Instead of simply honoring the promotion or politely asking questions, I was accused of forging signatures on the cards. The staff aggressively challenged me and treated me as though I was attempting to scam them, despite the fact that I have been a paying customer for years and received those signatures directly from their business. Being publicly accused of dishonesty over a loyalty program was embarrassing, insulting, and completely unnecessary. If there were concerns about the cards, there were professional ways to address it. The way I was treated showed a lack of respect for a long-time customer. The BBQ stick was decent but not for $18 .
