Had lunch here today. I was craving for some hot pho. I didn't know pho craft changed to pho may. Sad to see the change probably due to Covid19 Pandemic. But at least this new ownership keeps the pho in the area as is needed. The Brisket pho was ample with meat slices. Broth was good. I also ordered the tofu spring rolls. It was okay. If you just want to fill the need for some pho and eggrolls, then this a good enough place to have it. Support small businesses because it supports the community. Thank you for reading my review. Order chicken pho and it was delivered with a fly in the broth floating at the top!!!!

The staff are friendly and the place is nice and clean. The pho tastes great and the spring rolls and egg rolls are nice and fresh. A great place for a quick bite to eat when you're craving pho. read more

Came here for a quick lunch with coworkers based on my suggestion. It was my first time here and I was NOT disappointed. I had the Pho Bo Vien and was thoroughly impressed by the broth, the portion (I felt like I was eating for 45 min straight), and the freshness of the noodles (hard to come by at most restaurants). The waiter was super accommodating and kind! He told us that the restaurant had been there for about a year and a half but that they have another location as well. My coworker got the Bun Thit Nuong and had no complaints! Will come back and enjoy some delicious Vietnamese food soon! read more

Decent. Was hoping for better crispy spring rolls but ehh. Pho was good. Ambiance good. I'd come back.

Stopped by for lunch on the way to a quick Costco run wanting to have something yummy, healthy and wouldn't break the bank. Ordered #39, the vermicelli noodles with charbroiled shrimp, pork and a crispy eggroll. It was delicious, not too heavy, well-portioned and a combination of all the fun food textures. Squishy, bouncy noodles, tender meat, crunchy fresh veggies and herbs with crispy flaky eggroll bites in between. The service is friendly and attentive and the restaurant is clean and tidy. Will come back again. read more

The pho here is great!! I try pho anytime I can. From $10-$25 bucks buuut so far this place is my go to. The pho broth is great, they aren't stingy with the goodies in it and I am always able to split my pho in half (always take it to go since I live across the street) and can make two meals out of it hahaha so the portion size is a super PLUS! The price is fair ($12-$13 for pho combo) and the customer service is ALWAYS great. I LOVE THIS PLACE read more

Very attentive and nice server. The food came out quickly and the restaurant was very clean. Good soup and noodle was chewy. Will visit again. read more

I ordered takeout so I can't speak to their dine-in experience which appears to be most people's complaints. My takeout order was ready quickly after I had placed the order. I got the beef stew pho and it was good but also overly salty! I couldn't finish the carrots in it because it was so salty. I still enjoyed the whole bowl but didn't drink the broth, I would order a regular pho next time or dilute the beef stew broth. I also ordered the egg rolls and the fish sauce was extremely salty too, the egg rolls itself were okay, they weren't amazing but enough to satisfy a craving. read more

Worst experience, visitors from Oregon. I ordered a#29 waited almost an hour, then the food came it was like only 3oz of chicken and the whole plate was frkn veggies, I didn't order a salad plate. read more

Was looking for a good pho place near me and was recommended this palace by a friend. Decided to come down with the family and give it a try. The restaurant itself was small, dim, giving it a cozy feeling, making it a nice quiet place to eat out with the family. The food was good, seasoned nicely and there was a good selection of pho and rice dishes. The only thing that could have been better was the service. I noticed the waitress wasn't wearing any gloves. Now this wouldn't have been problem with me but she had acrylic nails while handling my food. This made me feel uncomfortable considering I didn't see her wash her hands in between. I also felt that we weren't being checked on as often with water refills. Not sure if I want to bring my family back because it seemed unhygienic to me which is a shame since my family enjoyed the food. read more

If you prefer a real pho you can go to Pho Tasty. The reason i choose Pho May is because i am lazy and it's close to where i am. If the owner sees this review, pls go to pho tasty to give a try and learn how to make a good pho for customers. I really wish you can make it nearly future so i don't need to travel that far. Thanks. read more

Excellent food at reasonable prices. You don't think it will be much from the outside, but it has some ambience. Whether you dine in or take out, they have very quick service. They are very generous with the pho, my husband's favorite! read more

Me and my friend have been coming here together since early high school and fairly regularly too. We've been here long enough to see a few of the waiters and waitresses come and go but through and through it has always been a go to spot. The pho is cheaper than most places and pretty good too, and we always get extra noodles. It has a very nice , homely atmosphere, it's always a joy to dine here! read more

We tried to go to 3 other local pho places on a Saturday night, but all were booked up for a 40 minute wait. We went to Pho May instead for the very first time. It's a new spot! We have to say that we all thought the food was really good, and our food server was very nice. We especially enjoyed the beef stew noodles. It was flavorful without being over salted. We ordered the rare steak pho and it was a good portion as well as the fried eggrolls. The bean sprouts, sliced limes, jalepenos, and basil leaves were well cleaned and fresh. They also have a kids menu for kid sizes appetites. It's a very clean restaurant! We will be coming back to try the other entrees on their menu. read more

We went here since it was close by. I got the special pho which came with everything. The pho is decent. I also ordered spring rolls. The service was fast and quick. I would go back here whenever I want some pho and don't want to drive far to bolsa. I will try other items whenever I get chance to. read more

Updating my review to 5 stars. The past 3 times I was able to call in my order & they promptly answered! Thank you management for improving this. read more

This restaurant has really nice service and food quality, but a questionable pho broth (Hopefully, it was because I ordered 2 hours before closing)? I don't know if the cashier/chef noticed, but there was an overpowering cinnamon and star anise smell & taste (similar to an extremely healthy herbal concoction?) coming from the broth alone. Even my parents mistook my pho soup for cinnamon tea, but it was a filling, unique broth (not like the original Pho broth). No vegetable had black/browning and the meat portions are nice. read more

Came here today and had the beef combo noodles (without onions or cilantro LOL). I didn't really care for the broth itself, but the meat was excellent and noodles were cooked good. Our server, Alex, was very friendly and attentive! I would have given a 4 star review, but Alex pushed it up to a 5 star :) read more

The meat was not cooked through. I asked for well cooked but unfortunately the meat was still rare. Fast service though.

Just ordered take out from this place and it was delicious! They had good size portions and wasn't cheap on their sauces. We ordered the pho brisket and the meat tasted fresh and well marbled. Their egg rolls and spring rolls were on point. Vietnamese coffee was super strong. Will def come back. read more

This was the worst pho I ever bought. Broth, brisket, noodles and onions. Had no sauce, no bean sprouts, no jalapeño, no limes. I got it to go so when I got home I was very disappointed. That was my first and last visit. read more

Had to change my review today from 5 stars to 1. The pho I ordered was overly salty, even after I had put extra water in it. My son ate it and ended up throwing up. I wasn't sure why at first but after I tasted it, I totally understood. I felt horrible feeding the pho to my kids. I should've tasted the poison first. This place is so inconsistent. Very calm and laid back inside, server is very nice n spring rolls are a lot better than the Hawaiian garden's location. Pho is good! Lots of veggies and tofu is well prepared. It is a little quite inside w the music but other than that good vibes read more

The soup is very salty. My first time and my last time to go there. Too bad, there is no star for me in review

Mediocre pho, but opens very late. Would prefer this over the typical late night food like In N out and etc

Got takeout and the food was great. The pho broth was flavorful and clean. The star anise flavor was a bit strong for my taste. My only other complaint was the takeout for the broth was in styrofoam and you can see the boiling broth melt away the container. I would come back to dine in but please get microwave safe containers for the broth. read more

I found it interesting that this Pho May had much higher stars than their other location in Hawaiian Gardens. We live between both and had been getting Veggie Pho from this location. We got some from the other location the other day and the star difference is whole heartedly deserved. This location is far better than the other one. I recommend this one! The veggie pho, tofu spring rolls, and rice with lemongrass tofu are all delicious! read more

We're very particular with Pho and once we find a place we tend to stick with it. Was looking for a pho spot that wasn't in Bolsa and closer to me in cypress so I decided to give Pho May a try. We were a little skeptic at first because it sits in the corner and doesn't look too busy much but I was really impressed with the Pho! They have great prices and huge portions! I was really pleased with how good the pho broth was- and the service was great which is always a plus! My family and I will be coming back again to try the other items on the menu. read more

Great pho, service, and price! Love this place. I have been to the one in Cypress and will continue going there.
