There's plenty of space for parking since this restaurant is in a plaza. My friend and I ordered the following: Pho Combo Lunch Special Cafe Sua Da Chao Tuy Bo (Beef Marrow Porridge) The Beef Marrow Porridge is a must get. I don't think I've seen many Vietnamese restaurants sell this dish but it has me hooked. The bone marrow/meat is fatty (melts in your mouth), savory, and rich. And with the onions, cilantro, and pepper on top- chef's kiss! I wish I had asked for some chili oil from the waiter but honestly, the dish by itself is already fantastic. Chao Tuy Bo is very nutritious and gentle on the stomach- such a comforting dish! As for the pho, this wasn't anything special in my opinion but the egg rolls that came with it were hot, crispy, and fresh! Lastly, the cafe sua da is always a nice sweet treat/beverage. The service was nice/fast, the food (specifically the beef marrow porridge) was delicious and I can't wait to come back and order more next time. read more

I've visited this spot on Jones Road more than ten times last year--it's in the same parking lot as the Twistee Treat cone-shaped building, and it's the convenient midpoint for my family gatherings. That said, a few recurring issues stand out. There's almost always a young boy sitting right in front of the restrooms with his feet up on a dining table, loudly playing on his phone or iPad. It's consistently off-putting from a hygiene perspective--those are tables where customers eat. Service is generally indifferent: no one checks in after dropping off the food, and any requests are met with mild attitude. Staff also frequently prop the door wide open while handing off delivery orders, letting in the heat, cold, or rain without a second thought. The food is okay at best. My go-to Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò this time tasted like it had been sitting out--not fresh, just meh. Convenience keeps bringing my family back, but I can't really recommend it. There are cleaner, friendlier Vietnamese spots nearby that deliver much better. read more

The spring rolls are fantastic and warm and plenty of sauce. The veggies for your pho are always fresh, washed, and plenty to add to your pho. They never forget utensils or sauces. This is the best to-go pho I've ever had. I DoorDashed it, and it came fresh, hot, and everything was packaged separately beautifully. It even came with a Sriracha and hoisin packet. But my favorite part was that it included chopsticks and one of those big spoons. Completely changed my at home experience since I don't have one of those spoons or a big enough bowl, but it was so easy to do several batches. Also, it is so delicious. My dad was craving pho so we decided to try a new place and landed at MT Tien Trung! It's a Sunday night, the place is small, pretty quiet with several to-go orders. It's tucked away in a small plaza behind Twisty Treats on Jones Rd. There was only one family dining when we walked in and no one was at the counter, so we helped ourselves to some menus and sat down...finally a lady came to grab our order. Be prepared to wait quite awhile for your food...we waited awhile and they were not busy at all inside the restaurant, just alot of to-go orders... We ordered Soda Chanh, 2x orders of egg rolls (2pc each), 3x Pho Tai, and 2x grilled pork rice plates. The restaurant was very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating and I really appreciated that the waters were filtered and each water had thinly sliced lime in it. The plates were all good quality, and the ingredients were super fresh and clean. No withered lettuce, or soggy tomatoes or cucumbers. The eggrolls were deliciously crispy and a good size, not too big or bulky. The pho broth was good but a bit oily/greasy and the grilled pork rice plate was not really grilled but rather stir fried so I was slightly disappointed for not getting the grilled taste... Hands down my fave pho place. I especially love love their Bo Ko soup. Lots of meat and the soups are bursting with flavor. Also highly recommend their fresh and fried rolls. YUM!! Authentic family-operated restaurant with flavorful food at a fantastic value. The restaurant itself is a bit hard to find, tucked into the back corner of the shopping center with Twistee Treat and Catch of the Day. The shopping center may look a bit run-down, but please don't let that deter you from this hole-in-the-wall gem! The food is delicious and packed full of fresh wholesome ingredients. I had the shaking beef rice plate (Com Bo Luc Lac), which was very good with a generous portion of meat. The unexpected favorite so far, however, is the Bone Marrow Rice Soup (Chao Tuy Bo). The flavor is savory and intense, and the broth is super fatty, gelatinous, and delicious. There are tons of chunks of meaty, fatty marrow bits. It reminds it a lot of pho, and it is a fantastic value. I'm sure their other dishes will be just as good and look forward to trying more next time. Definitely worth a visit if you can! read more

This place is delicious & affordable! Friday night I came and enjoyed their P1 Special! I got the Thai Tea & Beef Pho, in the restaurant the P1 is a dollar cheaper. The Thai tea is incredibly rich & flavorful, the pho had an amazing flavor! Although the only thing I didn't care for was the beef tendon (but it does add flavor) . First time trying this place. It was on a weekday so business was slow. The employees were kind and provided good service. Grilled pork banh mi: it was ok. Too sweet to my liking. I'm not really a big fan of sweet meat so it wasn't for me but I'm sure those that do like sweet meat would like it. Pork egg roll: Good. it's an egg roll...what can I say. I've never had a terrible tasting egg roll. *knock on wood lol Bone marrow Soup: omg this was amazing!! I even took some home and ate it the next day! It was even better then!! This soup made up for the banh mi that I have been craving for weeks. Lol The menu is small but the prices are decent. All in all, I would definitely come back for more bone marrow soup. I am a big fan of pho, my brothers and I go out to eat pho often, about every other week or about every 3 weeks. Sometimes we have some picky eaters with us or we are in a different area at the moment. The first we came here I was getting ice cream nearby with my youngest brother and I happened to notice a pho place in the same parking lot. My youngest brother is a HUGE fan of lemonade, he always gets lemonade everywhere we go, and he told me by far this was the best lemonade he has had anywhere- which is a huge compliment from him. I don't quite remember the name of the dish my sister had, but it was beef with rice, and that too was super yummy, had my mouth watering for another bite. This restaurant just opened up and i decided why not give it a try. Ordered the pho special MT and a pho tai bo vien to go. This is the first restaurant where they cooked the beef slices in the broth for you which was odd. However, once i got home and heated up the soup and setup my bowl, the broth was very tasteful, i wouldn't say it's the best I've had, but not bad at all. I would say this broth has better flavor than its local competitor Pho Mai Tai. read more

So my son and I decided to get food. Here is a little background... my son is a 4 year old picky eater. He only like certain food. So I decided to get some rice and I would share my broth. I ended up getting both the beef and chicken pho. Both broth were absolutely delicious! I didn't have to add anything to it. The meat quality was also exceptional.
