Excellent Vietnamese restaurant. Modest prices, big portions, perfect bahn mi and pho. Also the rolls, the crispy shrimp, and squid. Big room for dine-in post-pandemic. Mostly takeout and delivery now. Highly recommended. read more

Pho Minh is one of our favorite local restaurants! The prices are great, and the serving sizes are generous. Everything we have ordered has been consistently good. We recommend this place to all of our friends! read more

I love his place there Pho and summer rolls are great.

My go to Vietnamese restaurant. Delicious fresh flavors and fair portions. Pho is huge and full of aromatic flavors. They've been open the entire year during covid. Support those who support your community. read more

I went here for a mid week lunch. A solid 4 stars but not five. I got the Vietnamese salad with was about 2 stars. Sloppy, not fresh veggies but maybe a bad order. I got theS3 Beef broth bowl for the main meal though and it was fantastic. Will 100% come back for that. read more

First and foremost their food is great. Their Pho is the best in the area. And all there rice dishes are excellent. If you want good to great Vietnamese food this place it. Unfortunately their service is horrible. I have eaten here over 5 times and I hate the service. No matter how great my dish is at that moment, all I can remember and all that lingers when I walk out the door is the putrid service. As soon as we sit down, they bombarded us with wanting our order. EVERY TWO MINUTES. And throughout the dinner, smirk looks. Just coming by and taking our plates. Ask! Their are certain hospitality expected. And granted we dare ask for them to get us an extra side/sauce. Before I keep picking at this, their food is good and it's legit. But at the end of the meal, the crappy service is what lingers on my tongue. Bad service triumphs good food all the time. read more

Food was less than mediocre their prices are average and the service is basically non existent. When I went there was no one else in there and even then the waitress never came over to assist us she only took our order and that's it. The food was not good the broth was not rich the noodle were not pho noodles the summer rolls were more noodles than anything else and the spring rolls were not rolled properly so there was a lot of oil in them. I've never had bad Vietnamese food until I went here. I definitely would not recommend I rather drive the extra 40 mins and go to a good pho place than go back here. read more

Had a belated Father's Day celebration with my husband and son at this place tonight. Have been raring to try this restaurant for many months now since I read from the reviews here that the food and the service are great! And I'm glad that I was not disappointed! Though the place is small it is clean and cozy. The service is quick and cheerful. And the foods taste really good though this is the first time we tried Vietnamese cuisine! For dessert we tried 3 flavors of bubble teas... the taro, strawberry and honeydew... all were superb though the taro was the best!!! We will definitely be back... and will spread the word to our friends to try this awesome place!!! read more

Yummy vietnamese food in Union Country. Their summer rolls are fresh, delicious, and I love the peanut sauce that goes with it. They also have bubble tea! They have various items on their menu. I want to try their Pho, but it would have to be veggie friendly for me... Looking forward to trying more of their dishes. read more

We were a little skeptical because the place was empty! I got the grilled chicken pho. Grilled chicken was good, a lil more more to match the BIG bowl of broth wouldve been smart. Broth had a STRONG cilantro taste, Im not a fan of cilantro might I add but I can handle it if it adds to the taste of a dish in a good way. I got the summer rolls. Basil wasnt fresh, so the spring rolls had a smell to it, my nose wasnt happy so I had to stop eating it half way. My boyfriend loved his shrimp pho. read more

First, I have to say that I live in Delaware, and this is my first time to visit New Jersey. I've searched on yelp in order to find Vietnamese restaurants, and Pho Minh pops up. In my opinion, everything at Pho Minh is not good as I expected for a 4-star restaurant. The servers looked so mean, and the taste of food was just ok. I think I will not come back. Sorry to say that. read more

I am obsessed with Vietnamese food in general but this restaurant is the BEST! You can usually tell classic quality Pho by the broth, and they nailed it! Everyone who works there is kind and polite. Highly recommend you give this place a try! read more

The veggie pho broth is delicate yet bold. I genuinely enjoyed the veggie and rice noodle dynamic. I also ordered the chicken wings; they were very fresh and they offered a good crisp. The relaxing music and fish tank allow for a peaceful atmosphere. I will be returning here for sure. read more

I don't ever throw away food, but I had to toss the pork rice dish. Whatever the first one on the rice dish section. The pork chop was grisly and the shredded pork could only be described as sandy. I also would mention that the proportion of meat to rice was poor but the meat was so bad that it didn't matter. It also had way too much fish sauce. The pho was a 4. The soup lacked cinnamon and it just didn't have enough of a beef flavor. The noodles were fine and the beef itself was pretty good. That said, the banh mi wasn't terrible. The meat was just ok (a little grisly too) but the bread was good and crusty. The jalapenos were flavorless but that's not their fault. I really wish it was better because I'd love a good go to Vietnamese place. read more

This place is a gem, solid food great and friendly service. Their Pho is well presented, tasty spring rolls.

I was so glad to find this spot in Clark. Excellent delivery service and definitely worth the cost. I ordered their beef pho and was more than happy with my meal. My family ordered a pork bahn Minh (which was okay) and a crab fried rice (okay as well). Point being, veggies for their veggies or their noodle/soup dishes. read more

So delicious. We were skeptical that it would be authentic, but man they really nailed the flavor. I loved the cold vermacelli - which I got with the best most well flavored tofu ever. It is so easy to make tofu lame but even my meat eating hubby liked it. read more

This review is more of a critical perspective for them. I'm not paid to give them advices or what not. They can do whatever they want with the information I'm about to give them. First off, I see great potential in them as there is not many Pho restaurants in an area that's not highly populated with Asians. (I'm Asian btw). To get to the point, I was highly disappointed in the Pho Dac Biet. I understand that it's hard times during pandemic but I am from South Jersey and between Cherry Hill to Philadelphia where pho is pretty dominate and delicious. Their pho lacked flavor, portion, and ingredients and their noodles looked like Pad Thai flat noodles instead of traditional banh pho noodles. $9 and I was not fulfilled and that's eating the pho and appetizers. Down south I would have been full by the appetizers alone. I also ordered Vietnamese iced coffee and I was highly disappointed. It was basically just American coffee with heavy condensed milk. Non authentic. The egg roll could have been rolled better and tighter so that the oil don't get in it. It affected the taste a lot because it was a hit and miss. The summer roll was a huge disappointment as well. The base of the spring roll was basically stuffed vermicelli noodles. I'm already eating noodles, I'm not tryna overkill myself with more noodles. Service could be better as well as me, my wife, and my daughter were the only customers dining in. As I said, I am not bashing them. They have so much potential. Their business could be booming if they could just give you the authentic Vietnamese taste. I promise every other review here probably never had a good taste of pho yet. And I want them to be better because they are the closest pho restaurant to me. I don't feel like driving all the way to Pho Today. They definitely could be booming for sure! I just feel so bad writing this review because the old lady that cooks the food is the one serving the food to you as well. But I have to be real with them because they would not last down south. best and most authentic pho I ever had, and I've been to many restaurants in Philadelphia, NYC, and NJ. Very good amount of food and reasonable prices. read more

This place is a weekly treat for my fiancé and I. We always order the fried spring rolls, some kind of pho, or a specialty dish (I've tried the salmon-in-a pot and the chicken curry with egg fried rice). Everything is super delicious, well-seasoned/spicy, and fresh. The fried rice had fresh crunchy carrots and crisp peas (not frozen and mushy). The broth in the pho is always well developed and savory (not watered down). The staff is super friendly and accommodating always. What a hidden gem... I'd call the food network to have them featured, but I'm afraid they will get too busy! :) read more

I called and ordered over the phone to pick up an order. I got the beef pho. The basic. The greens they used very super fresh. The beef was extremely skimp. I barely three slices. Super disappointed. I may try the chicken instead next time. The strawberry bubble tea was tooo good. It was creamy and tart and amazing. Best I have ever had. You can see natural separation so don't stare at it. But take a sip and booom. That danknessss. I see my self def going back for the strawberry bubble tea. I def won't get the beef pho. I've heard the grilled chicken is dope. I'll let you know. read more

Excellent pho spot. We got the spring rolls as an appetizer. The portions were very generous. I had a combination bowl of pho while my wife got the pork banh MI and it was delicious. Service was friendly, prices are more than reasonable. Would highly recommend this spot! read more

Loooooove coming here! Lemme keep it short and sweet because I will put on blast how great this place is! There is a great selection of pho, which is always a good reason to come here for. This is a great place for a group, especially since it's BYOB and good thing there's a liquor store across the street. Some advice if it's your first time having pho, stick with tendons, fillets; please don't be adventurous and get tripe because you won't like it unless you've tried. For appetizers, try the spring rolls and summer rolls. Overall I would come here all the time and recommend anybody coming to this gem in Linden, NJ! read more

We picked this food up 15 minutes ago, have already devoured a shrimp banh mi, grilled pork banh mi and summer rolls, and now can't stop talking about how AMAZING it was. The summer rolls were well constructed, delicious, and had a lovely sauce. The banh mis were out of this this world! They were heavily packed w delicious toppings and sauce but felt as light as clouds. The bread alone was divine. We can't decide which protein was better - the shrimp or the grilled pork, both were packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. We're speechless in love with Pho Minh, can't wait to try everything else. Thanks guys! read more

I'm a PHO-natic and I like to get my pho fix weekly. I'm a sales rep in jersey and this is in my territory. Been here a few times and it hits the spot. The broth is good (not like some places that taste like they are just using plain beef broth). Beef balls are a little weird so I tend to stick with the basics. I also got the spring rolls and those were yummy - definitely try those! bubble tea - Thai tea flavor is great. I would recommend this place for fellow pho-natics *Enjoy* read more

Came here 2 wks with my bf after getting my citizenship (woohoo). Really like the interior, clean and simple AND the fish tank they have is same as the one I have at home! Lol. It was around 2:30-3:00 so we were the only ones. A young girl was our waitress and I think the only one working at the time cuz I did not remember seeing anyone. She was very friendly and unlike most places i've been to, she was visible the entire meal. Their jasmine tea smelled SO good. They are not cheap with their utensils; non-disposable FTW! Now on to the food. We ordered the Vietnamese egg rolls to share. Fried perfectly crispy and they are the biggest I've ever eaten I believe. I also ordered #2 for myself and my bf got beef with rice( forgot what it's called). Yes, the pho was a little sweet for my liking but it was cooked perfectly so I'll forgive them. All the ingredients were fresh and I rly mean FRESH! No dead cilantro leaves, no dried out jalapeño peppers or bean sprouts. I was very impressed. Total came out to be around $25 if I remember correctly. I would DEFINITELY go again if Im ever in the area too bad I live far away :/ read more

New Vietnamese Restaurant in North Jersey. great food and excellent service.

Best bubble tea at an amazing price!! I was so impressed with the quality and the intensely yummy taro flavor. Thick and slushy, it was only $3.75! Oh, and the food is good too. I ordered a bun dish, which is soup like pho, but with thicker rice vermicelli noodles. Mine was a spicier dish with beef brisket and beef flank. The broth was full of cilantro and galangal and while not super spicy, had the perfect amount of heat. Prices for pho and bun are quite reasonable at $6-8 bucks. Service was very quick and our server very polite. Great fish tank in there too. It's nice to see a restaurant in Linden that's different from the usual Chinese/Polish/pizza food monopoly that is Wood Avenue. I'll be back very soon for more of that yummy bubble tea. read more

This is a good local Vietnamese place, my fiance and I have come here many times. I am so spoiled coming from the T dot O and working in NYC and having great Asian food. I have had better, but this place is just fine. The Pho is good, the broth is very tasty. We have also had the Bahn Mi several times, and always ask for extra meat, the baguette is always fresh. The spring and summer rolls have always been freshly prepared. They also have a good selection of bubble teas and some desserts. I'm glad we have a local Vietnamese place to come to, will definitely return! read more

I saw Stephanie Y.'s review from a couple of days ago and wanted to check this place out; Pho Minh was also recommended to me by another Yelper. I haven't had really good authentic Viet food since leaving California, so I was hoping this would be it. Here's what I ordered: Bun Rieu ($8.50): Solid. The portions were great, so no complaints at all; there was plenty of vermicelli, mashed crab bits, and ground pork--it was served piping hot, also. Unfortunately, the broth wasn't as rich as I was hoping. It tasted a bit watered down, but the mashed crab bits added some saltiness and added flavor. Banh Mi Thit Nuong ($5.25): As happy as I am that they serve banh mi, I felt like something was missing. The bread was good, as it wasn't too chewy, while the pickled vegetables and jalapenos were plenty. As for the pork, it was pretty tender. They ran out of Banh Mi Pate Cha Lua, so I was pretty bummed out; I didn't see Banh Mi Dac Biet on the menu either. Hopefully Pho Minh has pate next time. I saw the bowl of Pho Xe Lua, and it looked good; however, the person who ordered it at my table didn't like the broth. He also said that there wasn't enough meat and that the portions didn't match the size of the bowl. I'll be back though, since I'm eager to taste their Bun Bo Hue (what I was supposed to order) and Bo Tai Chanh. Plenty of other choices available. I shall return. read more

Would have gotten 5 stars from me if this was a few months ago. I used to love this place -- amazing food with equally amazing service from the same helpful and friendly waitress every time. Not sure if they changed owners or cooks or what -- but I notice a taste difference in their dishes and even their bubble tea. Not to mention, they have new servers seemingly fresh out of high school who are VERY inattentive and rather immature. Bring back the old Pho Minh's :'( read more

Best Viet food in the area & very cheap... All the sandwiches and pho are great for the lunch time. Chicken sandwich is my favorite & its only 5 bucks. And I agree with all the fellow yelpers here, this is great place that everyone should try. Plus - all the food is freshly made & fresh ingredients. Free green tea upon request with all the meals when you dine in. Small local business that is a hole in a wall kind of feeling. I am a regular here & will be coming back here may more times. And they have some delicious bubble tea as well. Very friendly staff!! No minimum for the Credit card use which is a plus. read more
