I'm in love with Pho Saigon! It is traditional Pho, which is hard to find in the North East. It's very inexpensive and the food is delicious and fast. Parking can be an issue, I remember people would get their cars towed when parked in lot across the street. read more

Pho Saigon is one of the best restaurants in the area, I love getting comfort Pho! The owners/staff are so friendly and accommodating, and the food is consistently delicious with decent portions and fair prices. During covid they have been very cautious and even offer you a squirt of hand sanitizer after you sign your receipt for take-out. Great service! read more

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in the Valley. :) I have tried a variety of their dishes (all amazing) but always go back to my favorite, the Spicy Lemongrass soup. I call this my "happy soup" since it just makes me feel really good. :) The portions are huge and the prices are fantastic. Pho Saigon also has some of the best customer service/wait staff. It's always a pleasure to dine in or take out. I have never had bad food or an poor experience here. This is truly a gem here in the city of Springfield. A cozy little restaurant that offers takeout as well. While I didn't stay in to eat, the interaction with the staff was excellent. The male waiter know the menu inside and out was extremely pleasant - even while he had many other customers to serve. I ordered two different curry meals and they were absolutely divine. It was seasoned just right and it was a healthy potion size. Also, I started the meal with some spring rolls that were tasty as well. I definitely will be trying this place again and soon. read more

This evening we went to the Pho Saigon Restaurant in Springfield. We had the spring rolls, a fried beef noodle dish and chicken noodle bowl. I love the delicate flavors and light sauces. Not too spicey, not too salty, not sweet at all...Just right for my palate. The wait staff were polite and efficient. Our food came out quickly. Unfortunately, they do not have a "kid's menu", but I convinced my 5 year old to have a strawberry tapioca smoothy, so at least he had a little something in his tummy other than water. I've been here before and the food is consistently good. Recommended! read more

Best Pho in Western Mass!! Try the spring rolls AND the egg rolls. The Pho is amazing, but so are the other menu items. Not a one trick pony here. I'm a huge fan of the rice dishes, while my wife enjoys the glass noodle dishes. The fish sauce is amazing and the pickled veggies are a beautiful and delicious garnish. We wish we could explore more of the menu, but it seems every-time we decide we want Pho, we're hooked on our favorite go to's. Soooooo good!! read more

Take out very skimpy. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE U LEAVE! It kills me how these restaurants try to get over on people. My son's shrimp and beef dish had one smallish shrimp. This is the best Pho place because it's authentic and reasonably priced! You won't find a better place! Trust me, this pho lemongrass soup will change your life!! I order it extra spicy and with shrimp instead of beef/chicken. Squeeze a little lime juice and throw in the green sprouts they provide and wow! Heaven! Their fried rice is also outstanding! Stale, dry spring rolls. Small portion of pho, with shaved pieces of chicken instead of slices. Measly amount of noodles to broth ratio. Service was non existent. Had to ask twice for waters, no straws given. Owner was telling across the restaurant that another's patrons debit card was declined as well. We felt really embarrassed for them. I've always had very pleasant experiences here. The atmosphere is very nice and the decor is well done. The food is good and generally satisfying. However, I always find that I wish I'd gone to Vinh Chau across the street when I eat here. This place is the one that drew me to the street with both restaurants (and Bamboo House down the opposite way) because of its big sign and nice decor, however it is not as amazing as Vinh Chau. read more

The food is delicious no denying that. The service is horrible. Also be careful of Mark. Once he gets your number or adds you on Facebook he will message you relentlessly (only if you are a female). Its incredibly uncomfortable and I find that my friends and I avoid this place so we can avoid him. He does this under the guise of networking but it's usually only with younger women. I'm sure he is harmless but three of my female friends including myself have received weird messages from him, he messaged one of my friends at 530am! Its a shame I can't eat here in peace, I'll ask my mom to pick up food for me sometimes so I can avoid coming in but still be able to eat the delicious food! read more

My first experience at Pho Saigon was phenomenal! Our waiter was very friendly and helpful in pointing out gluten free items on the menu. Almost everything they serve is naturally gluten free, but they are happy to alter any meal you are interested in. We got the spring rolls, rare beef and meatball pho and chicken and veggie clay pot... It was all DELICIOUS! They also prepared our meal in a separate wok to prevent cross contamination. They're prices are very very reasonable! We had an appetizer, two bowls of pho, a clay pot and a bottle of wine for just $50. Plenty enough food for lunch the next day too! Clean comfortable interior. Friendly, competent wait staff. Easy parking access. Have eaten here many times but only the pho soup, which is very, very good. I keep meaning to try other dishes but always order the pho. It's that good. If you like pho soup this is the place! If you try other dishes let us know how those were. Found this place when I was heading to a different restaurant and decided to stop and try the pho. The parking is a little awkward due to the road construction, but there is a lot at the end of the building that is very close to the restaurant. From the outside it looks ok, but once inside the decor is fine. Ordered the #13 large, the broth was flavorful and very tasty. The only real knock was the small portion of bean sprouts and basal, I have been more accustomed to a much larger portion. read more

I dined at this restaurant twice. Their Pho broth was flavorful however once I got to the bottom of my bowl there was a dead fly in it. I gave this restaurant another try and the food was delicious. The price is reasonable and you get large portions. I took off one star for the fly. read more

I've gone to this restaurant several times, mainly for Pho. The Pho I've had in the past has always been okay, but nothing like Pho I've had in other places, such as Vans in Albany NY. Last night, I was in the area with a friend, who wanted to go here. Even though I had other choices, it was his birthday, so I went along with it. I called ahead of time to make sure they were open (a lot of restaurants are closed Mondays) and the women who answered was VERY rude. She said yes and hung up. I decided to go with something different since I'm not a huge fan of the Pho. I go the pork & shrimp over vermicelli with spring roll. I was surprised to have it come out in like what seemed 5 minutes, My suspicion was correct. The vermicelli was so dry, I needed more fish sauce. The pork was dry, full of fatty edges and VERY SALTY!!! And on top of that, there was 1 ( ONE ) shrimp! I also had some fresh spring rolls, and they were okay, but the peanut sauce was VERY bland. Had to add hot sauce to give it some flavor. I have no doubts all this food was prepped way ahead of time and thrown together and probably nuked or heated up quickly in a wok. I should have complained, but I didn't. I wanted just to get out of there. The service was horrible as well. The waitress brought our meals about 10 minutes apart from one another and never asked how everything was. I had to get another waiter to get us the check. I'll never go back and suggest you never go. read more
