We started our service with Phoenix Pool Pro in March. Things didn't start out on a good foot because the tech didn't show up on the day they were scheduled but we wrote this off as bad luck since they told us an emergency popped up and they sent someone out the next day. Our pool was blue but needed to be vacuumed and prepared for swimming after the winter. The technician told us we needed to buy a robotic vacuum and said the owner would let us know what model we should purchase. We never heard about the vacuum again. I showed the technician where our pole vacuum was along with the hose but they never vacuumed the pool despite there being significant detritus at the bottom of the pool from the winter. Over the period of the next few months the pool gradually got more cloudy and eventually turned pea green. We asked if there was anything we needed to be doing between services other than emptying the skimmer baskets and never got any response. We have a smart pool timer and we were never asked how many hours the pool pump was running for (12 hours) nor were we ever told what it should be set to. The owner told us we needed an algae treatment and said they would call the following Monday to discuss options. We never got a call about the algae treatment and the technician never came back. I called and left a voicemail asking what the status of our account was and for an explanation for the technician not showing up. The owner immediately sent a text message to my wife saying we probably needed to drain our pool. He told us he would get back to us soon but never called or texted again. The owner is no longer returning our calls or text messages. We are now looking for another company and our pool is disgusting. read more

My pool motor went out unexpectedly this last weekend, I called Jason in a panic knowing the green pool was coming if this wasn't addressed soon. Jason let me know they are very busy it being the middle of the season (understand completely) but he would get someone out by Friday. To my surprise the technician showed up Tuesday. Savion came and installed the new motor and wouldn't leave until it was right even with all the problems my older pool system presents. Love this company, the prices are very reasonable and the technicians very knowledgeable and pleasant. This is my second time using this service for large pool repairs. Jason the owner hires really great dependable guys as I have never been disappointed. Thank you again Jason and Savion for being my heros. read more

OK company. On time and thoughtful No longer doing business as Phoenix Pro Pool though.

This is my 4th pool cleaning service since owning this home in just over a year. I LOVE the weekly reports! I get to see my pool every week, and can't wait to visit this spring! As an out of state owner, it is such a relief to find a reliable company. read more

Called Justin to see how much to replace a couple of pool cleaning pop ups. Quick response with a reasonable quote and really worked with me as far as scheduling an appointment due to my crazy life schedule. Jason came out to Goodyear and replaced the part and answered all the questions about the condition of our pool. Also gave us advice on when we should acid wash our pool. I really appreciate the honesty and will definitely call on these guys to do the acid wash later on in the year when it's not so hot. Even though it's a Shasta pool and I have that lifetime warranty... Phoenix Pro Pool service will be the go to team for me!!!! And it should be for you!!! read more

I stumbled upon this company in 2023 when I was looking to have a pool heater installed. I had put an ad on Angi's list and they responded right away! They were able to install my heater quickly and efficiently! Shortly after I had an issue and they came out same day to replace a valve! Fast forward to last week when I was having a party that night and woke up to my pool pump not working! I called several places and no one was willing to come out same day. I put another ad on Angis and lo and behold they responded right away! I had explained the situation and the manager who initially didn't have any opening til the following day, advised me he would look into moving some things around . He texted me a few minutes later and said someone would be there within an hour!!! Savion was our tech and he was thorough, efficient and went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue, which was NOT a simple case. Once he found the issue, he could have scheduled me for repairs as they were a little extensive, but he went above and beyond and made the repairs necessary to ensure I could heat my pool for my party. The repairs were nothing to do with their previous work, I had actually had my regular pool service (weekly service tech) make some repairs and his work needed to be redone! All said and done, I was elated with the service I received, so much I switched to them for my weekly service! Thank you again Savion and Phoenix Pro Pools! read more

Service started out pretty good and went downhill from there. We have had service for at least a year. They replaced our pool pump with a used one, which we knew. It went out again less than 6 months later. Now it's been over a week and it still is not replaced. The customer service is terrible. I have had to call 3 times just to get them to come out and look at the pool pump. Then they said it would be installed "tomorrow morning", I am still waiting. I keep having to change my schedule around because they tell me someone is coming out. Extremely frustrating. Terrible customer service. read more

unfortunately, they never get back to you in a timely manner and only want to text. I don't know if they have taken on too many clients or what. I've asked to fix a problem multiple times and they still forget it's very frustrating. There's too many companies out there to compete with. I think they would honestly do a good job if they were a bit more organized. read more

This company is absolutely a joke when it come s to swim spas.. if you don't know what your doing maybe you shouldn't be in the business weekly service with reports of your pool is doing great.. see pictures.. read more

The company said they charge $95 to go out and give an estimate but Jason told me that it would be a minimum of $125 to fix and that they would supply the parts. I also asked them to attach the top of the pool programming top so the wires underneath were not exposed and to connect the conduit. I was told by Ryan that he fixed it and he cleaned up the pipes by painting them and that the pump was running. He put WD40 where the screws needed to go in because that had gotten rusty due to the previous Thumbtack pro not gluing the fittings and water leaking all over. Ryan told me he would be out the next day to finish the repair with that. Instead, I get a message from Jason saying it was going to be another $75 which I thought was awfully high given that all he had to do was screw in the screws and connect the conduit. Basically 30 minutes. At which point he gets hostile with me and says I'm accusing him??? 4 days later I found out that all he did was push quick clean on my pump which means it ran for maybe 30 minutes in AZ. Now I have a green pool and a much more expensive problem that they are refusing to take any credit for. AVOID THIS COMPANY. read more

This company is amazing . We have a new jacuzzi in our backyard and after the storm it looks like a swamp. I filled out information on home advisors and Jason called me within 1 minute. He came out the very next day and within 24 hours our pool is perfect. We will be using this company for our weekly Pool Service. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs help. They definitely know what they're doing. read more

Jason came out & gave us a bid on installing a Natural Gas heater & variable pump plus a couple of other things. The plumber was separate to put in the line. COMMUNICATION is the big problem along with things not getting done. I have been told both via text & a phone call that they would be here to complete the service! The gas line is in & inspected, but that is all. I have to initiate any communication! This review will be completed once everything is done! If, they ever complete this project. This started on August 19, 2023. read more

They provided quotes to replace our pool pump and filter and now won't respond to schedule the work. Have to assume they're not hurting for business and don't care about recruiting new customers. We were also going to sign up for their monthly service, Jason was the one my husband spoke to. read more

Awesome job! Quick responses and great service. Devon explained all the details when repairing my pump motor and timer. Highly recommended!!

I was having pool pump, filter, and plumbing issues that needed to be assessed to determine the best course of action. Leslies Pool in Estrella Goodyear gave me Jason Estereicher's business card. They spoke very highly of the company. I called Jason (the owner) and we set up an appointment for Saturday, 4/3, 9:00am. NO SHOW - NO CALL. I even sent him a text asking if he encountered a problem. Crickets. No response. Don't use this company. They obviously don't want or need my business or yours. Call someone else. read more

Love that they text you before coming. I have 2 dogs and like to have them put away when they come. Also love that they do a through job, and don't half ass things like our previous company we had. Love that they communicate and email me with what was done on their visit with photos. read more

Wow I text Phoenix pro pool service late Friday night and asked if they could come clean my pool Saturday morning. Jason text and gave me a call early in the morning . Asked me all what I needed and scheduled a technician to come out at 1pm. Sam the technician was on time and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier with the response time and the work done. My pool looks fantastic. Thank you guys so much. I highly recommend. read more

Been using the service for 6 weeks now. I appreciate the fact that I get a detailed weekly report showing exactly what my pool chemical level is before any work or service is provided and exactly what chemicals were added as well as a detailed service report showing me what services were done along with a picture showing me what the pool looked liked when the technician left. When ever I have had a question or concern, not only do they answer the phone, they sent out Jason , who is the manager, to address and rectify my concerns. I highly recommend this company. read more
