Went to Pietro's with coworkers and had a great time sharing an assortment of appetizers. The truffle fries were a standout--crispy, flavorful, and definitely worth ordering. For my main, I had the branzino, which I really enjoyed; it was well-prepared and nicely seasoned. One thing to note: the dip served with the rolls was hummus rather than the more typical garlic butter, which I didn't realize at first. Not a bad thing, just something a bit different than expected. The Radnor location of Pietro's is across the street from Radnor High School. It is a great place for lunch or dinner. There's a large parking lot. Reservations are a good idea to make sure a table is available. After ordering, our server Edwin C brought us a basket of hot, soft rolls with a creamy dip (I forgot to ask what the dip was). We had the chicken Parmesan, cheese ravioli, and short rib pizza. The portion sizes are good, and I did take home half of the 14 inch pizza. Edwin was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Who knew this afternoon delight was tucked away just off of rte 30? Somehow it has escaped me until now. Partner and I were looking for lunch before a little post Super Bowl casino gambling and this fit the bill perfectly. Dining room was mostly full of business men. The exception was a foursome playing canasta at the next table. Bread was perfectly warm though I did not enjoy the house spread. Our server offered and delivered a plate of butter florets. In addition to looking like Janet from the Good Place, she had the same demeanor. That's a good thing. Our lunch arrived and was thoroughly enjoyed. if you BLACK stay away from this place!! the racism here is real. the atmosphere is tense, as soon as I walked in I wanted to walk out. the manager Angelo cuts you off while you're asking questions and makes it difficult for you to address things and the staff stared at me, smirked, spoke in Spanish and laughed while looking at me. I contacted corporate and I hope to hear back from them soon. seriously want a refund, the food was damp (pizza/brick oven).. and I was too afraid to eat it because of the treatment. Loved the pear mule (just need better straws since mine disintegrated super quick and couldn't use to drink). The short rib pizza was fantastic. Chicken parm looked good but didn't try. The pasta with chicken and spinach was fantastic sauce. A lot of tomatoes if you like tomatoes. Service was so nice and on the ball. Food was reasonably priced and delicious and great portion sizes, we all had leftovers. Christmas themed restaurant for the holiday. Outdoor seating and free parking lot for parking. The Women in Investing Network of Philadelphia hosted our Membership Happy Hour for a 2nd year in a row this past week at Pietro's. Angelo was a dream to work with. In addition to having capacity for up to 70 guests, which was perfect for accommodating a group our size, we offered our guests a cash bar, which cut down on costs to the organization. We instead used our budget to offer an abundance of delicious food. We had pizzas, meatballs, arancini balls, and truffle fries. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed networking at the event. We had a table organized for name tags and raffle items, with ample places to stand and eat or sit and eat depending on your mood. The service was terrific. I had to leave a review about the all around amazing service we just had at Pietro's in Radnor. If you are looking for a venue to hold any time of event our experience from start to finish was a 10/10! Started talking with Anastasia to plan the shower and she mad sure every question I had was answered and answered fast! She made every part of the booking and decision making so easy. Now to the day of the event...Food was amazing, so much food everything came out hot and so good. Our guest raved about the food. Angelo! Angelo was the best maitre d I have ever had. Huge shout-out to Pietro's in Radnor for making our private party for 80 pre-wedding guests amazing! Everyone raved about both the food and service, providing a wonderful time for everyone. We started with drinks (mostly wine and beer), then moved on to a delicious buffet. Two different salads, arancinI, meatballs, a rigatoni bolognese, another pasta with chicken-- gemelli arugula (the pastas are fresh-made) eggplant parm, cannoli and another dessert that was fantastic. The space was arranged comfortably even for our large crowd with enough room for everyone to move and mingle. Special applause to manager Angelo for being a dream to work with. He made the planning as easy as possible. For all we had, the cost was more than reasonable, and most importantly, we were all left with wonderful memories. Here is the lead; they arbitrarily overcharge.. Since November 2024 we have ordered to-go pizzas from pietros. We have Always ordered one or two large pepperoni pizzas. Always each pizza cost $24. On January 14, 2025, we ordered one large pepperoni pizza. This time $28 . When she was questioned about the price increase, she said "it's always been $28". I am going back to Paola's. read more

The quality of Italian food establishments on the Main Line has definitely improved, and Pietros has contributed to this! We always love coming here for delicious cocktails and great food. Last night was no exception-- we started with their complementary warm rolls and canellini bean spread, so good. We also enjoyed the roast chicken entree and branzino-- both heavenly with incredible accompaniments of sautéed spinach and zucchini noodles. The branzino was hands down, the best I've ever enjoyed. My girlfriends and I went to Pietro's pizzeria in Radnor to celebrate a birthday. Boy, would I recommend this place! Everything was delicious and the service was fantastic. Three of us shared a giant Caesar salad, which had the most delicious dressing. We also shared the calamari which was light and crisp and I had the salmon entrée, and it was flaky and moist and served with delicious basil infused vegetables. I had a blood orange margarita, which was also delicious. For dessert, we shared a cannoli to celebrate my friend's birthday. I normally order from the center city branch and thus didnt think twice to order for a pick up here at Radnor. Im sorry maybe they a bad day today but the Mario pizza was waaaay too salty and my all time favorite linguini cielo was unedible. Pasta was waaay too overcooked and the chicken & shrimp literally disintegrated into the sauce which in and of itself was overly salted. Very good! This place was perfect for lunch before a meeting in Radnor. Located amongst a line of businesses including Estia, Sweetgreens and honeygrow, the wood trimmed exterior with hanging lights offers a welcoming first impression. Upon entering on this day, we were received at the host station, located directly inside the door. We had a short wait for a table to accommodate us, as we were informed that the far side of the restaurant was full with a large holiday gathering. The wood-forward interior within our view was well appointed with a wall of alcohol to the left and open kitchen/wait staff pickup area straight ahead. FOOD. All food portions were a healthy size. The chicken pesto (roasted red pepper, mozzarella, pesto) and chicken parm came with choice of fries or salad. I was told they were both delicious. The wood fire baked Pietro pizza (smoked mozzarella, arugula and prosciutto) was, similarly, described as very good, with a crispy crust, although a bit salty. I enjoyed the fettuccine alfredo with salmon and the Mista salad (grilled chicken, carrot, mixed greens, olives, house dressing) was reviewed as good, despite the chicken being a bit too salty. Would definitely dine here again, if I'm the area. You will definitely be able to enjoy two meals from each dish, and everything was pretty tasty. read more

We hosted a baby shower at Pietro's Radnor recently and the venue, food, and service were outstanding. From helping with the room setup through closing out the event, Angelo and his staff were friendly, professional, efficient, and more accommodating than I could believe. Every detail was carefully planned and executed. Even with a good-sized crowd - about 60 people - the bar service was quick and the food was served piping hot. The food - I can't stress enough how incredibly delicious every dish was. Every aspect of this event far exceeded our expectations. Before paying the bill Angelo reviewed every charge with us, the only surprise was that the bill was lower than I had expected. The wife and I met friends here for dinner. We had the truffle fries, and also got the short rib pizza that featured a truffle béchamel sauce. I am sad to say there was virtually zero truffle I could taste I either of these dishes. Very disappointing (our friends got the same pizza and said the same thing. My husband wanted to try their pizza after seeing Barstool's review of the one in the city. We ordered two pizzas, a plain and a pepperoni and picked it up. So, this review is solely for the pizza. The pizza was very good. It is made in a wood fired oven and is more of a Margherita style. The ingredients tasted very fresh. If you have ever had Grimaldi's in NY, Pietro's pizza reminds me of that. The price is definitely high at $19 a pie, and it's not like they are huge either. But, overall I was happy with it. Came here a couple of times. The ambience is nice, with decorations that are well-planned. There are families and friends, especially in large groups. As I am usually in a small group, I kind of felt neglected as the main focus seemed to be in other groups. The food is amazing!! I've gotten a variety of foods and drinks - cauliflower pizza, margherita pizza, smoked mozerella, fried cauliflower, prosecco with cotton candy, sangria, risotto and meatballs. We were there last week for Villanova Parents Weekend. A gentleman had a medical emergency and Angelo (the manager) went above and beyond to help the man and his family until paramedics arrived. It was one of the kindest acts I've seen in a long time. I sincerely hope the man was ok.
