Really enjoyed our first experience here after just seeing it from the road and deciding to check it out. Didn't realize they have a full bar, either! Will have to come back with some friends in the evening sometime. Food and drinks were all great. The meatballs, the chicken piccata, the chicken parmesan, even the coffee and lemonade were fantastic. We will definitely be back. read more

Not the greatest place for Vegans tbh. I was expecting more homemade dishes rather than utilizing 3rd party products like daring. It's just another processed food. read more

I have been wanting to try this place so I went a little before lunch (11:30am). We sat outside, and the hostess said she can turn on the misters for us. Ordered around 11:35am, and a guy (I'm assuming the manager) came out and told us they were having issues with the misters but they will be on shortly. After over 35 minutes, nobody checked on us, food never came, and the misters never came on. At this point I wanted to move and be seated inside. Keep in mind it's over 100 degrees, but nobody ever came back out. I had to get up and go inside to cancel our order and we left. Ridiculous and poor customer service. Probably won't be back anytime soon read more

So nice to have a FRESH choices in the East Valley! Great, unique salads and bowls and so much more!

Whether it's the fakecaccia or the absurdly small portions for desserts or the total lack of service, this place is the terrible for hot food! The place should be shuttered just for calling that bread thing "focaccia": it's anything but. The lasagna is bland and tasteless with a horribly gritty texture. It's odd, the salads are all generally nice. From now on, we will just order salads. read more

Sevice was ok. Long wait for food. Plastic in my noodles the server said ooops it's because it's all prepackaged. Food tasted good though

Went again to sample a pizza with a gluten free crust. I'll be the first to say that as a native Chicagoan, I'm a pizza snob and that the crust is the most critical component of a really good pizza. And they did a great job. Not creating a Chicago style pizza, but rather making a pizza that had a great crust, fresh ingredients, and a real depth of flavor. Additionally, their wait staff hustled. Maybe they need another server on shift, but our guy was constantly on the move, checking with patrons, and doing a great job. I love this place. Oh, and our salad was excellent too. read more

This is one of our Phoenix Valley goto's. It's organic and has very healthy food items. Being Italian they have awesome pizza and GlutenFree. I always have their chicken ceasar salad with either a glass of red or pint of lager. It's a perfect combination. My wife also enjoys the variety of salads they have as well as their main dishes (she is adventurous when we dine). Always a great meal and super service here. Dine inside or outside - you won't be disappointed. read more

Great selection of good Italian food. Chipotle pasta was tasty with good kick to it. Ambiance was inviting and had a great time with friends for dinner. Service was outstanding. read more

It is always delicious. I have to eat gluten free and they have so many options. Best pizza and appetizers in Arizona!

Overall, these are really great flavors on a menu with lots of selection. I love the pizza, the meatballs, and the avocado toast the most of anything I've tried so far. I do feel the price point is a bit high for an ambience that is more casual. read more

After reading the description, I ordered the Spicy Thai Quinoa bowl and added grilled chicken. Oh my goodness!! It was so delicious. All the flavors and a perfect amount of heat. My service was also great!! Super friendly staff! I will be back!! read more

What a fantastic restaurant! It's every gluten free person's dream. Everything here is made gluten free and I was able to eat things I haven't in a long time- focaccia, wings, and chicken parmesan! Everything was flavorful, delicious, and nothing had a weird gf texture (you know what I mean). The restaurant itself is super cute and trendy and very clean. Everyone was very kind as well. I will definitely be back! read more

This is a great gluten free friendly Italian dining option! The menu is extensive offering, pasta, pizza and more all while being gluten-free. They also have a HUGE vegan friendly menu. Whether you are gluten-free, vegan or neither you will really enjoy this place. A quiet cozy ambiance with fire pits on the patio make Picazzo's suitable for lunch, dinner or date night. read more

The patio dining was such a nice atmosphere. The menu is nearly all gluten free options and it's gourmet style food. I had the best Mac and cheese ever. Our waiter was very helpful and understanding and kind. The manager also checked in a few times as well. Def wanna go back asap read more

Their food can be a healthier option; however, sadly they still use carrageenan, Mono and Diglycerides, Polysorbate 80, canola oil and natural flavorings. Our waitress, although she was pleasant, got three of our orders wrong. When you have dietary restrictions and make that known, special care should be taken to get the orders right. read more

We have been a few times and the food is always super good and I love that they have options for people with food allergies. The reason I am writing a review this time is for their employee Thomas. This poor guy literally had the entire bar and restaurant to serve by himself (how management / owners would allow this or do this to an employee is beyond me -- unacceptable what this guy had to handle alone) and he killed it! Give this man a promotion or a raise immediately. read more

I love the idea of eating healthy! Healthy pizza sounded amazing....... In all honesty, I read all the reviews and looked at photos. I saw sauce and that could be my fault. However, if there was an option for olive oil an garlic OR red sauce, seriously wish they would have asked. I am guessing it would have helped. This was the cheapest (made), almost tasteless pizza I ever ate. In all honestly, this picture makes it look way better than it was. (Which explains why all the photos I looked at looked good). I wish my camera took pics of me like that lol. My husband is not happy......... read more

Do not eat here! We received a delivery from Uber. The chicken on the salad was moldy. Would you eat ANYTHING else from a restaurant that allowed this to leave their kitchen? Clear FOOD SAFETY VIOLATIONS! See for yourself. Stay away read more

Brought new friends a few weeks ago and they are in love with Picazzo's....I keep telling the manager that I believe I earned a t-shirt so I can walk around town here in Gilbert and advertise for you for free! My husband and I just love the ambiance and the service..The staff is just amazing and welcoming. I'm going to be bringing more people because this place in Gilbert is a hidden gem with such delicious food. There is something for everyone to try. My favorite is the sweet potato with curry...heaven in a bowl... read more

A bit disappointing. We ordered online, gave them a phone number as requested. In my world, if you are asked for a phone number it is because of any issues that might arise. Got to the restaurant to pick up the order and after waiting 20 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready at 6:35, was told that the lasagna I ordered was no longer available. First I placed our order online before 6:00 pm. Second- why ask for the phone number IF you are not going to phone and tell us that you are unable to complete the order because you are out of the item??? I have worked in the service industry for years. Never heard of not calling the customer when an issue arises before. So very disappointed in the staff. My hope is that the food taste will make up for the screw up. But warning- you may not get what you ordered. read more

Wonderful food & service. Environment beautiful and very clean!!! We have eaten here many times and LOVE it!

Sooo good! Combos are such a great lunch deal! Everything was fresh and everyone was happy with their meals. Salad / soup, salad / pizza or just pizza! Making a change of lifestyle always starts with baby steps and I've decided to try a plant based lifestyle and this was my first stop. 100% not what I thought it would be and that's a great thing. The Thai quinoa was amazing. I was surprised to not miss "protein". Who knows if this lifestyle change can keep, but with delicious food like this, the outlook is promising read more

We were greeted and seated immediately! Love this place already! I enjoyed our waitress her parents are from the same State we are from Wisconsin. She was extremely friendly and just on point. I just discovered this place a few weeks ago but I went to the one in Chandler and when I found there was one closer I almost cried.... Clean, vegan food close to me... thank you God! We ordered appetizers the vegan chicken we had the Italian seasoning and BBQ Chipotle flavor, and we also ordered the Vegan Meatballs... they were so filling I was full by the time by salad came. My husband coursing even finish his pasta. We orders the Kale Salad and he had the Chipotle pasta. This place is a must they also have Healthy Hour from 3-6pm and every Tuesday and Saturday is half off wine! I believe the entire place is gluten free but don't quote me on that one as I am not sure! We will be returning... also don't forget to sign up online for their mobile rewards program! read more

Absolutely LOVE picazzos!!! They cater to so many different diet preferences and all of the food is great, which is why I always bring new people here. The place is super cute and the staff is always welcoming. If you're looking for a place to bring everyone, this is it! Their loyalty program is also very much worth signing up for! I had some points that didn't end up reflecting on my account and they reached out and helped input those right away. Great customer service with management as well, they have a loyal customer here :D read more

I realize this place hasn't been open an incredibly long time, but the service/kitchen times desperately needs improving. We arrived at 5:30 pm on a Friday and we're pleasantly surprised to get sat right away. We sat at our table for 5 minutes before our server showed up to take our drink order. She brought those to us a few minutes later and said she would be right back. We watched her walk gingerly back and forth. During this time I saw five workers, including what looked to be the manager, chatting by the hosts stand. After 10 minutes a different server showed up and said she was taking over. She was very nice and took our order, but the food took over 30 minutes to arrive at our table. We ordered 3 appetizers and a salad. The food was all very good, it just shouldn't take that long. I noticed another table that arrived after us that seemed to be bored waiting for their food too. I asked the server if it was normal to take that long, she said they were short handed in the kitchen. We'll definitely try this place again, but maybe on a less just night. read more

Oh first time there a few weeks ago, and the food and service were excellent! Well worth the trip or anybody wanting to eat healthy.

The food was amazing! I am only giving 3 stars due to the limited menu options at the moment. Also, the online ordering and menu is confusing (FYI, VO stands for vegan optional). They just opened up this Gilbert location so they are still working out some kinks. I am sure it is going to be an amazing place soon! read more

I was really excited to try Picasso's. I had seen a lot of advertisements from foodie bloggers about how the lunch menu is great. I decided to try it out. I felt that the quality of the food and the price just didn't match up. Two lunch specials totaled over $35 and I felt like I could have had better pizza/pasta at Dominos which isn't a great feeling. I am sad though because I was hoping to have a new favorite local spot. The decor inside is very pretty. read more

Been here a number of times but tonight was outstanding. I have an onion and garlic allergy, along a gluten sensitivity. The kitchen was very accommodating & went out of their to make sure there were no traces of onion or garlic in my order. (Gluten free pizza (no sauce or olive oil) along with the Mother Earth salad. Excellent meal read more

We really wanted to love this place, being gluten and dairy free due to allergies, it was exciting to find a place with options. The flatbread has some good flavors, but the 'cheese' was chewy and made it a little off putting to eat when it sticks to your mouth. The vegan cheese bread wasn't too exciting. The gluten free Alfredo had a strange flavor that made it hard to take more than a few bites. We finished off thinking the dairy free cheesecake could save the visit and it fell flat. The variety was there but the flavors and textures just didn't meet our hopes or expectations. Maybe we will try again, but it's not high on our list. read more

Went on a weeknight whim looking for a healthy meal. The location is convenient and easy to get into. Very nice decor and comfortable seating with booths and throw pillows lining the walls. We've been to the Sedona location so we knew what to expect. The prices this time around were higher which was disappointing. But the food itself was really delicious as expected with a full vegan menu and vegetarian options as well. The server was on point and we never waited too long for seating, refills, or the meal itself. We had the vegan buffalo wings for an appetizer and the flavor was amazing! The meal ended up being $100 out the door so it was a little surprising for a spur of the moment meal. Will be back though and just prepare for an expensive meal if we plan to order apps and dessert. read more

First time visiting and cannot wait to come back!! Our waitress, Diamond, was incredible and her knowledge on the menu was impressive- especially with my many dietary restrictions! I appreciate the plentiful vegan options, and recommend the vegan cheese bread and chikn bites (BBQ) to start! I have been on the hunt for a restaurant that also has a full bar and countless vegan options (they even have an entire huge vegan menu) and I have finally found my go-to spot! The atmosphere is inviting and clean, and overall I am beyond amazed and am so excited to return! read more
