After a few years, the pebble colors tend to fade out due to hard water deposits. After the Acid Wash I could see the pebbles looking colorful and shiny again. Aqua Harmony was great from the initial call to schedule, and workmen were right on time (for draining yesterday) and the acid cleaning today. The technician that did the cleaning today was Zack. He is a very polite individual and consciences about his work. He made sure I was happy with everything before he packed up his equipment. Then I called Joe in the office to inquire about how I am supposed to pay. Joe was very helpful during the initial call to get the work scheduled. And he was very helpful today, and asked me more than a couple of times if I was happy with all of the work. They truly want to do a good job and want to make sure the customers are happy. The next time I need to acid wash, or need any equipment repairs, I won't hesitate to call them for help. I am very happy with their work and with the quality of their employees. The receptionist, Dawn, said the owner must be running late and she'd contact him then call me back. Fifteen minutes later she called and said the owner said we needed to have the pool polished and they couldn't do that for 3 months and that would be too hot to drain the pool. Why I had to wait 2 and a half hours to find out they couldn't even service my pool was amazing. I had other questions, but Dawn couldn't answer them and eventually said have a nice day and hung up. If the owner makes someone wait 2 hours with no phone call then tells the receptionist to tell me they can't even service me, then I'd hate to see how bad the actual service is. 4/12/17-The owner called and was very nice. Not the owner that didn't make the two hour window, but at least I received a phone call from someone. He tried to offer discounts and help, but I don't review to get discounts or freebies. So I said thank you, but based on the none call I just wouldn't use your company. I moved my review to 3 stars for his effort and hope this was just a one time thing for the sake of his company.

You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore.
