillmore Coffee Co. is sighted as soon as you enter and there's some cute seating options. It's open until 3 pm and they have breakfast, lunch, and drinks. There are so many gorgeous plants to choose from. Staff is so helpful and eager to educate you on what would be best for your home. I ended up bringing more than one plant home and I can proudly say they've been blooming ever since. I appreciate the advice they gave me on taking care of my babies and I want to go back for more. Their plants are pricier than you'd find elsewhere but it was a great birthday experience for me.

They had everything from flowering plants and tropicals to indoor plants, succulents, and a wide variety of cacti. If you are looking for something specific or just want to wander and explore, this place has something for every plant lover. We picked up a beautiful artichoke agave, and the person who helped us was great. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how best to plant and care for it. You can tell the staff here genuinely knows their stuff and enjoys what they do. The selection of planters and pots was also impressive. There is a massive area filled with every size, shape, and style you could imagine. It makes it easy to find something that fits your space and aesthetic. Ended up with two plants, six (6) terra cotta water drains. They also have fertilizer and soil. Will be back for more plants and supplies. First of all, the value and pricing on the plants is fantastic. It's one of those rare places where you can buy several plants and not feel like you need to sit down and process your bank statement afterward. They also had a ton of great starter plants, which I loved. It's perfect for people who enjoy starting small and getting to watch their plants grow and thrive over time (or at least giving them a fighting chance in my house). The selection of plant accessories was also great--pots, tools, and all the little things you didn't know you needed until you saw them and suddenly couldn't leave without them. Overall, it's a really fun place to wander through whether you're a seasoned plant person or someone who just bought their first pothos and is hoping for the best. Great plants, great prices, and a dangerous amount of temptation for anyone who loves greenery. I will absolutely be back... probably sooner than my windowsill space would prefer
