Second my noodles just broke up into small pieces no need for chopsticks just scooped it up with the spoon I personally like to use my chopsticks and roll my noodles for the texture it was more mushy as if it was cooked to long . Today we ordered out not one portion was the same for 4 beef phos, messy packaging blood from the meat every where. Meat portions different although they were all the same soup, broth is put into a tall cup like container noodles into a bento box to go You will have to eat this at home definitely can't eat it on the go. You need to provide your own bowl. Once again noodles broke into tiny pieces.
