It was my first time coming here and I really enjoyed it. I think we came on an off night. It took about 35 mins for our food to come out. Once it came out it was cold. We had to send all our orders back and wait longer for our food. We also ordered spring rolls and they came after our food was there. Spring rolls had mint in it so just in case you don't want that. They never refilled our water. We kept asking but no one brought it. We asked for beef broth with the food and it came about 20 minutes after we got the food. Everything was very slow. If you think it will be like the pho Saigon on Mason road you will be very disappointed. Service is very slow. Can't speak to the authencity of any of these dishes but I really enjoyed this dinner experience! We were seated fairly quickly on an early Friday night just in time to beat the rush. They have a large menu serving everything from many different appetizers, variety of vermicelli and noodle dishes. Our kids got the kids pho combo meals and they loved it. My husband and I both liked our beef stews. Mine came with noodles and his was with banh mi. The bread was a great dipping sauce and we ended up ordering another. I thought the stew was rich and savory and reminiscent of a curry flavor but with a thinner liquid base. Our spring roll and egg roll appetizers were enjoyed as well. Our food did take a little while to come out compared to other similar Pho spots. This location provides a lot of unique drink choices and I decided to try their salted lemon drink, which tastes very similar to an Indian lemonade (pickled lemons, not sweet). They also serve fresh sugar cane juice but were all out by the time we tried to order it. Service was very friendly and attentive however as the tables got filled it was noticeably slower which is understandable when you only have 2 servers who were young kids. My family and I ordered from Pho Saigon via UberEats, since they had a BOGO deal for their pho and iced coffee. Their chicken pho was delicious. The broth was flavorful and clean, the noodles stayed plump and not soggy, and the dark meat was moist. I would normally add sriracha and hoisin sauce to my pho, but I did not need to do that here. This is the second time in 2 out of the 3 days I have order food to where the order was not made correct. Today I ordered two of the #55 with a smoothie and it was only one provided and the smoothie. I repeated the order to the guy on the phone twice and asked him to confirm that he has two. He was rushing and I told him I can't hear you it's like he wasn't speaking in the phone. He had to add the missing #55 to the order and when my mom said the smoothie is melting he said oh. No sir this should be remade especially after you were the reason the order was not placed correctly. I even repeated that's two of the #55 and the smoothie with boba he says yes. With the price I assumed it was correct only for my mom to say it's 20 not 28. I'm annoyed after I repeated it multiple times. This place use to be good hence why I ordered a few times back to back. If you always eat and like to try a different place I recommend getting the combo pho come hungry they only have a large size for that one. It is soft opening right now, but overall felt like a great visit. I had a large chicken pho, and I really enjoyed it. I particularly like how the chicken is sliced thinly but it is not too thin. Simply perfect slices. Also tried the grilled chicken wrap which were good as well. Everything was very fresh. At the end, we were also given complimentary pandan waffles which is a great ending to a nice lunch. I hope to try out their drinks next time! The staff is also very friendly and always help out with our requests. The restaurant is clean and modern. I like how they have a lot of booths as well.
