Zero stars needs to be an option! I would strongly caution anyone considering using Pigeon Pros. Our experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. After installing a brand-new evaporative cooler at our facility, it was immediately identified--by the owner, Daren himself--that the unit had been installed incorrectly. This was not a minor issue, and even he acknowledged that a temporary patch was not an acceptable fix for a new system. We obtained a legitimate repair quote from a contractor and provided it to him. Initially, instead of taking responsibility, he accused us of trying to "rip him off," which was completely uncalled for given the documented issue and reasonable request. After multiple follow-ups, emails, and voicemails over several weeks, he finally responded--claiming our emails went to his junk folder--and agreed the price was fine and that he would move forward. From there, things only got worse. Despite repeated, clear communication requesting payment so the repair could be completed, he continued to delay, ignore messages, and avoid confirming when payment would be issued. We made it very simple: send payment, and we would coordinate the repair immediately. Weeks went by with no action. Eventually, due to the continued lack of response and accountability, we had no choice but to move forward ourselves and cover the repair cost out of pocket--something that never should have happened given that the installation defect was acknowledged from day one. The biggest issue here isn't just the mistake--it's the complete lack of follow-through, accountability, and communication afterward. Mistakes happen. Refusing to stand behind your work and ignoring a customer for months is unacceptable. Home owners beware!!! Contract someone else. Just because they been in business for 25 years don't mean that they are good or know what they are doing. I had a roof leak after the rain on March 7th 2025 just days after they installed the bird netting, bird wire, netting around solar panels on 3/4/2025 around the dead valley of my roof is where the leak was. I've talked to vaden who talked to his boss about the leak and he said that we never had a leak in 25 years. I had to hire a roofer to find, assessed and fix the damage roof. Roofer said that pigeon pros left unsealed anchor holes in the stucco and used too long of a screw to attach the netting onto the title that penetrated the underlayment/cap sheet. The builder also came out to take a look and agreed that holes in the stucco that was not sealed will leak. My interior office is damaged from this and Pigeon pros denies any wrong doing. Pigeon pros yelp page said that they are credited BBB but can't find anything. Also I can't find the license or ROC number anywhere. Not even listed on the invoice or quote. My insurance company can't find their roc number either. Who are there people? I can never get anyone on the phone number they listed. I will email and that's when then they will call back in a few days. Also they have not yet came back to bag up the bird shit that was wash off my roof as their services said. Technicians did not complete the job the first day so they left for the afternoon but forget to clean up the debris, tools, gas can and my water hose across my driveway and in the front lawn. I've paid over 1600 bucks for them to create a roof leak and destroy my 2 and a half year old home roof and interior. I don't even know where to begin my experience with this company has been mind blowing in the worst way. First I was promised work to be completed by the initial sales person that did an inspection. Come the day of the install services were not rendered that the salesperson promised. It finally took the owner being contacted to remedy the situation at which time he advised the services promised would be completed and apologized, I thought it was settled at that point and was appreciative of the responsible owner (so I thought). I was wrong because even after all that, the services were still not completed. When the owner is a liar that should be the biggest red flag ever to not use this company. Fast forward a month later the services they actually did complete has made the pigeon problem 10x worse and the equipment they installed is breaking down and coming apart. I had another actual reputable company come out and they pointed out so many mistakes and shortcuts made by pigeon pros and also explained that they are known for this. I have had them trespass on my side of the home, leaving bird matter and debris on a continuous basis. They have thrown dead bird cages in my garbage and never once have asked for permission to set up on my side of the property. Upon a reference from a friend and neighbor on my street I contacted Pigeon Pro's. The first time here it seemed like they did what I thought they should do, but try to get them to come out AGAIN and complete the job as stated. I STILL have BIRD SHIT all over my from entry way leading to the front door and I have made them aware of this 3 times. When I leave my home pigeons fly off my roof. They finally came out after I sent them pictures of more shit in the same are, along with sparrows trying to nest above my patio doors. First they send the salesman who says ANYTHING you want to hear to sell his job and it is often things the inner office haven't heard of and WON'T do. I am really pleased with the service we got today from PigeonPros. we had a number of birds and nests in our solar panels and they made a terrible mess. Four staff came and spent 4 hours,cleaning and securing the panels. A five year guarantee is excellent for us to insure pigeons don't return. the only reason they are not getting 5 stars from us, is the scheduling of both the estimate and the work was changed twice, requiring me to call the company to find out what the new plan was. still they did great work and our side work area, which I refused to enter for weeks because of the pigeon poop is now clean and safe. read more

Very disappointed with this company. I live in an HOA complex and they were recommended. While I engaged them on line they scheduled a visit then changed the date when I couldn't be home. I called their office and was told I didn't have to be home as do inspections using a drone. Person I spoke to could use some lessons in how to talk to customers, maybe to me and not down to me. Regardless, they came did the inspection sent me an email with results and pictures and costs. Also said inspector would call me I called their office hoping to discuss the proposal it was told that person was in the field and would call me back. Never did. Next day I emailed the company to tell them I still haven't heard. This was over a week ago on 12/19 and while I understand there was a holiday during this period that is no excuse for not calling back. Overcharged. There was no power washing cleaning done but was charged for it. Missed an area and was charged again . No clean up was needed both times. Since putting in solar panels our roof has been taken over my pigeons. For a couple years after every windy day or monsoon there would be pigeon poop all over backyard turf grass and all in the pool! The gentleman that did the inspection was amazing, and the guys that came to perform the service were very sweet and nice and explained everything. However two days later I noticed there were three dead pigeons trapped inside of the net. Which means that when they initially came out, they did not get everything they thought they did.. in addition to that, when they power washed the poop off of the roof, they didn't even bother to move the three plants that sat in front of the garage and ruined my plants.
