We had a communications problem after the install of pigeon proofing, the pigeons apparently broke in and wouldn't leave. They sent a crew the next day and corrected the problem, pigeons apparently are quite industrious, but PigeonPros have outsmarted them. Great company, terrific staff. read more

Buyer BEWARE! These guys are the furthest from PROS. They sell you a dream and provide mediocrity at best. The estimator came and accessed the house using his drone to show what needed to be done, which was agreed upon. However, the installers decided to only do what they felt like doing (which I was told from the business office has since been fired), and gave a plethora of excuses as to why the agreed upon areas didn't need attention, doing less than what was agreed upon with the estimator. Not only did they NOT remove the pigeons, trapping them inside instead, the pigeons just moved to the rain gutters, where pigeon pros wanted to charge an additional 250 to remove them on top of the 800 i already paid them 30 days prior. The birds then added new friends by nests being introduced into the spiking where I never had bird nest issues before pigeon pros arrived. After calling to address the issue, they would rather argue with me than correct any issues. Once they have your money, you're screwed, yet they offer a warranty! What a joke! read more

We hired pigeon pros a while ago they did an excellent job on installing the deterrent wire and mesh around our solar. About a month or so afterwards we asked them to come back out and do the trapping of the birds. They set up a trap said they would come out weekly. We they came out once we had to remind them and actually sent another message we have heard nothing from them. Don't hire them to do the trapping this part is unacceptable. They don't answer their phone and they don't reply so I'm changing this from a five star for the install down to one for this. read more

I would give negative 5 stars if possible. This is the mess that Pigeon Pros left under my solar panels after they power washed my roof. The pigeon proofing was put up around all this crap. Because the pigeon poop was forced into "dams" during the pressure wash, rain pooled over cracked tiles and caused $21k in damages to my house, including a collapsed ceiling. I received the same assessment from more than half a dozen independent roofing companies. Pigeon Pros warranty means NOTHING. Either they left all this mess under my solar panels when they put up their screens, or their screens don't do anything to keep out pigeons. They refuse to acknowledge they left me with a mess, or work with me to resolve it. They said they are not responsible for any damage and just stopped responding to me when I asked if they would at least remove and replace their product while I had the damage repaired. I will never recommend them to anyone, and will show the photos I have to anyone considering their services. read more

After having bird problems for a couple of months, I was excited to find this service. The initial consult and scheduling was easy, everyone was very polite, and they came out quickly to do the initial install. However, following the installation I began finding nails and pieces of the wire used on the roof falling down into my yard and driveway. These were obviously scrap pieces that had just been left on my roof during the installation. Additionally the "daddy long legs" wires became entangled in my satellite receiver. I could cope with these oversights if the product had been effective; but it has not been. About 2 weeks after the installation, I reached back out to request someone come take a look to ensure it was installed properly as I was not noticing a decrease in bird activity on my roof. I was reminded that it can take up to a month for the birds to realize that they can no longer nest where they had previously and was asked to call again if they were still present at the month mark. They were, so I called again to request someone come out. I was scheduled for roughly 2 weeks after that call (so approximately 6 weeks after the initial install). Someone came out, took pictures of the work and texted them to me, and told me everything looked perfect. If these products are truly installed perfectly, then they do not work. I'm now at approximately 2 months after the initial install date and have not noticed a single bit of reduced bird activity. I've had greater success spraying birds off my roof with my hose, and probably should have stuck to that since the garden hose didn't cost over $900. read more

Had a problem with pigeons nesting under our solar panels. Called Pigeon pros to see if they could help. They sent out someone to look at the roof. They took pictures and explained the procedure. Starting with pressure washing and finishing with screens to keep them out. Also installed deterrents along our peaks. The two men, Zak and Bradley were pleasant and professional during the whole 4 hour process. They also did a great job cleaning the roof and the ground areas as well. I would stay away from Pigeon Pros. There are several other companies that do the same work and are much more professional to deal with. I had just replaced my roof and had Pigeon Pros come back out to reinstall the bird wire they had installed before the roof replacement and I paid them for that. During that reinstalletion they broke 5 of my new tiles due to not walking on the roof properly. Luckily my roofing company out of courtesy supplied the new tiles at no charge to Pigeon Pros since the owner, Daren was adament that his techs would replace the broken tiles. I even offered to split the cost to replace the broken tiles with Daren since his line of business is not roofing so I was concerned of voiding my roof warranty. From that point on it became a nightmare and the poor techs that they sent had only worked for the company for a few months and did not know anything that was going on as the office manager/dispatcher never forwarded any info so they would show up at my door semi-clueless and could not complete the job. After weeks and much frustration, I received a call from the owner, Daren. He was very rude, originally thinking the issue was about one of my other houses that they had done which I corrected him on. He then told me that they did not want my business any longer and good bye! He literally said he was firing me as customer! I have never heard that before in my life. Fortunately I found three other Pigeon control companies here in the valley via google. I chose Proficient Pigeon Solutions LLC who came out and because it only took them 5 minutes to complete they did not even charge me. They were so pleasant to do business with unlike Pigeon Pros. My advice is to google the other Pigeon Control Companies and I definitly recommend Proficient Pigeon Solutions LLC and not Pigeon Pros. I feel like I had PTSD dealing with this company. So glad I am done with them and have other companies to do business with. It's kind of like insurance. You don't know how good the company is until you have a claim or problem. If I could give a zero for this company, it would be too high. I contacted them several months ago. The ONLY reason was because of their 5 year guarantee. They came out and did an initial "fix." Pigeons continued to build nests. They said they would send someone over. About a month ago pigeons again invaded. I begged the scheduler to send help. Too busy and no returned calls despite numerous emails. I resorted to contact the Better Business Bureau. No efforts were made by the company to correct the complaint. I am amazed at the lack of professionalism. According to the BBB a report of their failure to resolve the issue will be on file for 3 years. read more

We had Pigeon Pros come out in January to install a variety of deterrents. At the time, Dylan & Curtis did a great job of cleaning our roof and performing the installation. However, we still have an issue with pigeons nesting on our roof under the tiles. I have left several voicemails and emails asking for them to come back out. Zack and Colton came to my house today to remediate the pigeon problem. Over the phone Zack was warm, friendly and very professional. We were out of town and they had given us an estimate the week before. We set up our appointment time and Zack called the moment he came on the property. He and Colton finished the job and Zack called me back to say there were no nests, and the pigeons would not be back to start building any. He explained everything they had done and was kind enough to nail my hanging gutter back to the house (found the gutter nail on the ground below). He then sent me an invoice and I paid via credit card. The pigeons have disappeared along with all of their very messy leavings. Zack also sent me a detailed drawing with showed exactly where they had placed the roof peak wiring and spikes, and the chicken wire barriers to ward off any future curious pigeons. Hi, Pigeon pros came out to my house and installed bird deterrent around my Solar System. When I first contacted them to do the job the owner Darron assured me that any broken roof tiles would be replaced. After the job was completed I noticed broken tiles from people walking on my roof and from drilling into tiles to anchor the bird deterrent . I took pictures and contacted them several times. They sent somebody out and assured me that the tiles would be taken care of. After several rain storms I noticed that roof was leaking. I contacted a roofer that confirmed that the leaks were due to Pigion Pros breaking tiles when they installed the bird deterrent. They never fixed the tiles as promised. I called Pigion Pros to find out how they were going to handle the expense of getting the roof fixed, the drywall repaired and painted from the roof leak. I was told that they would do nothing. Do business with this company at your own risk. I will be placing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I gave them plenty of times to take care of the damage that they caused. I see no other options but to warn potential customers of how this company operates. I have kept copies of all correspondence as well as pictures. Had a horrible pigeon problem on our roof in Mesa, AZ. The bid PigeonPros provided was about 1/3 of what others had quoted, and they provide a guarantee. They thoroughly cleaned the roof, patio and outside areas and set up several deterrents and traps on the roof. Someone from PigeonPros still comes back each Friday to check the traps - today they had 3 more in the traps, and to date have caught about 24 - the majority of the birds. Haven't seen the birds be much of an issue, and after a few more weeks, I expect they'll all be gone. Money well spent, for a great job done. Highly recommend! read more

I'm gonn make a long story really short. Daren came out spoke with my wife for a quote. Pigeons have been nesting for 2 years roof and walk way to the front door were horrible. Quote us a VERY high quote but promised to clean the roof and walk way (our HOA was bitchin about the shit by the walk way) his guy comes out for 2 days. All he did for the walk way was spray it with water. That's not good enough our HOA would still fine us with the shit still here. Called the office same day lady said Daren would call us back. He did at 6:30 the same day. Told my wife with an attitudeduring the whole conversation "with a house as dirty as yours..." first of all FUCK YOU! your customer service is absolute SHIT!. That is would be hard to get into the rocks. Well don't promise shit you can't deliver on. Blah blah blah guys come back today and did a better job. Still not passable by our HOA but we'll just move rocks from our backyard no big deal. We also did pay our bill cuz were not ass holes. But Daren sure was! Will never recommend this company to anyone ever! And Idc what Daren has to say in response to my review. I would never ever recommend this company to even my worst enemy. They came to my house to put up wire to keep the birds from nesting under my solar. They also put up spikes over the windows which I must say are very good , you cannot even tell they are there unless you look close. Come to find out the installers never put the wire around the solar but let me pay $1,400 for it. After my neighbors took pictures of my roof I realized they didn't do the work. Not only that but the installer sent me a text telling me he did the work fast for me and it was his birthday and sent me his private Venmo asking for a tip!!! The person in the office who makes the appointments is always very professional and very respectful, he apologized and got me on the schedule immediately. When I came home the day the work was eventually done I had broken eggs thrown at my garage door. Most likely pigeon eggs that were on my roof. read more
