Finally gave BMC Pho a try, and I'm glad I did. The pho was really good--rich, flavorful broth, fresh ingredients, and a generous portion that definitely hit the spot. We also ordered the Special Appetizer platter, and I'd recommend it if you're sharing. It came with fresh shrimp spring rolls, crispy fried spring rolls, and shrimp wrapped in crispy wontons, along with fresh veggies and dipping sauce. It was a nice mix of fresh and crunchy, and everything tasted made to order. We also got 3 Bahn Mi sandwiches to go.. buy 2 get 1 free at $7 each. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Service was a little slower than expected, but nothing that took away from the experience. Overall, a solid spot for Vietnamese food, and I'd happily come back to try more of the menu. read more

Best BMC location!!! Sammies are always huge & fully packed with meat!!! So much it slathers out. They also heavily pack in the pate too!!! Annnnnd super cheap!! Workers are always very kind here. Tables are clean, breads are fresh! Great daily specials right after work! I love their pho, curry, and vermicelli as well! Always grab their egg rolls, pate chard, and sesame balls too! read more

I like that it's a fast food style of ordering. Their Banh Mi is a go to especially with their special buy 2 get 1 free and they also offer a bogo milk tea. Still have tried their Pho, but our usual is their shrimp fried rice and this time we got their special appetizer which came with 4 shrimp rolls, 2 egg rolls and 2 shrimp spring rolls. It was a complete meal and still had some shrimp fried rice to take home as well as my Banh Mi. The service Oh Schnapps! Friendly and efficient. She forgot to bring my milk teas, but it was no problem going up to the counter to remind her. This place is a regular go to when we are in the Cypress / Buena Park area and hunger catches up with us. read more

I show up excited to have some Pho at this restaurant which I have visited on occasions. They have a pretty decent happy hour promotion that ends at 6pm. I enter the restaurant a little after 5:49, there are 2 other group of customers in line ordering before me. When it's my time to order it's literally 6:01, the cashier says sorry it's past 6pm. I ask if she can get some approval since I was there well before 6pm, the owner manager says no it's passed 6pm... I'm shocked, it not even about the discount, more so about how little they cared about the customer. Needless to say I walked away and won't be returning.. read more

Unacceptable hygiene and poor customer service. The chef was working as both cashier and cook, seemed irritated by a simple request for an extra spoon, and was coughing repeatedly into his hand before handling food. Watching him prepare meals like that was completely off-putting. Kitchen staff should not be working while sick and handing the cashier at the same time. He wore the same pair of gloves to collect cash payments and prepared food, and to make matters worse, coughed straight into his gloved hands while working. My wife was so mad because I brought her over here read more

After three years, I'm back ! I don't live in the area so I didn't have a chance to come by until today. This place really has good prices ( in my opinion) I really enjoyed the bbq pork Bahn mi $7 ! The egg rolls were yummy ! I didn't have a chance to try the sesame balls or drinks, maybe next time. I love the buy two get one free on the Bahn mi. I bought a container of roasted peanuts for $3 and my Aunt enjoyed the peanuts. She loves nuts, so she knows her nuts. The ingredients were fresh ! I asked for the sandwiches to be cut in half. No problem. The service was super friendly ! The place was clean what more can you ask for. read more

Chicken did not taste thoroughly cooked They use the cheaper flat noodle instead of the more expensive round noodle If you want sauces, they come in individual packets so you have to use 6 packets of each sauce to equate to a couple squirts that you would get from a regular bottle No Fountain drinks with ice only cans and a straw I think PhoQT on Beach Boulevard is better read more

BMC Pho is a fast-casual Vietnamese restaurant. Came here for an early lunch on a weekday and it was not busy. We were greeted by a staff member upon entering. It is a bit dated inside, but it is clean and there are several tables to sit and eat at. I ordered the Chicken Noodle Soup (essentially chicken pho) and my partner ordered the Chicken Curry with Vermicelli. After ordering, we were given a number to take to our table. Our food was brought out to us pretty quickly. Portion sizes for both items are great for the price. The Chicken Noodle Soup was packed with a lot of chicken. The broth is light and the chicken is tender. It came with bean sprouts, mint, and lime on the side. The Chicken Curry with Vermicelli had a tasty broth. There was a good Curry flavor although the broth was as thin as the Chicken Noodle Soup one. The carrots were cooked really well. They were soft but not mushy. There was also a lot of chicken in this dish. Overall, giving BMC Pho a 4/5. We were pleasantly surprised with the food. Prices are good and service is quick. This is a good spot for a quick lunch. Would recommend to others and would return tk try other items on the menu. read more

Craving for noodle soup and found this on Yelp. Really wanted to love it since it is close to home; unfortunately it was quite disappointing. I ordered Tom Yum chicken noodle soup. Although it came in dark meat, chicken were tasteless and rough. Soup base was nothing like TY at all, it was exactly the same as their regular chicken noodle soup (my sister ordered) with a hint of spicy/tarty favor added but it was $3 more. Not worth it. Dining area was clean, the cashier was friendly, the guy who brought food to our table was polite hence 3 stars. I probably wont go back again. But if you want a quick lunch and a clean place to sit in, I suggest you to give it a try. read more

Worst Banh Mi I have ever ate in my entire life. This is the most stale and boring looking baguette I have ever tasted. It's a shame to price a Banh Mi at $7 just to be let down. As a person who grew up eating Vietnamese food all my life. I am ashamed of this location. Also the location is filthy and run down. So sad... If you want Vietnamese food please save your money and drive a few miles down. You will thank me later. read more

I was looking for a party tray of noodles for a potluck and BMC had it. I called in for an order of fried noodles a day before and they had it ready by the time I needed it . Since I called in , it was a tiny bit of a challenge to communicate on the phone since the accents were strong but still managed. They got my order correct and ready by the time I needed which was very important . The large fried noodle tray was good and fed about 15+ people . They do have a website you can order ahead of time , I suggest you order that way . I will definitely order from this location again in the near future for other party tray items . read more

Buy 2 Bahn Mi's, get one free. So tasty and great value. I drive a good distance just to eat here. Go here, soon.

I like the spring roll and it's a good price for 3 pieces. Over all I would get it again

I ordered the special beef noodle soup, M1, based off the cashier's recommendation. The broth was solid, the noodles were flat and wide which I liked. They don't give as much meat as some other places I've gone to. I also prefer the beef that is served at other places. The tendon was solid though. The restaurant isn't that big but it does have a lot of booth seating around the perimeter of the restaurant. The cost to eat out has gotten noticeably higher the last few years. I would consider BMC's prices to be on the affordable side. I will be coming back to try their spring rolls and other noodle dishes. I love noodles and they have a menu with lots of noodle options. Hoping I find some that I really like. read more

I wanted to try this place since it's so close to my house. I got the plain noodle soup and the flavor was all right but not aromatic. They also forgot to give me bean sprouts which is unfortunate since I tipped. One last thing, there was no option online to change the noodle type. I like the thin noodles but this place apparently only serves the wide noodles which I do not like. Sadly will not be coming back. read more

Just know that this is fast food pho. Got M1 pho and vermicelli. It was good but asked for onion, they gave us a tiny sauce bowl filled with onion. Asked for a refill but if the can give us more onion. They asked for the bowl back and filled it again. It was still little :( Vermicelli - I would say 3/5. They gave it in a little boat bowl which I thought was kinda weird. meat portion was like maybe 8 small pieces of pork. 5 pieces of small shrimps. Egg rolls was g Overall it was $8.50 each. There is so many items to try they have drinks, entrees, sandwiches, dessert and other to go items displayed at the counter. Ordered 1. Teriyaki Chicken sandwich -the fillings on the side for the picky eater. 2. B3 - Ham, Meatloaf and Headcheese sandwich 3. B10- Chicken curry which with a French bread. 4. Rainbow Jello Milk tea and Honey green tea. Both of our sandwiches were delicious and crunchy. The fillings inside was perfect. The curry chicken flavor was good but not the best. The chickens pieces we got was so so and were perfectly soft to eat. The service was wonderful and affordable. They have both inside and outside dining. My husband helped grab some banh mi's here to go so we can have a quick lunch. They have a variety of different things on the menu here and there are some banh mis that have a buy 2 get 1 free offer (which is a pretty good deal), however, there are a number of banh mis that are on the special menu that aren't included in this promotion (making it an okay deal). We ordered the teriyaki chicken and the steak banh mis, which were both on the special menu. From both of these sandwiches, I'd say that the steak one was the better one as I felt like the teriyaki chicken one was a little on the plain side. The meat to veggie to bread ratio wasn't the best here and I felt like they skimped on the meat a bit. Overall, I'd still say that it's an enjoyable sandwich and a solid option for a quick meal, but not the best banh mi I've had by any means. read more

Replaced the Arbys location and what a better upgrade. Same as the Banh Mi Che Cali chain - same menu, style, and offerings. Pho, noodles, rice dishes, sandwiches, Vietnamese coffee, and drinks. Quality is as good as many full sit down places and food is authentic. Order at the counter though so it has a fast casual type feel. Drinks are buy one, get one free and they have packaged chicken/rice lunches ready to go all the time. Even have a $6 to go only curry chicken and french bread combo. Unique to this location, due to formerly being an Arbys, is the drive up ordering. Similar to a car hop place (Sonic), you can drive up, park, and order into a speaker next to the spot. They then bring it out to you. read more
